Bibaa and Nicole Murder in the Park - where is their killer now

A new documentary examines the events and investigation
A new three-part documentary examines the horrific murder of two sisters in a London park and the investigation to find the person responsible.
Bibaa & Nicole: Murder in the Park is available on Sky Documentaries from today (May 11) and is also streaming on NOW for those with an Entertainment membership pass. The episodes aim to unravel the story behind the shocking killings of sisters Bibaa Henry and Nicole Smallman, and the police misconduct that followed.

This includes emotional interviews with the sisters' mother, Mina Smallman, as well as members of the small group of family and friends who jumped into action soon after it was discovered the siblings were missing. Officers in charge of the investigation also speak out about what happened.

Nicole Smallman, 27, and Bibaa Henry, 46, were brutally murdered while celebrating a birthday in a Wembley park in June 2020. They had gathered with friends while still maintaining social distancing guidelines that were in place at the time. Eventually, their friends went home, and the sisters remained in the park, dancing together.
When it becomes clear they have both failed to return home by the next day, they are reported as missing. The search was initially taken up by friends and family. However, their bodies were discovered by Nicole's partner 36 hours later.
The police get involved, but in a shocking development, the women's bodies are photographed and shared on social media by the officers tasked with protecting the crime scene. While the officer's actions are being looked into, the murder investigation continued and eventually led to a suspect.
Officers in charge of the murder enquiry reveal that a combination of DNA retrieved from the murder weapon discovered at the scene, and tracking down where the knife itself was purchased, led them to 19-year-old Danyal Hussein.
His home was raided, and he was arrested. Officers made even more shocking discoveries. It was found that he had used forums discussing spells and potions linked to Satanic ideology, with officers also finding that Hussein had spent time researching the far right.

During his trial, jurors heard Hussein had pledged to kill six women every six months to win the Mega Millions Super Jackpot of £321 million. In one sinister note, he offered blood to 'demon Queen Byleth' to make a girl at his school fall in love with him.
Hussein was found guilty of two counts of murder and possession of a knife with intent following a trial at the Old Bailey in June 2021. In October that year, he was handed a life sentence and told he would not be eligible for parole until he is in his 50s.
According to MyLondon, he is in the notorious HMP Belmarsh, where criminals who are convicted at the Old Bailey are often sent. The Category A male prison is often used in high-profile cases, particularly those concerning national security.
Within the prison, there is a unique unit called the High Security Unit, which can house 48 of Britain's most dangerous convicts. The prison is one of only three high-security jails in England and Wales.

Jailed thug with Satanic 666 tattoo used razor to slice fellow inmate's neck

John Lizanec escaped with a superficial cut to his cheek and neck and was treated with a number of paper stitches after Alan Brown created the improvised weapon. An inmate who carried out a razor attack on a notorious wife killer has been locked up for 40 months. Alan Brown - who sports a Satanic 666 tattoo on his neck - was also found to have been drinking all night after brewing up home made hooch behind bars. ‌ The serial thief - dubbed Scotland's 'lowest of the low' after robbing priests, children and war veterans - sneaked up behind John Lizanec and sliced his neck. He was also handed an additional 12-month supervised release period after the court was told that Brown would continue to pose a risk to the public at large. ‌ Perth Sheriff Court was told that Brown targeted Lizanec and used the improvised weapon to cut him before kicking him in the back as he tried to flee. Lizanec was on remand awaiting trial for the brutal murder of his estranged wife Michelle. He was subsequently jailed for life and ordered to spend a minimum of 24 years behind bars. Brown, 43, also pled guilty to further offences, including a raid on a Perth charity hub and a one-man siege in which he claimed to have electrified his cell. Fiscal depute Emma Farmer told the court Lizanec walked out of his cell in Perth Prison's B-Hall at around 9.30am on 17 September 2021. He made his way up a stairwell and saw Brown - who was also a remand prisoner at the time - standing at the top. "They had no cause to speak to each other," she said. "As the complainer went to go back down, he felt a sharp pain to the right side of his head followed by a thud to his back. "He turned around and observed Mr Brown in possession of a razor. This caused him to run downstairs. Whilst running away, he was kicked in the back by Mr Brown." Lizanec raised the alarm by shouting"knife" at nearby prison staff. ‌ "Mr Brown was challenged by officers and he provided them with an item which contained a scissors handle with two pieces of metal sticking out." Lizanec escaped with a superficial cut to his cheek and neck and was treated with a number of paper stitches. The court also heard of a disturbance at Brown's cell on the morning of January 7, 2024. Brown - who shared his cell with inmate John Ramsay - had made his own hooch and had been up all night drinking. At about 8.30am, guards were carrying out a routine check when they noticed a strong smell of alcohol from Brown's cell. ‌ When an officer entered to break up the party, Brown ran at him with an improvised weapon - a screw mounted to a handle - and shouted: "Get the f*** out of this cell." Staff retreated but noticed wires coming from underneath the door. Brown told them he had wired the door and said: "I'd move away if I were you." After confirming it was not electrified, seven officers in full protective gear got ready to enter. Brown threw green liquid, believed to be cleaning fluid, at the door to make it slippery. He was seen holding a blade and heard to say: "If you guys come in here, it's game over." Brown continued: "You're getting done. In fact, he's getting done." He moved towards Mr Ramsay and placed the blade at his throat. ‌ The seven officers burst through the door and disarmed Brown and took him to the ground. Mr Ramsay, who was described as "too scared to move from his bed" avoided injury. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! Brown, who has a long record for crimes of dishonesty, was released from prison in March 2024. On the evening of May 27 that year, he raided two neighbouring properties in Perth's St Leonard's Bank. He first went to a building used by charity Subud Britain, and a woman staying in an upstairs room heard doors opening and closing downstairs. ‌ When she went to investigate, she found Brown on the stairwell. "He appeared to be under the influence of something," said Ms Farmer. He mumbled about attending a meeting but left when the woman pointed out broken glass from a smashed window in the hallway. Brown also went next door to an office used for NHS child and adolescent mental health services. A senior nurse noticed the break-in when she arrived for work the next day. Windows were smashed on the ground floor and a cash box containing £50 was missing, along with £23 in an envelope and a wrapped gift. In both incidents, Brown was identified by blood spatter he left at the crime scenes. The same evening, he snatched a handbag from a house in Glengarry Road and a picture snapped by a witness was posted on Facebook. Sheriff William Wood asked Brown: "Maybe you like being in prison?" Brown replied: "Not really, no."

Jamie Foxx reveals exactly how he feels about Diddy amid rapper's sex trafficking trial

Jamie Foxx has spoken out again about Diddy, making it clear what he thought of the disgraced rap mogul. During his appearance at The Comedy Store for Netflix 's All-Star Comedy Night, Jamie called Diddy a 'nasty motherf****r,' according to Urban Hollywood. 'That Diddy s**t is crazy, huh? I don't know if he's going to jail, but he's a nasty motherf***er. S**t! Am I right? Especially for our community. [For] white people, it's cool, but Black people are like, that was our hero. All that godd**n baby oil, boy. Then, the urine,' Jamie said, referring to an alleged claim regarding Diddy's ex Cassie and an escort urinating in her mouth. Jamie, 57, spoke on stage behinds his daughter Corrine Foxx, who served as the moderator. After looking at Corrine's reaction, Jamie then said, 'Oh that's right. It's the Emmys. My bad, I'm sorry, so sorry.' He brought up Diddy again, this time comparing the case to the 1999 film Life starring Martin Lawrence and Eddie Murphy. 'When I watch the trial, all I think of is Life. Martin Lawrence telling to Eddie Murphy, "Why you so nasty, Ray? Cause I'm a nasty moutherf****r." Why you so nasty, Diddy? Cause I'm a nasty motherf****r. Take that, take that, take that.' Jamie said. 'That makes you listen to that differently. What are we taking, because I don't want any of that,' he added. 'For the Black people in here, you know how that hurts us, because Diddy was [known for] It's all about the Benjamins." That was our whole culture. Now it's all about the baby oil.' Last week, Jamie debunked the bizarre conspiracy theory that Sean ' Diddy ' Combs once tried to kill him. Amid the disgraced rap mogul's federal sex-trafficking trial, which began earlier this month, the actor poked fun at the rumors that swirled around his road to recovery after suffering a hemorrhagic stroke and a brain bleed in 2023. While reflecting on his hospitalization, which lasted several weeks, the comedian revealed he 'snuck in' his phone because he had no idea 'what the outside world was saying.' 'I couldn't get my mind around the fact that I had a stroke. I'm in f*****g perfect shape,' he said during The Hollywood Reporter's Stand-Up Comedy Roundtable. This is when he stumbled upon the crazy allegations that 'Puffy tried to kill' him. 'No, Puffy didn't try to kill me,' Foxx insisted, before sharing his reaction to speculation that he was 'a clone.' He continued: 'When they [conspiracy theorists] said I was a clone, that made me flip. I'm sitting in the hospital bed, like, 'These b***-a** mother******s are trying to clone me.' And then I saw me walk into my room, but I'm white, so I see the white me. The next morning, I said, 'I know what's up, you're trying to clone me and make me white so I'll sell better overseas.'' His joke prompted a psychiatrist to ask: 'Are you all right?' Foxx, then, replied: 'Am I all right or am I all white? I saw you trying to get the white motherf*****g Jamie Foxx and it ain't going to happen.' The psychiatrist went on to 'calmly' decide to 'lower' his dosage of medication. Back in October 2024, a source close to Diddy insisted to that 'there is no truth to Sean Combs putting Jamie Foxx in the hospital.' In Foxx's Netflix special, titled What Had Happened Was..., which aired last year, he took a few swipes at Diddy. After explaining that he suffered a stroke, caused by a bleed on the brain, Jamie explained: 'I say this all the time, I saw the tunnel, I didn't see the light. 'It was hot in that tunnel. I thought, s**t, have I gone to the wrong place? I looked at the end of the tunnel and I thought I saw the devil saying come on… or was that Puffy?' 'I'm f*****g around, but if that was Puffy he had a flaming bottle of Johnson and… no, I'm just kidding.' In the special, Jamie also spoke about the rumors linking his 2023 health crisis to Diddy, by beginning his stand-up set with a dig at him. 'The internet was trying to kill me, saying Puffy was trying to kill me. Hell no, I left those parties early. Something didn't look right,' he quipped. 'The internet was trying to kill me,' Foxx said, referencing the online speculation that Combs had something to do with his hospitalization. 'The internet was saying that Puffy was trying to kill me. I know what you're thinking… Did he?!' 'Hell, no,' he added with a jibe about Combs' infamous 'Freak Off' parties. 'I left them parties early. I was out by 9, n*****, something don't look right, n*****. It looks slippery in here!'
