Sean ‘Diddy' Combs hit with new $10 million lawsuit; dancer claims he was DRUGGED, given an STD
According to a report on Variety, a new $10 million lawsuit has been filed against him in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging sexual abuse, drugging, and intentional transmission of a sexually transmitted disease.
The complaint, filed Tuesday night by Edmond Laurent, a former model, actor, and exotic dancer, accuses Combs and several unnamed individuals of assault, battery, sexual battery, civil conspiracy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, and aiding and abetting.
Laurent, a native of Dominica who performed under the name 'Islander,' claims the abuse began in the late 2000s after he was hired to perform at a private event at a Los Angeles hotel. According to the 32-page lawsuit, Laurent arrived at what he thought was a bachelorette party, only to find a masked man and woman waiting for a private dance. That man, he alleges, was
Sean Combs
.
The suit details multiple alleged encounters in which Laurent says he was manipulated into consuming spiked drinks and forced into non-consensual sexual acts, including one incident where he lost consciousness after drinking orange juice that was allegedly laced with Rohypnol and ketamine.
'When Plaintiff regained consciousness, he was lying naked on the bed, slathered in baby oil, and felt immense pressure and pain in his rectum,' the complaint states.

Laurent alleges that he later contracted condyloma and began experiencing severe health issues, including uncontrollable vomiting and an inability to retain solid food. These complications, according to the lawsuit, led to gastric surgery and a subsequent diagnosis of stomach cancer.
The suit claims that Laurent, a heterosexual man once featured in music videos for
Britney Spears
,
Tupac Shakur
, Dr. Dre, Lil' Kim, and even an episode of Baywatch, was targeted and silenced by fear and shame for years before deciding to come forward.
Combs is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits a verdict in a separate federal case involving charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution.

ED finds text messages indicating role of senior civic official in Vasai-Virar construction racket
Mumbai: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) probing the money laundering aspect in the illegal construction of 41 residential and commercial buildings on govt and private land under the jurisdiction of the Vasai-Virar City Municipal Corporation (VVCMC) has found some electronic evidence in the form of text messages indicating the role of a senior civic official who along with lower rung officials allegedly charged Rs 50 per sq ft for approving building contracts. The ED released a press note on Thursday, which said, "A large cartel of architects, CAs, liasoners, and VVCMC officials/officers are operating in collusion with each other in the jurisdiction of VVCMC. This cartel is responsible for large-scale illegal construction in the jurisdiction of VVCMC." The ED further said, "A large number of incriminating digital devices have been seized, which reveal the involvement of VVCMC officials in the perpetration of this large-scale illegal construction scam. The digital devices also revealed the close nexus of VVCMC officials/officers with the architects/CAs/liasoners and the extent of large-scale corruption and black money flowing in the VVCMC to get the approval for the construction of buildings. Among those searched were builder Jayesh Babulal Ajmera, Devendra Ladhani, and architects Sanjay Narang and Ajay Wade. During the searches, the ED froze approximately Rs 12.71 crore in bank balances and mutual funds and seized Rs 26 lakh in cash. Earlier, the ED searched deputy town planner Y S Reddy of VVCMC and seized Rs 8.6 crore in unaccounted cash and Rs 23.2 crore worth of diamond-studded jewellery and bullion from his premises. During the investigation, the agency learned about the involvement of the senior officer. The ED's money laundering investigation stems from multiple FIRs registered by Mira-Bhayandar-Vasai-Virar police commissionerate. These cases involve illegal construction on govt and private land under VVMC jurisdiction. The land was designated for a sewage treatment plant and dumping ground in the Vasai-Virar development plan, on which the illegal buildings were constructed. The ED stated that the accused builders and developers deceived the general public at large by constructing illegal buildings on such land and subsequently selling it to the general public by fabricating approval documents.
