Veteran filmmaker Rakesh Roshan is redefining fitness goals at 75. On Monday, the Koi… Mil Gaya director took to Instagram to share a video of his rigorous workout session — a reel packed with punches, weighted squats, and high-intensity training that could rival any professional athlete.
In the video, Rakesh is seen powering through a variety of exercises: boxing drills, leg presses, battle ropes, and weightlifting. Whether it was shoulder-loaded squats or core-focused stability routines, he performed each movement with precision and determination.
