Claiming to absorb rapidly without any piling, a clinical study found that 83% of participants who used the dual serums after eight weeks saw fewer wrinkles with a record 21% smoothness, meanwhile 87% saw more radiance (an 18% increase) in their skin. These benefits rival that of products like the Olay Regenerist Day Face Cream and Serum 2-in-1 - which is currently £15 at Boots. With pure niacinamide and power peptides, the 2-in-1 serum penetrates up to 10 layers deep to 'accelerate surface skin's cell renewal for visibly regenerated skin'.
Elsewhere, for those happy with a do-all formula, Beauty Pie's Youthbomb 360° Radiance Concentrate Serum costs more at £93 but is an award-winner made with Biolog-Elastic Complex to 'help visibly firm, resurface, brighten, tighten, hydrate and glow - all in one bottle'.
Although at £19, Amazon's L'Oréal Paris Age Defying Serum Le Duo is a lot cheaper and has a handful of rave reviews and a 4.3 star rating.
One happy customer was thrilled with their purchase and the results they experienced. They said: "I love this, been using it everyday and had a few comments about how much better my skin looks. It smells lovely and feels nice on your skin."
Someone else simply put: "Lines around the mouth appear softer, and skin feels plush after tapping it in. The booster aspect adds a gentle lift effect. The formula absorbs quickly, which makes layering foundation simpler. No greasy residue, which suits combination skin."
