The actor stood tall on the global stage at the premiere of Spike Lee and Denzel Washington's neo-noir crime thriller film Highest to the Lowest and turned many heads with his dapper looks. For his powerful red carpet debut at Cannes 2025, the actor dolled up in a vintage-toned tuxedo with sharp, modern tailoring by Manish Malhotra.
He brought an air of understated glamour and refined masculinity with his ensemble, featuring a black-crisp shirt layered with a matching jacket with contrasting black buttons and an immaculate bow tie. Further, showcasing his quiet yet confident fashion statement, he teamed his outfit with a pair of black pants and tinted glasses that stole the spotlight.

Ahead of his debut, in a candid conversation with Lifestyle Asia, Karan Thacker revealed his nervousness accompanied by excitement as he was all set to grace the red carpet. He said, 'Honestly, this is so nerve-wracking, I never thought doing a red carpet would be such a nervous energy," adding, 'This is my first time in Cannes, and I'm really excited because I've come here with my film. Everyone's got their own film, but nothing excites you more than your own baby and a product that you're a part of. So I think that is the highlight of this entire trip."
He continued, 'I'm actually a bit starstruck because we're going for a Spike Lee film, so of course, we'll check Spike Lee out in person."
Further, talking about his ensemble, he mentioned, 'Well, I am in Manish Manohar from the top to the bottom, it's a lovely white tux with this beautiful bow tie, and yeah, I ditched the pin tuck shirt, and I wore like a nice satin shirt, I thought it's a nice change-up."
'The best thing to do is just be yourself, you should never overdo it or underdo it, just be an extension of your own personality and just enjoy it," he concluded with a valuable piece of advice.
On the work front, Karan Tacker is set to return to Neeraj Pandey's Special Ops series for its upcoming season.
