Realty Income Corporation (NYSE:O)'s large scale allows it to access capital markets with ease. In addition, its investment-grade credit rating helps it secure favorable borrowing terms. This results in a competitive cost of capital, giving Realty Income an advantage over many of its peers.
On July 8, Realty Income Corporation (NYSE:O) announced a monthly dividend of $0.269 per share, consistent with its prior payout. Since it was founded about 30 years ago, it has increased its dividend 131 times. In addition, shareholders have received monthly dividends for 661 straight months. The stock supports a dividend yield of 5.58%, as of July 27.

e.l.f. Beauty Announces First Quarter Fiscal 2026 Results
Delivered 26th Consecutive Quarter of Net Sales Growth and Market Share Gains OAKLAND, Calif., August 06, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--e.l.f. Beauty (NYSE: ELF) today announced results for the three months ended June 30, 2025. "Our strong Q1 results, including 210 basis points of market share gains, are a continuation of the consistent, category-leading growth we've delivered over the past 26 quarters," said Tarang Amin, e.l.f. Beauty's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "The combination of our value proposition, powerhouse innovation and disruptive marketing engine continue to fuel our results. Three Months Ended June 30, 2025 Results For the three months ended June 30, 2025, compared to the three months ended June 30, 2024: Net sales increased 9% to $353.7 million, primarily driven by strength in both our retailer and e-commerce channels, in the US and internationally. Gross margin decreased approximately 215 basis points to 69%, primarily driven by tariffs, partially offset by favorable foreign exchange impacts and mix. Selling, general and administrative ("SG&A") expenses increased 15.3 million to 195.8 million, or 55% of net sales. Adjusted SG&A (SG&A excluding the items identified in the reconciliation table below) increased 12.9 million to $177.3 million, or 50% of net sales. The increase in SG&A is primarily related to an increase in professional fees, retail fixturing and visual merchandising costs, marketing and digital spend, along with increased depreciation and amortization, offset by lower compensation and benefits expense, and operations costs. Other income, net increased $4.9 million to $5.0 million, primarily driven by an increase in foreign currency gains in the period attributable to currency rate fluctuation. Net income was $33.3 million on a GAAP basis. Adjusted net income (net income excluding the items identified in the reconciliation table below) was $51.3 million. Diluted earnings per share were $0.58 on a GAAP basis. Paycom raises 2025 revenue and profit forecasts on AI-driven demand
(Reuters) -Payroll processor Paycom Software raised its forecast for annual revenue and profit on Wednesday, as the addition of AI features helps accelerate demand for its employee management services, sending its shares up 7% in extended trading. The company now expects fiscal 2025 revenue of $2.05 billion to $2.06 billion, up from its previous projection of $2.02 billion to $2.04 billion. Analysts on average expect $2.03 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG. Paycom has been integrating artificial intelligence features into its software with its 'smart AI' suite that automates tasks such as writing job descriptions and helps employers identify which employees are most at risk of leaving. This has boosted demand for Paycom's services as businesses look to simplify workforce management functions. "We are well positioned to extend our product lead and eclipse the industry with even greater AI and automation," CEO Chad Richison said in a statement. Paycom expects 2025 core profit in the range of $872 million to $882 million, up from previous expectations of $843 million to $858 million. The payroll processor reported revenue of $483.6 million for the second quarter ended June 30, beating analysts' estimate of $472 million. Adjusted core profit was $198.3 million, compared to $159.7 million in the same period last year. Paycom's expectation of strong growth comes despite a sharp deterioration in U.S. labor market conditions. U.S. employment growth was weaker than expected in July, while the nonfarm payrolls count for the prior two months was revised down by 258,000 jobs, according to a Labor Department report.
