Shah Rukh Khan used to lose his cool over wife Gauri because of..., started arguing with her after...

Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan have been one of the most admired couples in Bollywood for over three decades. Married for nearly 34 years, their journey began long before the superstardom, in the lanes of Delhi, when a teenage SRK first saw Gauri at a party in Panchsheel Club.
Back then, he was 19 and she was just 14 — but what followed was a story full of youthful obsession, family resistance, and timeless love.
In a magazine essay, Shah Rukh once confessed to being deeply insecure during the early phase of their relationship. He admitted to fighting with Gauri if she let her hair down or wore a swimsuit. 'She looked too beautiful with her hair open… and I didn't want other guys to notice her,' he had written. He added, 'I was crazy about her. If she wore a swimsuit or kept her hair open, I'd get into fights with her.'
His possessiveness stemmed not from mistrust, but the fear of losing someone he found ethereally beautiful. Two weddings, one epic love story
Despite coming from different religions, Shah Rukh (a Muslim) and Gauri (a Hindu) stood firm against social pressure. In 1991, they tied the knot twice — once under Hindu traditions, and once under Muslim customs — making their love story a rare, cross-cultural milestone in Bollywood. From lovers to parents of three, goals!
After six years of marriage, the couple welcomed their first child, Aryan Khan, in 1997. Their daughter Suhana followed in 2000. In 2013, they became parents once again to AbRam, born via surrogacy.
What began as a teenage infatuation in Delhi became one of India's most inspiring celebrity relationships. From SRK's once-painful possessiveness to the couple's resilience across decades, Shah Rukh and Gauri remain a symbol of love that matures, heals, and endures.

The traditional Hindu ceremony, typically performed on the banks of River Ganga, was organized by Team Radio Dhishum and attended by members of the Indian diaspora dressed in traditional attire. While some questioned the appropriateness of performing Ganga Aarti on a different river, with comments like "Credit is not Ganga. What exactly are they worshipping?" others defended it as a symbolic expression of faith and cultural identity. Supporters argued that the ceremony was more about spiritual connection than geographical location, with one user noting, "Faith is about intention, not coordinates." This incident follows a recent similar debate sparked by Indian tourists performing Garba dance inside Dubai's Burj Khalifa.

After Armaan Malik reveals ex-girlfriend broke up because of his ‘Muslim background', father Daboo Malik assures he's ‘always there'

Earlier this year, singer Armaan Malik revealed he's severed ties with his parents — veteran music composer Daboo Malik and Jyoti Malik. Weeks after that, Armaan's elder brother and composer Amaal Mallik also followed suit. He claimed while his bond with Armaan is 'stronger than ever,' he blamed their parents for creating a gap between the two brothers. Now, Daboo has reached out to Armaan on Instagram after the latter opened up on issues he's faced in his love life in the past. He claimed that an ex-girlfriend had dumped him because of his 'Muslim background,' although he maintains 'there is not even I of Islam in me.' She'd even asked Armaan to gatecrash her wedding. Daboo Malik commented on SCREEN's Instagram post detailing these revelations by Armaan. 'Son… Remember your father is always there… I know your pain and I love you to eternity… There can be no one like you…,' he wrote. Armaan is yet to respond to his father's comment. A post shared by SCREEN (@ieentertainment) In March, Amaal Malik had shared on his Instagram handle, 'Today, I stand at a point where I have been robbed of my peace, drained emotionally & maybe financially too but that's the least of my concerns. What really matters is that I am clinically depressed because of these happenings. Yes I have only myself to blame for my actions but my self-worth has been diminished countless times by actions of near and dear ones that stole pieces of my soul.' 'Journey has been terrific for the both of us but the actions of my parents have been the reason we as brothers have gone too far from one another,' he added. Amaal further said he is 'stepping away from these personal ties' and that his interactions with his family will be strictly professional from now on. 'This isn't a decision made in anger, but one born from the necessity to heal and reclaim my life. I refuse to let the past rob me of my future any longer. I am committed to rebuilding my life, piece by piece, with honesty and strength,' he wrote. However, Amaal deleted his post later and asked fans to 'sensationalise & give negative headlines to my vulnerability.' Nothing changes between us brothers, Armaan and I are one and nothing can come between us,' he added. Amaal Malik was also present at Armaan Malik's wedding as the latter tied the knot with girlfriend Aashna Shroff in April. 'Tu hi mera Ghar (you're my only home) (red heart emoji),' Armaan had captioned the Instagram post in which he shared pictures with his newlywed wife.
