Beauty fans rave over 'amazing' anti-ageing serum now 50% off

The L'Oréal Paris Age Defying Serum Le Duo is now less than £20 on Amazon
An anti-ageing serum duo that has been reduced in price by 50% has received rave reviews from shoppers who say it has 'noticeably' reduced their fine lines and wrinkles, and left their skin with a luminous glow. The L'Oréal Paris Age Defying Serum Le Duo usually retails at £37.99 on Amazon but at the time of writing it had been reduced to £19, making it half price.
Harnessing the power of two serums in one bottle, the Le Duo product is packed with a Collagen Peptide Booster and the nutrients from vitamins B3 and C to smooth out fine lines, boost collagen product, firm up skin and deliver radiance that shoppers have been pleased with.
Claiming to absorb rapidly without any piling, a clinical study found that 83% of participants who used the dual serums after eight weeks saw fewer wrinkles with a record 21% smoothness, meanwhile 87% saw more radiance (an 18% increase) in their skin. These benefits rival that of products like the Olay Regenerist Day Face Cream and Serum 2-in-1 - which is currently £15 at Boots. With pure niacinamide and power peptides, the 2-in-1 serum penetrates up to 10 layers deep to 'accelerate surface skin's cell renewal for visibly regenerated skin'.
Elsewhere, for those happy with a do-all formula, Beauty Pie's Youthbomb 360° Radiance Concentrate Serum costs more at £93 but is an award-winner made with Biolog-Elastic Complex to 'help visibly firm, resurface, brighten, tighten, hydrate and glow - all in one bottle'.
Although at £19, Amazon's L'Oréal Paris Age Defying Serum Le Duo is a lot cheaper and has a handful of rave reviews and a 4.3 star rating.
One happy customer was thrilled with their purchase and the results they experienced. They said: "I love this, been using it everyday and had a few comments about how much better my skin looks. It smells lovely and feels nice on your skin."
Someone else simply put: "Lines around the mouth appear softer, and skin feels plush after tapping it in. The booster aspect adds a gentle lift effect. The formula absorbs quickly, which makes layering foundation simpler. No greasy residue, which suits combination skin." Speaking of the applicator, they added: "The dropper allows control of how much to apply, preventing waste. There's no heavy scent that lingers."
A third shopper shared their positive experience and said: "The serum feels incredibly refreshing and leaves my skin feeling plump and hydrated. It has a subtle lifting effect that helps to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It has a brightening effect that helps to even out my skin tone and reduce the appearance of dark spots. It also feels very soothing on the skin and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin at all."
Although it wasn't all glowing compliments as one three-star comment of the product reads: "Smooth cream. Not sticky. Used for many weeks but haven't seen a difference so far!"
For someone else, the bottle itself arrived faulty with only one side of the serum pump working. Although they did note: "A bit disappointed as only 1 side of the serum pump worked. Wouldn't allow a return. I managed to prize the top off and get the pump working. Product itself is amazing, leaves skin soft and not oily at all."

L'Oreal anti-ageing skincare bundle with 'magic in a jar' cream is now £47 off

Want brighter, more youthful-looking skin? We've found the perfect skincare set to help combat signs of aging. Building up your anti-ageing skincare collection needn't break the bank thanks to a money-saving bundle now available on Amazon. L'Oreal's official Amazon shop features a 'skin smoothing' three-piece collection offering shoppers a £47 discount compared to purchasing each product separately. From the L'Oreal Cell Renew collection the £45.37 bundle includes 50ml jars of both the Day Cream and Midnight Cream, alongside a 30ml bottle of the Midnight Serum. Should customers purchase these items individually, they'd face a £95 bill. The serum normally costs £35 at full price whilst the creams are £30 each, meaning this Amazon offer essentially provides buyers with two additional products for roughly £5 apiece, instead of £30. 47 Skin's 'life-changing' skincare products for spot-prone teens are now 10% off Amazon shoppers swear by 'breath-taking' £20 scent that 'lasts a whole day' The L'Oreal Cell Renew Midnight Trio operates together to help skin appear firmer, more luminous and visibly diminish fine lines. Customers can incorporate the products into their daily skincare regimen, with L'Oreal asserting they should awaken to a more youthful-looking complexion. Buyers appear to support these claims, with the collection earning 4.3 out of five stars on Amazon from 1,941 reviewers, reports Chronicle Live. Praising the serum enthusiastically, one customer commented: "This product actually works! Lines around my eyes have gone and it has firmed up my facial and neck skin. Feels lovely going on and drys quick. Wrinkles gone." The day cream has also received glowing feedback, with one user writing: "Oh this stuff is good! Smells lovely and my skin looks stunning in the morning, plump and refreshed! Better than all the super expensive ones I've used over the years." However, the day cream doesn't include SPF protection, meaning customers must apply a separate product afterwards to shield against sun damage. As an alternative, shoppers might consider the Olay Total Effects SPF 30, 7 in 1 Anti-Ageing Moisturiser, which costs £16.50 at Boots and does contain sun protection. Returning to the serum, another customer wrote: "I'm over 40 and felt my skin was looking lacklustre so needed a boost. This serum is lovely and I felt I could see results in just 7 days. The results keep coming as every week I feel more of a glow and even complexion. I do feel some of my finer wrinkles have really smoothed. The serum has a lovely smooth texture and isn't sticky or greasy. It dries in perfectly and feels so light on my face." A different reviewer left mixed feedback, praising the formula but criticising the packaging. They commented: "My only qualm is the bottle. There is only 30mls of serum in the bottle, it is really annoying when you can't get the last few mls out. I end up turning the bottle upside down and bashing it to try and remove the serum. I would hate to pay full price and waste some of the product. As I said I love the product but wish L'Oréal would change the bottle." L'Oreal's Midnight Cream has been dubbed 'magic in a jar' by users who claim to 'wake up to glowing skin'. One five-star reviewer raved: "This midnight cream works like magic! Rich yet non-greasy, it leaves my skin feeling soft, hydrated, and visibly rejuvenated by morning. A nighttime must-have!". Another way for shoppers to bag a bargain on skincare is by grabbing a beauty box. LookFantastic's The Skin Clarifying Edit is priced at £45 but boasts a value of over £200. Shoppers have praised the 'Dermalogica mist itself is more than the bundle', lauding the set for its 'great selection of products to try'. Alternatively, L'Oreal's Cell Renew Midnight Trio, which includes Day Cream, Night Cream and Serum, is available for £45.37, worth £95, on Amazon.

The brand's secret ingredient targets pimples and boosts skin confidence Summer may have provided teenagers with a respite from school, but as September approaches, some might be fearing more than just homework: the return of skin problems. With this in mind, 47 Skin, a well-regarded beauty brand praised by reviewers for leaving their skin looking 'clearer and smoother,' is offering a 10% discount on its top-selling bundles in a back-to-school deal. The 2-Step Cleanse and Protect Bundle, now down to £47.59 from £53, includes a daily cleanser to remove impurities and unclog pores. A serum also works diligently to diminish spots and stubborn marks while keeping skin moisturised. For a more comprehensive routine, the 3-Step Moisture Bundle, now £135 down from £150, pairs the aforementioned cleanser and serum with a daily moisturiser. It hydrates without blocking pores, making it perfect for complexions that are both prone to breakouts and dehydrated. It's proven to eliminate 99.9% of blemish-causing bacteria, reduce the visibility of post-blemish marks and soothe angry breakouts - making it a potential lifesaver for those hoping to start the school year with a bit more skin confidence. Shop the range Save 10% on 47 Skin bundles 47 Skin Buy Now on 47 Skin Product Description While 47 Skin touts this unique special ingredient, other skincare bundles are available on the market. The Ordinary's Essentials Bundle (£28.20, Boots) includes a hyaluronic acid daily moisturiser, a hyaluronic acid 2% and B5 hydrating serum, a squalane cleanser suitable for all skin types and niacinamide 10% + zinc 1% oil control serum, reports the Manchester Evening News. Another alternative might be Lookfantastic's The Dermatological Edit (£50). The collection includes a Medik8 Crystal Retinal 3 Serum, an Augustinus Bader The Eye Cream, Ameliorate Transforming Body Lotion, Bioderma Sebium Kerato + Anti-Blemish Gel-Cream and more. Returning to 47 Skin, the brand has garnered countless glowing testimonials from teenagers who have battled with problematic skin. Customer Annabel revealed: "Through my late teenage years, I began to struggle with acne - it started as a little bit on my face but then spread all over my face. It began to damage my self-confidence. "I felt like I had always to be wearing makeup for it to be okay for me to go outside. I would wear makeup every day, both to school and to training and playing rugby. "I began to see a real difference in my skin when I started to use the Serum. I began to feel confident enough not to wear makeup every day, only when I want to. This has truly changed my life." Meanwhile, Laura added: "After my mum saw lots of positive reviews about 47 Skin, I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. After six months, my acne has definitely improved. I still get the occasional bad breakout, but it's nothing like before. My skin looks clearer, smoother and healthier overall." Nevertheless, it didn't deliver results for everyone. This disheartened review states: "The products have not done the job they said they would." On the other hand, a satisfied 47 Skin customer, Ronnie, shared: "When I would look at my friends or just people in my school, people on social media, I noticed my skin wasn't as good as theirs, and I used to feel self-conscious, but now I feel more confident than ever thanks to 47 Skin."

'I tried expensive creams to treat bacne, nothing worked until this £17 Amazon cleanser'

The new cleanser from Cetaphil is mild yet effective enough to renew the skin and remove impurities from blocked pores and it took me two weeks to see results Acne is often considered a teenage woe but in my adult years, I have come to realise that spots appear for various reasons but some just won't go away, particularly those at the back (or as we call them ' bacne '). I have tried ointments and blemish creams formulated for the face and they never cleared the spots. It made me feel very self-conscious and every summer I had to stay away from wearing backless tops and low-cut dresses - but my dermatologist found me an affordable over-the-counter cleanser and good news: it's 20% off on Amazon. Breakouts on the back are common, and when the weather gets hot, sweat and heat are the culprits - blocking the pores and causing the build-up of oil, dirt, and dead skin cells. Holly Mason, founder of The Skin Investment Clinic, told me it's best to treat with basics, and she recommended I use Cetaphil's Gentle Exfoliating Salicylic Acid Cleanser. Beauty therapist hails Medik8's hyaluronic acid serum 'unbelievable' for anti-ageing Beauty fans wowed by award-winning brow serum that gives 'thicker' arches Specially formulated to improve skin tone and texture, the cleanser is suitable for acne-prone skin and also shoppers with Keratosis Pilaris (or more commonly known as strawberry legs or chicken skin). The three gentle acids - BHAs, PHAs and AHAs - are tailored for a gradual skin cell turnover as Holly explained to me: 'As the dead skin on the surface peels away, it helps push the impurities out of your skin and that will work to clear up any blocked pores. Over time, you will see fewer spots and calmer skin on your back.' Cetaphil Gentle Exfoliating SA Cleanser 473ml £22 £17.60 Amazon Buy Now on Amazon Product Description The Cetaphil Gentle Exfoliating SA Cleanser is available in two sizes and the bigger one, in 473ml, is on Amazon with a 20% discount so instead of £22, shoppers can get it at £17.60. The smaller version, in 236ml, is also marked down with 20% off and reduced from £14 to £11.20. I have been using the cleanser as a shower gel to treat the affected area and it lathered nicely without giving off any fragrance. It is kind to the skin and, most importantly, it does not irritate the spots. While clinical studies stated that the product 'improves skin radiance and appearance of pigmentation in seven days', I would say it takes me about two weeks to notice any improvement. The reduction in inflammation is the first sign of bacne healing, followed by redness and swelling. I tried to be disciplined and reminded myself not to touch the spots, and in 14 days, it healed, but I could find pigmentation marks on my back. Compared to ointments and creams, I found myself reaching for the Cetaphil cleanser much more often. There are other brands that offer solutions to bacne, including Paula's Choice's 2% BHA Body Spot Exfoliant. This moisturising exfoliant leaves skin hydrated, smooth, and soft while improving the appearance of hard, clogged pores on arms and legs. It is now reduced from £34 to £28.90. Holland and Barrett has stocked a Q+A Salicylic Acid Body Wash and it is available for £6.50. Suitable for vegans, the alcohol-free body wash has a watermelon and agave nectar scent. On the other hand, the Cetaphil cleanser is suitable for the face and body as the formula also retains moisture and hydrates skin. I stop finding new spots on my back and now all I have to do is to get rid of the marks.
