Inside Hugh Jackman's lavish $21 million New York penthouse as he divvies up property portfolio with Deborra-Lee Furness amid divorce
is said to have retained his $21 million New York apartment amid his divorce from Deborra-Lee Furness.
The actor, 56, split from Deborra, 69, in 2023 and they have been in negotiations on how best to divide their $387 million fortune - which includes a sprawling international property empire.
Yet last week sources close to the pair claimed that the lengthy negotiation period was over and now all that was required is a judge's sign-off.
As part of the alleged deal, Hugh is said to have kept hold of their minimalist penthouse apartment in New York City 's Chelsea district, which he and Deborra purchased for $21.1 million in August 2022.
Since his estranged wife moved out, it's believed the X-Men star's new girlfriend, Broadway actress Sutton Foster, has been slowly moving her things in.

The 440sqm apartment is located in the penthouse of a quirky glass front building, designed by award-winning French architect Jean Nouvel, which boasts 57 units across 23 floors.
The property features a light and airy open layout with four bedrooms centred around the communal living areas.
It has floor-to-ceiling windows which stand over four metres and boasts 343sqm of outdoor space with a massive rooftop terrace overlooking the Hudson river.
Other desirable features in the property include two fireplaces, a large master suite with numerous closets and a pristine all-white bathroom.
Deborra and Hugh also own several luxury properties across the United States, England and Australia.
Before they snapped up their Chelsea building, it was owned by Daniel Fischel, president of the global economic consulting company Compass Lexecon.
While the property is undeniably impressive, it was a downsize for the estranged couple, who bought the apartment after moving out of a triplex in West Village.
The 11,000-square-foot property was put on the market for a whopping $38.9 million.

Last month, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that Deborra officially filed for divorce in New York on May 23, two years after they announced their separation.
As per the filings, it was revealed everything had been ironed out behind the scenes.
Other filings submitted by her lawyer included a notice concerning continuation of health care coverage, a proposed qualified medical child support order, a New York state case registry form (used to report child support orders to the state's registry), the settlement, a proposed judgment of divorce, and certificate of dissolution.
All that needs to be done now is for the judge to sign off on the judgment.
Deborra, who has two adopted children with the Wolverine actor, has received a 'handsome spousal support payment,' according to an insider, who said there will be no 'drama' as they terminate their 27-year marriage.
'A settlement was reached that Deborra is pleased with which includes a handsome spousal support payment,' a source told DailyMail.com.
'There was some back and forth regarding this financial agreement but, in the end, she got what she believed she deserved. Both are coming out of this financially secure.
'There is not going to be any drama with this gives closure that she needed.'
A separate source said the divorce is 'non contested,' meaning there was not a major disagreement between the couple divorcing.
'They have worked out the details in advance and everything is ironed out in terms of a settlement, alimony and the expenses for the future of their children,' they said.
'They are amicable and they are both fully committed to being the best parents that they can be.'
They added that Hugh, who is dating Broadway star Sutton and was seen walking hand-in-hand with her days before the filing, is 'looking forward to the future and not looking back.'
In a statement sent to DailyMail.com, Deborra said, 'My heart and compassion goes out to everyone who has traversed the traumatic journey of betrayal.
'It's a profound wound that cuts deep, however I believe in a higher power and that God/the universe, whatever you relate to as your guidance, is always working FOR us.'
Back in January, DailyMail.com exclusively reported that the estranged spouses had yet to file as their decision to dismiss a prenup was proving to be a point of contention.
Insiders at the time claimed that their split could get 'messy ' as they were struggling to divvy up their estimated $250 million fortune.
'One of the biggest reasons why they haven't yet filed is that they never had a prenup,' an insider close to Hugh said.
'When they got married, they thought it would be forever. Who doesn't? At the time, neither of them expected Hugh's career to get as enormous as it has.'
The pair met back in 1995 on Australian TV show Correlli, when she was a major star, and he was enjoying his first role fresh out of drama school.
They were married in Melbourne, Australia, in April 1996 before adopting their son Oscar, now 24, in 2000. Five years later they completed their family unit when they adopted daughter Ava, 19.
Since tying the knot, Hugh has amassed an eye watering fortune, estimated to be hundreds of millions, thanks to his turn as Wolverine in Marvel's blockbuster comic book franchise.

Kristin Cavallari admits 'dry humping' Glen Powell on secret date during bombshell first episode of reality show
Kristin Cavallari dropped quite the bombshell on the series premiere of Honestly Cavallari, admitting to going on a date and 'dry humping' actor Glen Powell. The 38-year-old reality star debuted her new series on E! Wednesday, which follows her embarking on her podcast tour, and comes after she revealed which family member she cut out of her life. Her first stop was in Atlanta, where she had a colorful chat with Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak in front of a packed crowd. Her best friend Justin also joined the show, where he spilled some tea for the crowd when a fan asked about Kristin's dating life as a single mom. 'She recently went on a date with... she's gonna be so mad at me, actually, with Glen Powell, and I wanted it to happen so bad!' Justin said as Kristin screamed, 'Justin!' The show then featured a clip from four days earlier with Kristin and Justin explaining that they were, 'partying in Greece ' when Powell, '36, 'literally ran into me.' Justin joked, 'And then you guys had a really fun night together,' as Kristin admitted, 'I never f***ed him, just putting that out there.' Justin then asked, 'You guys dry humped, though?' After a pause Kristin smiled and said, 'Yeah, we did,' as they both laughed. Back in Atlanta, Kristin told the crowd, 'OK, I have to go on record, when this comes out, I had nothing to f***ing do with it!' Before the Glen Powell admission, a fan asked how she dates as a single mother of three kids. 'It's been a lot with my kids, in the last year. I now have them a lot more than I did, and so dating, it hasn't been the priority,' Cavallari admitted. 'But in nine years, when my kids are off at college, I'm gonna be all over the world, with all the guys, doing all the things,' she said. The show also opens with a glimpse into Cavallari's home life, revealing her nine-day tour will be the longest she won't be seeing her kids in over a year. 'It's podcast tour week. I'm not gonna see them for nine days, which is... That's a long stretch. We used to do week on, week off. 50-50 custody, but that changed over a year ago,' she said. 'So, this will be the longest that I've gone without seeing them in, like, a year, and that's gonna be hard,' she admitted. 'I think deep down I knew, um, I was very unhappy at that point in my life and really stressed out. And my kids were young, so it's not like they were seeing headlines or anything,' she said of her relationship with ex Jay Cutler. 'But now my kids are 12, 10, and 9, and that's my priority right now. I see little bits of me in all of them, actually. They get all their good qualities from me,' she joked.
