Shreyas Iyer
has kept himself active and upbeat. The 30-year-old, who captained Punjab Kings in the IPL 2025 and SoBo Mumbai Falcons in the Mumbai T20 League, has stayed in high spirits despite the back-to-back setbacks.
Most recently, Iyer was seen in full sprint in a video shared by Punjab Kings on their official social media handle. Dressed in black shorts and red sneakers, the PBKS skipper hit the track with intensity, offering fans a glimpse into his ongoing fitness routine.
Iyer also made headlines with a visit to Spanish football giants FC Barcelona. In a post shared by the club's official X handle, the India batter was seen touring the club museum, admiring the Ballon d'Or trophies and other accolades on display.
He also posed with a personalized Barcelona jersey featuring his name and the number 96, smiling in front of the iconic club logo.
The club thanked him for his visit, while also adding, "Once a culer, always a culer ."
Following the IPL season, Iyer featured for SoBo Mumbai Falcons before taking a break. A month ago, he was spotted in Kazakhstan, with photos from the trip circulating online.
While the Indian Test team continues their five-match series in England, Iyer's omission from the squad stood out—especially with vacancies in the middle order after the retirements of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.

The English team, however, were not pleased as English skipper Stokes and his teammates immediately started to convince the Indian players to change their mind with Stokes even going on to suggest to Jadeja if he wanted to get a hundred against the bowling of Harry Brooks.
