Gary Lineker reunites with first wife Michelle at son Harry's lavish wedding
Gary Lineker and his first wife, Michelle Cockayne, put their differences aside as they came together for the joyous occasion of their son Harry's wedding in Ibiza. The star-studded event saw Harry Lineker marry amidst the company of his well-known family, including Gary's brother Wayne, earlier this month. In the heartwarming photos from the day, Gary, 64, looked dapper in a beige linen suit paired with cropped trousers and brown suede loafers, while seated next to Michelle, who was radiant in a midnight blue silk maxi dress, ideal for the Mediterranean setting. Another snapshot shows Michelle joining Gary and their four sons, Tobias, 29, George, 34, Angus, 26, and the groom, Harry, 31, for a memorable family moment on the Balearic island. Gary and Michelle's romance began when they met at a young age; he was an 18 year old reserve for Leicester City, and she was just 14. They tied the knot in 1986. Reflecting on their early days, Gary shared: "There wasn't one particular moment when we suddenly became a couple but I do remember asking her out for our first proper date to a restaurant when she was 17 and it just went on from there," adding sentimentally, "I was probably keener on her then than she was on me and I'm probably keener now." The pair had four sons, but faced unspeakable heartache when their baby George was diagnosed with cancer, reports the Mirror. Gary Lineker opened up about the unimaginably difficult period, revealing that George was hospitalised for seven months, during his chat on ITV's The Assembly, where celebrities are interviewed by neurodivergent or learning disabled individuals. He tearfully recounted how their infant son was not expected to survive after being diagnosed with leukaemia at just two months old. An emotional Gary recounted: "That was really tough - it changes you, he was only two months old. We got told he had leukaemia, he wasn't given much chance." Recounting the ordeal, the ex-footballer, who has recently transitioned away from MOTD following a two-and-a-half-decade stint, shared: "It was really awful. We were in the hospital for around seven months with him." Choking back tears, Gary reflected: "We were the lucky ones, because there were other parents in there that lost their kids so we felt quite fortunate in the end. It was really scary." While discussing how he and Michelle endured the dread of those moments, Gary concluded: "I felt I needed to talk about it. Michelle, she would bottle things up. But ultimately we got a good ending." Twenty years into their marriage, Michelle accused Gary of 'unreasonable behaviour', filing for divorce when he was just 16 and citing his conduct had led to her experiencing 'stress and anxiety'. Yet later on, the ex-couple declared their separation was without hard feelings. Gary, who remarried Welsh model Danielle Bux, reflected positively in The Times, saying he's had "two really good marriages".

I'm 30 & have had 4 BBL's – trolls say my bum looks like a wisdom tooth but I don't care about the risks, I want curves
A WOMAN who has had four BBLs at the age of 30 has insisted she doesn't care about the risks involved in the dangerous surgery. Scarlett is no stranger to showing off her curves on her social media pages, and appeared on ITV show 3 Scarlett regularly takes to social media to share pics and videos of her surgically-enhanced body Credit: TikTok/@scarlett_dollx 3 She's only 30 and has already had loads of surgery - including four Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs) Credit: TikTok/@scarlett_dollx 3 Scarlett had her first procedure aged 20 - when she had her boobs done Credit: Shutterstock Editorial Speaking to Ben Shepherd and Cat Deeley, she admitted she started her surgery journey aged 20, when she had her first boob job. "I had that done and I thought, 'Ooh, that was nice!'" Scarlett grinned. "So then I went and had my nose done and then the BBLs started... I think five years ago I had my first one. "And then I've kind of tried to have one every year. Read more Body Shape stories "I did skip a year but yeah, so I've had four altogether now." Cat asked Scarlett if she was influenced by social media or the celebrity world to have her surgeries, to which she admitted that it had a big part in her choice. She also said she "doesn't want anyone on the Internet to call me fat", and added that trolls call her that "all the time". "I've had four rounds of lipo and they still call me fat, so no matter how many things I could have done, people would still have stuff to say." Most read in Fabulous One such comment she often receives is about the shape of her derriere - with cruel trolls even likening it to a "wisdom tooth". Scarlett had 360 liposuction as part of the BBL - with the "purest fat" taken from her stomach, upper back, lower back, arms, legs and double chin and injected back into her bum. Katie Price reveals her 'most painful' surgery EVER - just days before getting more filler in her bum "I think the dangerous part is when they inject it back into the bum, because if they inject it into the wrong place, it can block an artery or something," she admitted. And because of the dangers involved, her family pleaded with her not to go ahead with the BBLs. "Everybody was like, 'please don't get it done, it's really dangerous'," she recalled. "But I think they probably knew I was going to get it done anyway." In terms of the dangers involved, Scarlett ended up getting "lipo burns" in her first time having the BBL. "I didn't realise that that wasn't normal," she said. What are Brazilian Butt Lifts and why are they so popular? Buttock enlargement surgery - known as a Brazilian butt-lift (BBL) - is used to make the bum look bigger, rounded and lifted. Surgeons transfer fat, inject filler or insert silicone-filled implants. It is the fastest growing cosmetic procedure but also one of the most dangerous, according to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS). Many patients are travelling to the likes of Turkey or seeking out unregistered surgeons in the UK and are not given full information on the risks. BBLs carry the highest risk of all cosmetic surgeries - with more than one death occurring per 4,000 procedures. Due to celebrities undergoing such ops, many women are hoping to emulate their looks. Consultant clinical psychologist Dr Anu Sayal-Bennett, a chartered member of the British Psychological Society, told Many people travel abroad for the procedure because it is cheaper and advertising is "terribly seductive", combined with the idea of a beach holiday, added Dr Sayal-Bennett. "They healed ok, there's just some little scars and stuff. "At the end of the day, I knew the risks going in and I thought it was normal." Scarlett, who also spoke about her surgery on Oliva Attwood's show The Price of Perfection, added that she decided to have all of her surgeries abroad because they were willing to give her a more "extreme" look than anyone in the UK. "I didn't even look at any surgeons in the UK," she admitted. But due to being abroad, things were done slightly differently in the UK - in that she didn't meet her surgeon until the day of her op, and had been sending photos of herself online up until that point. Asked by Ben and Cat if she's happy with the way she looks now, Scarlett replied: "I'm definitely satisfied, and that was my last round!" However, she then clarified that she would be having any surgery for a "long time" - but would never say never.
