The two-hour-45-minute spectacle in support of her Grammy-winning 2024 album, also saw Beyonce float over the arena on a horse shoe and later in a red car.
Flanked by more than 24 dancers, she belted out her hits in a string of glamorous outfits, including a white Mugler bodysuit and a figure-hugging red catsuit.
After cameos as a backing dancer during her 2023 Renaissance world tour, her eldest daughter Blue Ivy joined her to perform several complex choreographed routines.
The 13-year-old later strutted the length of the stage to her mum's 2006 chart- topper Deja Vu — receiving a rapturous reception from the sold-out SoFi Stadium.
Her youngest daughter Rumi, seven, featured in her first on-stage performance in a gold dress.
In the cutest moment of the evening, Beyonce sang Protector to the seven-year-old, who excitedly waved at the crowd and hugged the star.
Despite their daughters' inclusion, the singer's husband Jay Z and their son Sir, also seven, are not believed to have been at the show.
During the sixth act, she referenced her 2022 album Renaissance and stood atop a lifesize golden horse, similar to the silver steed on the record's cover, as she sang I'm That Girl.
Other standouts included a huge dress covered in LED bulbs, a piano set on fire and a robotic arm that poured the singer a whisky on stage.
Among the stars in the audience were Rita Ora and her Hollywood director husband Taika Waititi, singer Lizzo and telly host Oprah Winfrey.
Beyonce is creating a 'multi-generational legacy' with Blue Ivy Carter trademark - and 'safeguarding' daughter's brand
Beyonce also took the opportunity to praise other black country artists and flashed images on screen of acts including Linda Martell and Sister Rosetta Tharpe.
She said: 'I want to thank all of those who came before me. I want to thank my fans for letting me make this album. Thank you for giving me the creative liberty to challenge myself.'
'I hope y'all had fun'
Nineteen of the 36 songs performed were from her latest album — her fifth No1 solo collection — including hits Texas Hold 'Em, Jolene and II Most Wanted.
It was her first time singing much of the project live, as her only other performance from this era was an NFL half-time show on Christmas Day.
Near the end of the show, she said: 'I have the best fans in the world. I love you so much. We worked so hard to make this as perfect as we could for y'all. I hope y'all had fun.'

The tour will gallop into the UK in June when she will smash her own record for the most performances by any artist or band at North London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Beyonce, who played five shows there in 2023, will return for six nights — on June 5, 7, 10, 12, 14 and 16 — before a string of dates in Paris.
Tickets are on sale at livenation.co.uk.
The Crazy In Love singer is scheduled to play four more nights in Los Angeles before stints in Chicago and New Jersey.
After her European dates, she will return to the US for further shows until July.
She is then expected to follow up the project with another album next year, after announcing that Renaissance and Cowboy Carter were part of a trilogy.
On her website in 2022, she confirmed: 'This three-act project was recorded over three years during the pandemic.
'A time to be still, but also a time I found to be the most creative.'

Love Island announce two new boys as heartbroken star sent home in huge twist
Love Island have announced two new singletons for this series. The new season kicked off on Monday, but this year's singles haven't had the chance to get comfortable in their couples, as ITV producers quickly started sending in bombshells left, right, and centre. The girls were the first to come under fire as American pool party waitress Antonia Laites entered the villa and immediately stole Shakira's man. This left her vulnerable to being dumped from the island, so she soon had to start chatting up the other girls' partners in a last-ditch attempt to save herself before the next firepit ceremony. However, now it is the men on the show who have had the pressure put on them as two new bombshells have entered the villa and are ready to crack on with their girls, following the devastating dumping of Sophie Lee. Here is what we know about the new lads... Shea, 25, from Bristol, said he is looking for someone bubbly, who's got "that spark". Unlike some of the other boys in the villa, this one is not looking to mess around. Shea wants to find a good girl with a "nice personality" to get serious with. It's also very important to him that she will be understanding of the important role his young son plays in his life. The scaffolder, who admits he spends most mornings in the gym, added: "I am ready again to look for something more serious. I'm 25 now, so I want to be settling down and have someone always by my side." Although Shea is looking for a wifey, his single days are not far behind him. When asked what he would be the boss of, he didn't hesitate to say "pulling girls". The cheeky gym buff added: "I'm confident to go up and introduce myself and say, 'You look beautiful', to get a conversation flowing." Essex-based content creator Remell, 24, wants to meet someone who is "bubbly, confident, ambitious and fun". He admitted he easily gets bored of being with the same person, so girls on the island better look out, because his head might be quickly turned. Remell joked that a film based on his love life up until now would be called "Once a Player, Not Always a Player", adding: "I'm the CEO of flirting. Sometimes it's just unintentional." The self improvement guru also opened up about his high standards, saying he needs a woman who can "stimulate him mentally" and his biggest ick is someone with no ambition or goals. He shared: "If I can't talk to a woman and pick her brain, have some discussion, that's a huge turn off for me as where are we going to be going?" The two new boys were introduced to the villa moments after the other Islanders were left devastated by Sophie's exit. The motivational speaker from Manchester was axed from the show after Shakira decided to steal her man in order to remain in the villa, so the bombshells have got some cheering up to do. .

Love Island's two new bombshell boys after favourite brutally dumped from villa
ITV Love Island aired more dramatic scenes tonight after two new bombshell lads entered the villa and one girl left in a shock twist. Love Island aired more dramatic scenes tonight during the second episode of the ITV show which returned to screens for its twelfth season this week. After Sophie Lee was sent home in a shocking twist which saw her partner Harry step forward to show his interest in single girl Shakira. Shakira was left single last night after American beauty bombshell Toni walked into the villa after the couplings had been done and stole her partner Ben off of her. Host Maya Jama then advised Shakira she would have just 24 hours to get to know each of the boys and choose which one she'd like to couple up with in order to stay in the villa. However, the catch was that the boy had to accept her proposal and ditch his current girl for Shakira. Blu, Conor and Harry all showed an interest in Shakira but she ultimately decided to choose Harry, sending motivational speaker Sophie from Manchester packing. However, things are about to be spiced up even more by the arrival of two bombshell new boys.
