Young and the Restless Spoilers July 14: Can Amanda Save Phyllis…and the Rest?
Amanda (Mishael Morgan) rightfully left Genoa City when she realized everyone who lived there wasn't worth her time. We're not sure if Cane (Billy Flynn) is, either, but at least he respects her intelligence. He put her in charge of watching his kidnap victims. (Yes, we said it. What else do you call it when you have people trapped on your property and are not letting them leave? No matter how nice the accommodations, they're still being held against their will.)
And Amanda is doing her best to keep everything under control. While she continues making deals.

Amanda's best friend in France is Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). Ironically, she's the one Amanda can control the least. Phyllis is determined to make Cane take over Chancellor Industries and install her to run it.
And there is nothing Amanda can do about it. Which is why Phyllis keeps doing dumb things. And why is she now in danger? Cane thinks someone is about to try and kill him. Will Phyllis helpfully get there first?
