It came less than two months after Vaccaro filed for divorce, calling her marriage to Hill 'irretrievably broken,' on April 8 — a day after police responded to a domestic dispute at their Miami residence, during which their infant daughter was present.
Police made no arrests and said their daughter appeared to be in good health.

After that, Vaccaro alleged in a separate emergency court filing that Hill disappeared in the aftermath of their dispute for two nights, only to return and take their daughter without her mother's consent.
The motion requested temporary exclusive use of the couple's home for Vaccaro, along with limiting Hill's access to Capri to 'supervised timesharing.'
During a Dolphins practice last week, Hill told reporters that he has attended church and therapy over the past month.

'It's tough. Only thing I'm going to say is, man, money is a crazy thing for a lot of people,' Hill said. 'But I mean, for me, we just going to let the details just handle itself, you know what I'm saying? Because at the end of the day, the truth always comes out, right?
'My job is just to be a great father to all of my kids and be the best player I can be and be the best leader I can be for these guys in this locker room, man. So, I'm going to stand strong on that and I'm going to stand firm on that.'

Olympic swimmer engulfed in ‘inappropriate' behaviour accusations makes fiery statement

Luana Alonso will no longer stay silent. The Paraguayan swimmer who reportedly was booted out of the Olympic Village during last year's Summer Games has fired back at 'false rumours' surrounding her departure from Paris. Alonso posted a fiery statement on her Instagram stories this week, hitting out at the reports that she was removed for creating an 'inappropriate atmosphere.' 'Let me make this clear: I left the Olympic Village on my own,' she wrote on Wednesday. 'These are false rumours that have hurt my name and my career.' Alonso ignited a firestorm at the Games last summer, going viral for alleged behaviour behind the scenes at the village. The 21-year-old swimmer competed for Paraguay in the women's 100-metre butterfly, but failed to reach the semifinals – and then seemingly announced her abrupt retirement from the sport in a post on Instagram. But instead of heading home, Alonso stayed in the French capital to see the sights – which were well-documented on her social media account – before reportedly got her booted by her country's Olympic committee for creating an 'inappropriate atmosphere.' 'Her presence is creating an inappropriate atmosphere within Team Paraguay,' Larissa Schaerer, the head of the Paraguayan Olympic Committee (COP), said in a statement at the time. But, 11 months later, Alonso is now firing back at the accusations. 'The Paraguayan Olympic team claimed I created an 'inappropriate environment' simply because I decided I didn't want to swim anymore,' she said. 'They tried to take my accreditation away, but that's not something they had the right to do. I chose not to hand it over and apparently that was 'inappropriate' to them.' The Daily Mail also reported that Alonso was accused of being a distraction to her fellow competitors with her socializing and attire. She was often seen sporting stylish outfits as opposed to team uniforms and opted to take a trip to Disneyland Paris instead of cheering on her compatriots. 'I was judged for wearing skinny clothes, for socializing, and for not conforming,' she added. 'That's not inappropriate — that's being a young adult. 'I had finished racing. I was no longer obligated to stay. If others saw that as disrespectful, that's on them.' Alonso reportedly checked into a Parisian hotel after leaving the Olympic Village, and visited high-end stores and restaurants. But despite the contentious nature between herself and her country's Olympic committee, the Southern Methodist University alum claims she was asked by Paraguayan swimming officials to return to the pool for the Pan American Junior Games, which are being held in the country's capital, Asunción, this August. 'If I had been treated like a human being, maybe I would have stayed,' she said. 'But they made me feel like a problem.' Olympian kicked out of village for 'inappropriate behaviour' teases return to pool Ex-Playboy model reveals 'painful' divorce from Olympic star Ryan Lochte It's not only the COP that Alonso has in her crosshairs, either. The two-time Olympian also threatened legal action against media outlets that are spreading the 'false rumours' about her. 'I'm seriously considering legal action against the magazines and media outlets spreading false rumours like that I was expelled from the Olympic Village. Really? Who came up with that nonsense? Well that it's not true,' she wrote. She also teased that she would be releasing a video to better explain her thinking. 'Seriously (these) lies are wild and affecting my life and that's why I decided I'm keeping my life lowkey,' she said.

An Elephant Wanders Into a Grocery Store and Steals Crackers, a Sandwich and the Internet's Heart

In Thailand, a wild elephant lumbered into a grocery store and helped himself to all the goods as if he was taking over the place. Now, the male elephant known as Plai Biang Lek is taking over the internet, too. Plai Biang Lek entered a store in Pak Chong, Thailand, after finding his way there from Khao Yai National Park, according to NBC News. Video of the incident circulating on social media shows the giant animal, plastered in mud, the inside of the small store as he towers over a wall of shelves packed with snacks and groceries. The store's owner, Kamploy Kakaew, and national park workers can be heard trying to wrangle the elephant out of the store as he munches away, seemingly unfazed. Speaking to NBC News, Kakaew recalled how the behemoth managed to feast on several items from her morning haul, including dried bananas, nine bags of sweet rice crackers and a sandwich. 'This sandwich, the whole pack was gone,' she said. Plai Biang Lek was eventually escorted from the shop's premises without anyone being harmed. Still, he didn't leave the store empty-trunked. The video shows him making his departure with a parting snack tucked against his chest. The chaos and crumbs left behind might have been local to Thailand, but the laughs and comments are now global. On Instagram and TikTok, users have reacted to the video with amusement and affection, with TikTok calling Plai Biang 'impossible to ignore.' 'That elephant was being very mindful, very demure,' one user commented on Associated Press' Instagram page. 'Previous human looking for favorite snacks in the afterlife for sure,' replied another. ''Hello boss?'' one replied, leaning into the absurdity. 'So, it's just that I don't know where to start.'' 'Insurance company: a WHAT entered the store?' someone quipped. 'They'd love Costco,' chimed in another. 'This sounds like a math problem,' one user mused. 'If one elephant eats 3 apples, how much will it cost to replace the ceiling?' 'Me in the kitchen at 2 am,' came another joke. Khao Yai National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located some 114 miles away from the city of Bangkok, according to the park's website. It is a home to a diverse range of wildlife, including reptiles, birds and mammals like Plai Biang Lek. In Thailand, elephants are cultural figures of royalty and strength. While deeply respected, their numbers have dropped significantly due to poaching, habitat encroachment and the increase of human-elephant conflicts, according to the World Wildlife Fund. In 2020, the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation (DNP), started a plan to ease these conflicts by increasing food and water resources for animals within their protected habitats.
