Chapple-Hyam planning to supplement Kon Tiki for Coronation Stakes
The Night Of Thunder filly is unbeaten in three starts, supplementing two all-weather novice successes with a Listed strike on her first turf spin at York's Dante meeting.
After bypassing a run in the Prix de Sandringham at Chantilly at the start of the month, Kon Tiki will have a racecourse gallop before connections pay £46,000 to add her to the Coronation field.
Speaking at the July course on Wednesday morning, Chapple-Hyam said: 'She's really good, she's coming here on Friday morning for a gallop and she's being supplemented then on the Saturday.
'We looked at the Sandringham in France which was on French Derby day, it just came that fortnight too quick and she came in season, so it was a combination.'

Carroll said: 'She's a filly we like a lot. She's a big, long-striding filly who travels well and has a gear. 'She picked up to win well and has got tired inside the furlong pole. She had a good blow, and the ground is probably as slow as she wants it. She has a bit of class. 'She won a barrier trial well and stepped forward. She's a very straightforward filly and I think as the year goes on, she'll keep improving.' There was also a first victory for Dermot Weld's Sindria (3-1) in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden, with the daughter of Kodiac running on strongly in the hands of Chris Hayes to pip Johnny Murtagh's 6-4 favourite Shakazia. Weld said: 'She ran a very good race on her only run as a two-year-old and at Naas the ground was probably a bit quick for her, and she ran too free early on. 'She only finished about four lengths behind the favourite in Naas having done a lot wrong. We've spent a lot of time over the last couple of weeks just getting her to relax and settle to enjoy her work. The proof of the pudding was winning there today. 'She's by Kodiac out of a Galileo mare and that's why she came home well there. A good ride from the winning jockey.'

Trainer Joseph O'Brien, son of iconic handler Aidan, has watched the odds on The Liffey tumble down repeatedly in the build-up to the world's biggest Flat racing festival. While it doesn't take stacks of cash to move a market in the Royal Hunt Cup handicap this far out, bookies have certainly taken notice of the monster plunge. "Those wagers meant he was already a decent loser for a handicap so far from post-time, but then when we were around the 20-1 mark momentum really took off and he's now incredulously into just 8-1. "He's already a bad ante-post result for us. "It's a little too early to say it's turning into one of the biggest ever Royal extravaganza gambles we've ever encountered. "Mainly because the money we've seen is unlikely to be of the scale of liabilities we'll be holding on the actual day. "But should the momentum continue in the way that it has, and punters get stuck into the No Nay Never gelding on that Wednesday, it's certainly not inconceivable that it might be up there."
