The Brit popstar finished off her look by styling her dark locks poker straight and keeping her make-up fresh, with a slick of red lipstick.
She took time to pose for pictures on the Red Carpet at the Chaplin Gala, which is the major annual fundraiser for film.
Held at the Lincoln Centre, it honoured the life and career of English actor Charlie Chaplin.
Dua donned similar see-through attire as she performed on stage in Sydney back in March.
And her Red Carpet outfit came just days after she stripped down to her bikini on a sun-soaked holiday.

Dua's fans have been delighted to see the star's romance blossom over the last year.
It was then revealed how Callum popped the question during the festive season.

Gavin and Stacey star told to give up acting career because of mystery illness
Gavin and Stacey star Laura Aikman revealed she was advised to change her job after she was diagnosed with an illness that made her 'very unwell' Gavin and Stacey star Laura Aikman revealed she was told to give up her acting career after she was struck down a mystery illness. The 39-year-old actress, known for playing Smithy's partner Sonia in the popular sitcom, struggled with painful symptoms for many years before she learned she had ulcerative colitis. Ulcerative colitis is a chronic autoimmune condition which causes inflammation and ulcers in the colon. Symptoms include recurring diarrhoea, stomach pain, needing to poo frequently as well as extreme fatigue and loss of appetite. In a recent interview, Laura revealed it took her a 'long time' before she was diagnosed and spent a long time 'very, very unwell'. She explained The Sun: "I'd been to the doctors a lot and they kept telling me that it was probably piles, without examining me, and giving me cream because I had blood in my stool. Nothing worked. "And then I went to a homeopath and she asked me all of these questions about when I'd been poorly and she was like, 'Listen, I've written out a timeline here of when you've not been working, and that is when you've been at your most unwell'." The actor was asked whether she would consider finding another career but insisted acting was her 'entire personality'. The stress from not working between acting roles ended up worsening her illness. Laura is now in a BBC gangster drama called This City is Ours. She also stars in Disney+'s Suspect: The Shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes as Lana Vandenberghe. Last year, she reprised her role as Sonia in the Gavin and Stacey Christmas special. She was also in ITV's Archie, Joan and The Rising. The star previously discussed her role on This City Is Ours. The actress, whose surprise appearance as Smithy's bride in the Christmas Day special shocked the nation, stars as Rachel Duffy in BBC One 's drugs drama This City Is Ours. Filming on the big-budget series took place last year, at the same time as Laura was filming Gavin and Stacey. 'It was the year of the bitch,' laughs Laura. 'But they're great to play.' While pretentious Sonia was what Laura cheerfully called a 'rotter', Rachel is a much darker character, with ambitions to become a major player in Liverpool's dark drugs scene. It was a refreshing role for Laura, having spent much of her career playing romantic love interests. 'One of the first things I fell in love with about Rachel was that she never tries to make other people feel comfortable,' explained Laura earlier this year. 'We all have that tendency to laugh at a bad joke or fill silence but Rachel doesn't give a s**t. 'She's happy for everyone to get uncomfortable. She can be quite rude, she tells people what she thinks, she doesn't like new people but she's really smart, she's determined and she's ambitious.'

Soccer Aid's Harry Kewell is married to Emmerdale star who embarrassed him on TV
Soccer Aid's Harry Kewell is married to Emmerdale star who embarrassed him on TV The Australian football icon is making his Soccer Aid debut at Old Trafford this weekend Kewell met his wife Sheree in a Leeds nightclub in 2000 Soccer Aid is back for another year with a host of famous faces teaming up with some of football's biggest names to play a huge charity match and raise money for UNICEF. As ever, an England team will go head to head with a World XI in order to lift the trophy, which the Three Lions side claimed last year for the first time in eight years. Led by co-managers Wayne Rooney and Tyson Fury, they will look to retain their title at Old Trafford on Sunday night, with the likes of Gary Neville, Louis Tomlinson and Dame Denise Lewis among those taking part. The World XI team is also stacked with a host of football icons, with Carlos Tevez, Edwin van der Sar and Leonardo Bonucci among the former professionals involved. Representing Australia in the squad is Harry Kewell, with the former Wallabies winger making his Soccer Aid debut at this year's event. The 46-year-old is somewhat of a Premier League icon, having spent 12 years playing in the top flight of English football for both Leeds United and Liverpool, before seeing out the rest of his career with stints in Turkey, Qatar and his homeland of Australia. To date, he remains the only Australian man to have ever played in the Champions League final, while he won 58 caps for his country and represented them at two FIFA World Cups. Article continues below While his career has taken him all around the world - with his latest managerial stint seeing him take charge of Japanese side Yokohama F. Marinos - Kewell will forever be linked to the UK having married one of the country's most popular soap stars while playing in the English top flight. The 2005 Champions League winner - who has also managed the likes of Crawley Town, Notts County, Oldham Athletic and Barnet since retiring in 2014 - has been married to former Emmerdale and Hollyoaks star Sheree Murphy for 23 years. The couple got together while Kewell was at the top of his game at Leeds, having met in the city's Majestyk nightclub in 2000. Kewell then married Murphy - who has also starred in Neighbours and Only Fools and Horses as well as being a recurring panelist on Loose Women - in a ceremony in Las Vegas in May 2002. The famous pair have gone on to have four children together, with their son Taylor born in 2001 before they also welcomed daughters Ruby, Matilda and Dolly. Murphy has spoken openly about her relationship with the former footballer, telling the Loose Women panel that she is not afraid to make her feelings known if female fans try and flirt with her husband. "I'll say 'hello I'm the wife' if they go too far!," she said. "Harry just starts sweating, he gets quite nervous!" She also famously embarrassed her husband during her time on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2005 as she told campmates that Kewell "had a peachy bum", leaving viewers in stitches. With the Wallabies star still playing for Liverpool at the time, the remark led to him - quite literally - being the butt of the joke, and Murphy - who finished runner-up on the show - was left groaning as she was put on the spot about the comment after leaving the famous jungle. Article continues below "Oh God, I can't even remember saying that," she told the Liverpool Echo. "But apparently on the telly they're still saying 'a brilliant goal by peachy bum!' "Harry was like 'will people never stop?'. But, actually, he's been fine about it and I think he was so glad to have me home he didn't care. "At least I was saying something nice," she added. "I wasn't saying it was fat or anything!"

Ally McCoist sets off on gruelling charity ride around Ireland despite his bike BREAKING DOWN just days before
He's been joined by a few other famous faces on the six-day cycle GEARING UP Ally McCoist sets off on gruelling charity ride around Ireland despite his bike BREAKING DOWN just days before Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) ALLY McCOIST is back in the saddle for his latest charity cycle event – but only after dealing with a few worrying mechanical issues first! The Scotland and Rangers icon headed off from Belfast this morning to take on the 555-mile, six-day ride around Ireland as part of the Doddie'5 Lions Challenge. Sign up for the Rangers newsletter Sign up 5 Ally McCoist is taking part in the charity cycle around Ireland 5 But he had to deal with a few mechanical issues before he set off 5 And the group are doing it to help raise funds in memory of Doddie Weir Joining McCoist in the fundraising effort are Scotland rugby great Kenny Logan, his wife and broadcaster, Gabby, former rugby stars Mel Deane and Will Greene and actor Jamie Bamber. The group will cover up to 100 miles a day in memory of Scotland legend Doddie Weir, who sadly passed away in 2022, and to raise money for research into motor neurone disease. So far, the challenge has raised more than £300,000 for the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation and the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association, with hopes of hitting the £500,000 mark before the final leg. The ride will finish in Dublin on Friday where the team will deliver the match ball to the Aviva Stadium ahead of the British and Irish Lions' clash with Argentina. Read More Sport NOTE TO SELF Fergie spots emotional 26-year-old letter he sent on tour of Rangers' museum Logan says McCoist – who also took part in the 2023 charity cycle from Edinburgh to Paris - will fill the role again of trying to keep everyone's spirits up during the gruelling ordeal. But he revealed his close pal nearly never made it all – because he kept fiddling with his bike's settings! Logan said: 'Ally's been out and about but his bike broke down the other day. 'I told him not to trust himself to check the batteries on his fancy gears – someone else needs to do that for him! 'We've lost a few to injury and it just shows how demanding this is going to be. 'I'm not going to lie – I've had my own aches and pains. Rangers legend Ally McCoist labelled 'Scotland's James Bond' as he takes an Easter dip in freezing cold loch 'No major injuries thankfully, but I've definitely been reminded why I probably shouldn't be moving this much at my age! 'I'm most nervous about the hills. 'I convinced myself Ireland was flat – it's definitely not. But nerves are good. 'I've always had them before a big challenge, and it means I care.' This year's event is both a tribute to Weir and a rallying cry to continue his legacy. 5 Former Scotland star Kenny Logan and his wife Gabby are part of the crew 5 And the group hope to raise almost £500,000 for two charities Logan added: 'The support's been incredible. 'We've still got time to push, and every penny counts. 'Since Doddie died, awareness has grown massively – but we still need to fund research. 'The Foundation has committed nearly £20 million already, which is phenomenal, but it's only the beginning. 'Doddie would be proud – but he'd be telling us to go further and faster. 'That's why we're doing this.' Seven Scots are in the Lions squad for the tour after Zander Fagerson withdrew due to injury. Logan admits he's disappointed winger Darcy Graham never got the nod – but thinks there might be time yet for the Edinburgh flier to make the plane to Australia. He added: 'I still think Darcy will go – there's a lot of rugby to be played between now and then, and there will be injuries. 'We've seen that with Zander missing out already. 'Overall it's great to see so many Scots in the squad – they'll be out to make their mark in Australia and put down a marker for the Test team.' All funds raised will support the Foundation's mission to find effective treatments – and ultimately a cure – for motor neurone disease.
