One of our favorite culture couples, Serayah and Joey Bada$$ (and their baby), is back on our timelines, and we are loving it. Photographer Shakira McQueen dropped exclusive photos of the couple's recent baby shower on Instagram, and the visuals are everything!
Though the proud parents-to-be haven't shared their own posts yet, the gorgeous images have fans buzzing.
Serayah was glowing in a soft, ethereal, baby-blue maxi dress. The actress has been serving maternity fashion we love, and her baby shower fit was expectedly a slay.
Her off-the-shoulder floaty gown perfectly showcased her growing baby bump without clinging too tightly. She oozed 'proud boy mom' and big mama-to-be energy. She wore strappy gold sandals on her feet, which peeked out perfectly from beneath her flowing gown.
Her glam also had us swooning. She kept her makeup soft and natural, emphasizing her radiant skin. She styled her hair in an elegant ponytail with a deep black swoop bang. Gold hoop earrings and a glossy nude lip added a subtle pop to the look.
Joey matched her energy with classic New York streetwear swag. He rocked an all-black look – wide-leg trousers paired with a matching oversized shirt, black leather shoes, and dark shades.
The decor for their special day featured an adorable blue bear theme. A pastel rainbow balloon arch in shades of cream, tan, and blue was a dreamy photo backdrop alongside the gold script sign that read 'We Can Bearly Wait.' Oversized teddy bears, string lights, and lush florals helped create a soft, cozy vibe that still felt luxe. Guests mingled under a large tent with warm lights, a lounge area, and baby blue accents.
Serayah's joy was contagious in the pics. The singer smiled brightly, posing with family, friends, and, of course, Joey. Every snap captured the love and warmth surrounding their expanding family. Serayah & Joey Bada$$ Celebrate Their Baby On The Way, Fans Are Loving Their Story
Fans have been living for these sweet glimpses into Serayah and Joey's parenting journey. They're quickly becoming one of our favorite couples to watch.
The couple's baby shower pics come shortly after a gorgeous cover shoot drop with Essence . As HB previously reported, the couple opened up about their relationship journey, their instant chemistry on the set of Joey's 'Show Me' music video, and their excitement about welcoming their new baby.
Both turning 30 this year, Serayah and Joey shared how symbolic this milestone feels, marking a powerful season of transformation and growth. Joey even revealed how meeting Serayah shifted his previous preference for polyamory to embracing a committed, monogamous relationship.

Boston Rob Turned Down ‘Survivor 50' Offer Because ‘I Wanted My Spot to Go to Someone Who Deserved Another Chance,' Tells Fans: ‘Don't Be Mad'

'Survivor' announced its cast this week for the show's 50th season, but not every fan was too pleased with who got invited to come back. While the return of 'The White Lotus' creator Mike White and fan favorites like Cirie Fields and Ozzy Lusth generated excitement, the omission of iconic players like Rob Mariano (aka Boston Rob), Parvati Shallow and more left many fans scratching their heads as they wondered why so many players from older seasons of 'Survivor' were not included. Boston Rob, whose reality show career has flourished in recent years with appearances on 'The Traitors' and more, has now taken to Instagram to explain his absence from 'Survivor 50.' It turns out the show did ask him to return, but he made the decision to opt out in order to give other players their chance to return to the 'Survivor' spotlight. More from Variety 'Survivor 49' Cast Includes 'Black Panther' Producer and Former Marvel Exec Nate Moore Jeff Probst on Why He Worried 'Survivor' Was 'Doomed' After Season 1, What Season 50 Gameplay He Hopes Fans Vote For and Whether a Live Finale Could Return Jeff Probst's First-Ever Tears on Air Bring 'Survivor' to a Season High of 4.5 Million Viewers 'Wow!!! I got all of your DM's and messages so so many thank you all!! But literally don't be mad,' Boston Rob wrote in a message to fans. ''Survivor' and Jeff Probst early on they called and asked… I just felt like I have played so many times and I am truly fulfilled with my 'Survivor' journey. I wanted my spot to go to someone else that deserved another chance!' 'I've gotten so much out of 'Survivor,'' he added. 'It will always be a part of who I am! I'm eternally grateful. Like I said ..It's gonna be OK. I feel like something good is coming!!!' Boston Rob is one of 'Survivor's' most prolific contestants and the only one to compete on five seasons of the show. He debuted in Season 4, 'Survivor: Marquesas,' and placed 10th, before returning for the first time in Season 8's 'Survivor: All-Stars' and being the runner-up. He appeared on 'Survivors: Heroes vs. Villains' (13th place) and won 'Survivor: Redemption' before serving as a mentor on 'Survivor: Island.' His last appearance on the show was Season 40, 'Survivor: Winners at War.' 'Survivor 50' will feature 24 returning players and will premiere on CBS in Spring 2026. The milestone anniversary season promises to 'push the series into uncharted territory and impact the players like never before.' For the first time, the game is also being planned by the fans. Earlier this year, fans were able to vote on key elements of the game, including on whether there will be idols, whether fire making will remain and whether the live finale and reunion show will return in Los Angeles. The 'Survivor 50' contestants will compete for a $1 million cash prize. See the full 'Survivor 50' cast here. Wynne Evans dropped by BBC after ‘inappropriate language' on Strictly tour

Wynne Evans has said he has been dropped by the BBC, following an apology saying that he used 'inappropriate language' during the launch of the Strictly Come Dancing tour. The Welsh opera singer, 53, known for the insurance advertisements, will no longer be a BBC Radio Wales presenter, he announced on Friday. A spokesperson for the BBC said: 'Wynne Evans is not under contract with the BBC. He is not returning to the mid-morning show on BBC Radio Wales and there are currently no plans to work with him.' Evans revealed in January he would be taking some time out from both his radio show and the Strictly tour to prioritise his wellbeing. Earlier this month he claimed in an interview with the Sun on Sunday that he had not seen the statement apologising for the remark – an assertion that is believed to have been dismissed by the BBC. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Wynne Evans (@wynneevans) On Instagram on Friday, he wrote: 'My beloved Wynners, From the very depths of my heart – thank you. 'These past few months, your love has been the light in my darkest days. Every message, every word of encouragement, every moment you stood by me has carried me through more than you could ever know. 'It breaks my heart to say the BBC has decided not to renew my contract so I won't be returning to my radio show. I'm gutted. 'That show wasn't just work – it was home. It was us. We laughed, we cried, we sang like nobody was listening. And somehow, through the airwaves, we became a family.' Evans thanked his fans, and said he would have an online programme called The Wynne Evans Show, which he called 'terrifying'. 'This is our next adventure. And I need you more than ever,' he added. 'We will have great music, my question of the day, the mystery voice, your soundtrack stories and so much more, because we have each other again. We have a new home. I'm bringing more presenters soon and I am sure you'll recognise a few of the faces.' Evans added that he was 'full of nerves. Full of hope. Full of love. Because when we show up for each other — like we always have — anything is possible'. Earlier this year, he apologised for language that he called 'inappropriate and unacceptable' after The Mail On Sunday reported that Evans was heard making a remark to a woman in a video filmed during the Strictly launch event. It is understood he was given a warning over the remark by tour producers. In January, he said: 'I've agreed with the BBC that I'll take some time out from my radio show and the Strictly Live tour, as well as my other public commitments, to prioritise my wellbeing. 'I am deeply sorry for the pain my inappropriate actions have caused, and plan to take this time for self-reflection. 'Apologies to those I won't get to see at the remaining performances and I'm grateful to my fellow tour gang for all the amazing support they have given me.' The singer, who performed in the 25th anniversary of The Phantom Of The Opera and also won 2023's Celebrity MasterChef, told the Sun on Sunday earlier this month that the Strictly comment was not sexual or directed at one of the female cast but was a nickname for fellow contestant, EastEnders actor Jamie Borthwick. He told the paper: 'I didn't see the statement, Old Spit-roast Boy was a nickname for Jamie Borthwick. I'm not a bad guy, I'm not a misogynist, I'm not any of these things.' Evans added: 'And so I went, 'I'm so sorry'. And that was taken as a formal apology, so the press team issued a statement. I didn't see it. 'When I read the apology within the context of the story as it had been written, I was absolutely horrified.' It is understood any statement issued on Evans' behalf by the BBC was fully approved by him, and the singer also posted his own statement on Instagram in which he apologised. During his time on Strictly, there was controversy over a clip on the show of him placing his hand on his professional partner Katya Jones' waist, which she moved. They both apologised claiming it had been a 'joke'. During January and February this year, Evans' six-part travel programme, Wynne & Joanna: All At Sea – with Welsh actress and Gavin And Stacey star Joanna Page – aired on BBC One.
