A sweet 'unsaid chemistry' with Jitendra Kumar
Pooja Singh, who everyone knows by her stage name
Sanvikaa
, in an interview with News18, opened up on her bond with Jitendra Kumar. She said, 'I think it's a very unsaid chemistry between us. It's give and take – we don't talk much, just the basics. But we understand each other while performing.'
She shared how they don't spend hours preparing or rehearsing, which actually keeps things fresh and real, 'We don't rehearse too much either, just align before the take.
Jeetu is a very supportive co-actor. He gave me the space to feel comfortable, never made me feel like a newcomer. That calmness between us translates on screen.'

'
She also spoke about how their bond has grown stronger with every season of the show, 'My chemistry with her has grown with each season. I've said this before – she's a little protective of me. I've seen instances where someone's being rough or pushing me around, and she'd take a stand for me.
That's her way of showing love.'

Panchayat actor Sanvikaa on post about not being treated equally in entertainment industry: 'I've to fight for respect'

Panchayat actor Sanvikaa has opened up about her recent cryptic post about not being treated equally in the entertainment industry. Speaking with Screen, Sanvikaa said that she still stands by it. She added that if she were to compare herself with "the other person," then while "they are given respect naturally," she has to "keep proving and fighting for it." Panchayat actor Sanvikaa talked about her battle in the entertainment industry.(Instagram) Earlier this month, Sanvikaa had talked about wanting to be an "insider or maybe from a very powerful background" in a cryptic note on Instagram. Talking about it, she now said, "I still stand by it, but I don't want to talk much about it. But, it does get easier if you come from a certain backdrop. Everyone has their own fight... In each stage of your life as an actor, there will be different kinds of battles.' She also said, 'The context where it came from was that at least you don't have to fight for basic things like respect and being treated in a little equal way, which others are given by default. If I compare myself with the other person, they are given respect naturally. I have to keep proving and fight for it, then I am given that thing.' What did Sanvikaa say earlier in her cryptic post Taking to her Instagram Stories recently, Sanvikaa, who plays Rinki in the comedy-drama series, said that if she received what she wished for, her "battles would have been lesser". She wrote, "Sometimes I wish I was an insider or maybe from a very powerful background, things would have been so much easier (maybe, I don't know). As basic as getting respect and being treated as an equal. The battles would have been lesser. Hanging on... (smiling emoji)." Apart from Panchayat 2, she has also starred in the web series Lakhan Leela Bhargava and Hajamat. Season four of Panchayat premiered on Prime Video on June 24. The season saw the return of Jitendra Kumar as Sachiv Ji, alongside Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Faisal Malik, Chandan Roy, Durgesh Kumar, Sunita Rajwar, and Pankaj Jha.

Vikrant Massey wishes for national award glory for '12th Fail': ‘With the Utmost Humility…'

Vikrant Massey has been making headlines over the past few years, and for all the right reasons. He has delivered several blockbusters recently, cementing his place as one of the finest talents in the industry. While audiences have admired Vikrant in hard-hitting, realistic films like '12th Fail' and 'The Sabarmati Report,' he is now venturing into the world of mainstream commercial Bollywood. His next project is 'Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan,' directed by Santosh Singh. His last film, 12th Fail, received widespread acclaim, with rumors circulating that it may even win a National Award. While the speculations are doing the rounds, Vikrant shared his hopes for the film. Speaking to News18, he said, 'I hope it does. And I'm sorry, without cost of sounding pompous, and with utmost humility. I hope it does. I hope the film wins an award. I hope Vidhu Vinod Chopra wins an award. I hope I win an award. I've always aspired to have one. I've prayed for one. When I was that young kid wanting to become an actor, I always wanted a National Award because that's the greatest achievement an actor in India can have—to be presented an award by the president of the country. And I hope it happens. So, fingers crossed." After 'Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan,' Massey is set to begin early preparations for his next project, White, in which he portrays the revered Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. 'There's one film that I'm also soft-prepping for. It's called White, where I play the honorable Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ,' he shared. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 5 Books Warren Buffett Wants You to Read In 2025 Blinkist: Warren Buffett's Reading List Undo 'I'm very nervous. I've been spending a lot of time with him and with the script. We start shooting in August. Spending time with him is also quite unnerving because he's something else—he's God-sent for me. This film, this opportunity, everything feels like it's God-sent.' Speaking about 'Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan' and collaborating with the fresh talent Shanaya Kapoor , he shared she was like a 'breath of fresh air." He added, 'It was lovely working with Shanaya. She is a breath of fresh air. There's so much that I learned from her. But also at the same time, when I took up this opportunity, I was very nervous because I've never done something like this, which is an outright commercial Bollywood Hindi movie wherein I'm lip-syncing for the first time. I was very nervous." Vikrant Massey and Shanaya Kapoor's Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan is set to release on July 11.
