EXCLUSIVE Bachelor vet Arie Luyendyk Jr and wife invite fans inside their kitchen as they announce due date of 4th kid
The lovebirds had a cozy baking session with one of their daughters, Alessi, over the weekend.
The 43-year-old Bachelor star and his 33-year-old wife shared with DailyMail.com that they were whipping up Pearl Milling Company and Nutella's Apple Pecan Pancakes.
It was a practice run before their Father's Day celebrations where the entire family will indulge in the sweet breakfast.
Arie and Lauren already have three children together - daughters Alessi, five; Senna, three; and her twin brother Lux - and are expecting a fourth.
The stars also shared that they will be welcoming their fourth child, a baby girl, in September.
Luyendyk Jr, who was the Bachelor in Season 22, got married to Lauren on January 12, 2019. Their wedding took place at the Haiku Mill in Maui, Hawaii.

In April they found out the sex of their fourth child. Arie and Lauren both revealed that they thought it would be a boy.
'I think it's a boy,' Lauren admitted in a YouTube video showing the sex reveal in more detail. 'And I thought it was a boy the entire time.
'If my instincts are wrong, I'm going to be so shocked,' she added.
Arie noted that he was 'wearing blue' because he also expected a boy.
'This pregnancy feels different,' he said.
In their sex reveal video, they both held opaque black balloons containing colored confetti, with leaves and flowers decorating the strings.
But as soon as they pricked the balloons, they exploded in a shower of pink confetti that rained down on their three children, revealing that they were expecting a girl.
Arie squinted with an ear-to-ear smile and doubled over laughing at the unexpected result, but everyone in the family was clearly overjoyed.
'You're gonna have a sister!' he shouted at the children, and own of the onlookers filming screamed, 'No way!'

Afterward, Alessi, Senna and Lux got to chow down on some pink-dyed vanilla cake to cap off the exciting announcement.
The announcement was only possible because Arie made the choice to get his vasectomy reversed earlier this year, though the procedure is not as irreversible as it is often touted as being.
In April of 2024, the auto racer admitted that he felt he had 'rushed' into getting the vasectomy and subsequently regretted it.
In March, Lauren revealed the couple faced a stumbling block when she experienced a chemic pregnancy prior to conceiving their fourth child.
'We tried and tried,' she emphasized in a YouTube vlog at the time. 'And we were unsuccessful for a little bit and then we had a chemical pregnancy. I've never had a chemical pregnancy before, so I thought that was it. Like we were actually pregnant.'
Lauren also bragged that she ' surprised' her husband 'for the first time ever' when she revealed she was pregnant.
'His one request for our last pregnancy was that I surprise him in a cute way because I always just tell him immediately because I can't keep secrets,' she admitted.
Contrary to what the name would suggest, a chemical pregnancy occurs when an embryo forms and implants within the uterus lining, but then stops developing within the first five weeks, according to the Cleveland Clinic.
The pregnancy is detectable via hormonal tests — hence the name — but after the embryo ceases developing the hormone levels will return to normal.

How adding more fiber to meals can benefit one's health
Increasing dietary fiber intake can significantly lower cholesterol levels, thereby reducing the risk of life-threatening heart attacks and strokes. Both soluble and insoluble fiber are beneficial; soluble fiber, found in foods like oats and lentils, binds with cholesterol in the digestive tract to prevent its absorption. Most adults currently consume around 15 grams of fiber daily, which is considerably less than the recommended 25–30 grams for optimal health. Practical ways to increase fiber include adding steel-cut oats with fruit for breakfast, incorporating lentils or hummus into lunch, and baking sweet potatoes for dinner. It is crucial to note that a high-fiber diet is not a complete remedy if saturated fats and salt remain high; fiber should be increased gradually with ample water intake to prevent discomfort.

FDA recalls five types of cheese over contamination concerns
The Middlefield Original Cheese Co-Op facility in Ohio has recalled over 5,000 lbs of cheese due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. Listeria can cause serious infections, particularly in vulnerable individuals, and can lead to miscarriages or stillbirths in pregnant women, though no illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall. Five different types of cheese are affected by the recall, including 100% Grass-fed Pepper Jack, Horseradish Flavored, Monterey Jack, and White Cheddar. The recall was initiated after product testing confirmed the presence of Listeria, with the source identified as environmental contamination that spread to food-contact areas during production. Customers who have purchased the affected cheese are advised to dispose of it or return it to the store for a refund.

Joanna Gaines reveals 'weird rule' she implemented in her Texas farmhouse since marrying Chip
Chip and Joanna Gaines have built an incredible lifestyle empire for themselves since shooting to fame on HGTV's Fixer Upper. So it's no surprise that Joanna - who has been compared to a modern day Martha Stewart - is a pro when it comes to welcoming guests into her Waco farmhouse. During an appearance on Today to promote her new home cooking show, Magnolia Table: At the Farm, Gaines, 47, revealed the 'weird rule' that she's implemented at home since marrying husband Chip in 2003. 'There's a cake plate stand on the island that since I first got married - it was like the first year, I got it for a wedding gift and it was empty,' she explained. 'We had so many friends and family coming in, and I was like, "I need to start having something in there," so it was kind of a weird rule I made,' she continued. 'The rule is just kind of always have something on the cake plate stand for the family or for guests - it's really me now just eating the stuff, so that's fun. It's now for me.' Chip and Joanna have been married for over two decades - but that doesn't mean they haven't had their fair share of ups and downs. The HGTV stars - who share five children - recently opened up about their private life and how they have dealt with the challenges of marriage. Joanna, 47, revealed that they had 'non-negotiables from day one,' speaking on how to balance their fame, family and relationship. She referenced the store she and Chip, 50, owned - which was called The Little Shop on Bosque and opened in the early 2000s - at the start of their marriage. However, the mom-of-five said even though it was scary, she could see the bright side even if they 'were struggling for the first 12 years of marriage.' 'Like every Friday it was like, "Well, is this when we close our doors [of The Little Shop on Bosque]?"' she explained on the Stronger Podcast with Don Saladino. 'Every day we showed up, it was like, "Well, if this all goes away, we still have each other,"' the Fixer Upper star said passionately. She explained that sums up the 'core and foundation' of who they are. 'Every decision we make, we say, "How will this affect this?"' the renovation star shared. Joanna credited her and Chip's decision to prioritize each other as helping them navigate fame whilst raising a family. Chip agreed, adding he would be fine with stepping away from the spotlight, as long as the most important thing - his wife and kids - were still there. 'As I think about fame and success and money in comparison to my marriage and my family… [If] all of this would instantly go away, and my wife and my kids would be back on the farm, raising animals,' the doting dad mused during the interview. 'But Jo and I, we believe we can have our cake and eat it too in the sense that I can be successful and I can have a healthy marriage and family,' he added. Joanna also shared the new endeavor the two are embarking on - their wellness journey. 'At this stage in our life, what we're trying to figure out is: we've got family, we've got business, like that's our thing... but now this wellness and health and working out, that is a new thing for us that we're trying to figure out,' she shared. Joanna and Chip have been married since 2003 and share five children: Drake, 20, Ella, 18, Duke, 17, Emmie, 15, and Crew, seven.
