An appeal has been lodged with An Coimisiún Pleanála over the refusal by Wicklow County Council in respect of an application for a television and film hub, with a self-storage storage yard, for a Bray firm which has recently supported the production of Faithless, the show directed and starring Baz Ashmawy.
The application by Remedy Storage was for a new film studio and associated parking, along with a film backlot area, with self-storage containers to the rear of the site. It also sought retention permission for a change of use of part of existing building to film production, with retention also being sought for self-storage containers to the central part of site.
