ALEXANDER ISAK is set to be hit in the pocket by Newcastle as he continues to refuse to play for the club.
The wantaway Swedish striker, 25, is training alone away from his team-mates, who some have not seen since he failed to go on last month's Far East tour.

Isak is desperate to join Liverpool, who had a £110m bid rejected by Toon, and has told Newcastle chiefs he will not play for them again, even if they refuse to sell him.
The £150m-rated ace does not want to train with the rest of the squad either - effectively making him unavailable for match action.
The Magpies have continued to pay the £130,000-a-week forward throughout his stand-off and have yet taken any disciplinary action.
However, SunSport has learned that a fine is set to be issued if his actions lead to him missing a competitive game - which he will do against Aston Villa on Saturday.

Boss Eddie Howe has made it clear that he wants last season's 27-goal top scorer back with his team.
But he admits the future of the hotshot, who has been handed the No14 shirt for season, is out of his hands.
Howe, who is expected to provide an update on the situation on Friday at his pre-match press conference ahead of the Villa clash, said this week: 'I think everything is in play. I've said many times he is contracted to us. He is our player.

We reported this week that the house Isak had been renting from ex-Newcastle defender Ciaran Clark in Ponteland was now on the market after he and his family moved out.
The house was burgled last April, with robbers getting away with £68,000 worth of jewellery and £10,000 in cash.
A family of international robbers was responsible for the burglary and were jailed in May for raiding Isak's house and multiple other homes in the North East.

Yoane Wissa's future needs to be resolved soon – Brentford boss Keith Andrews
Brentford boss Keith Andrews does not know how Yoane Wissa's transfer situation will play out. Wissa was not involved in Sunday's Premier League opener at Nottingham Forest, where the Bees went down to a 3-1 defeat. The 28-year-old wants to follow Bryan Mbeumo and Christian Norgaard out of the club during the summer transfer window, with Newcastle strongly linked with a bid, and Andrews said before the match he was not in the right head space to play. 'It's a day-by-day one in terms of Wiss,' the Irishman said. 'As far as I know nothing else has happened today, definitely didn't yesterday, so as it was really. 'I have no idea what the situation will be, I have been up here since yesterday so we will deal with that during the week. 'Hopefully it can resolve itself sooner rather than later.' Andrews, whose first game in management could not have gone much worse as Forest rampaged to a 3-0 half-time lead thanks to Chris Wood's double and Dan Ndoye's header, insists the club-record signing of Dango Ouattara will not start a domino effect of movement. 'I don't see it, I see Dango as Bryan's replacement in terms of that area of the pitch, I see him as a versatile forward that I am really happy we have managed to get on board,' Andrews added, after seeing Igor Thiago score a second-half penalty. 'We weren't really aware he would be available, as soon as we knew it was a pretty easy decision to get him on board. 'Thankfully the club have been able to do that and it is a really significant investment for us. It will be a brilliant investment.' Forest made a mockery of Nuno Espirito Santo's pre-match worries. Nuno expressed his 'concern' for the campaign ahead of the match, citing a lack of options in his squad. After new signings Omari Hutchinson and James McAtee were unveiled before kick-off, their new team-mates put on a show. But Nuno says the display does not change Forest's situation, with Arnaud Kalimuendo having a medical ahead of a move from Rennes and links to Juventus' Douglas Luiz and Manchester City's Rico Lewis. 'The needs of the squad are still there, it doesn't change anything,' he said. 'We are going to go day-by-day. 'We still need. Hopefully this work continues. The sooner we settle down the squad the better. 'The club knows the needs of the squad so we have to be patient and see. The faster they come, the better. 'This week a lot of things are going to happen, not only Forest, I think a lot of teams are still operating in the market. We have to wait and be patient. 'Of course (I feel better). It doesn't change, the needs are clear, the club knows. Now I am delighted, I just want to go home and celebrate because it is a beautiful start to the season. I couldn't have expected better than this.'

Skye Stout, 16, scores first goal for Kilmarnock as she silences trolls just days after horrific online abuse
Former footballers, sports stars and politicians had rallied around her SKYE'S THE LIMIT Skye Stout, 16, scores first goal for Kilmarnock as she silences trolls just days after horrific online abuse Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) THE world of football and beyond united in solidarity with Skye Stout a few days ago. The 16-year-old was subject to horrific online abuse after signing for Kilmarnock Women on Thursday - but now she's well and truly shut them up. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 2 Skye Stout signed for Kilmarnock on Thursday and made her debut today Credit: Facebook 2 She went straight into the team to face St Johnstone - and repaid that faith in her Credit: KILMARNOCK FC The Ayrshire side made the decision to take down social media posts announcing her arrival at the club due to her being targeted with abuse over her appearance. Since then there has been a swell of support for the youngster, who has a skin condition. Football heroes such as Jamie Carragher, John Hartson and Ally McCoist posted messages on social media wishing her good luck in what is her first season in senior football. Former Scottish First Minister Humza Yousaf also commented, saying: "Skye Stout has just signed for Kilmarnock, at 16 she has already achieved more than her trolls ever will. "Imagine being a grown man abusing a 16-year-old? What a sad, pathetic, unhappy life these trolls have. "Well done Skye, many more good people are rooting for your success!" Now she has silenced the trolls in the best way possible by letting her football do the talking. During Kilmarnock Women's Scottish Women's Premier League 2 game today against St Johnstone, the midfielder stepped up and scored a stunning free-kick to make it 4-0 to her team in the first half. The team posted on X (Twitter): "37' | SKYE STOUT!! "Skye fires in a free-kick on the edge of the box! Ex-Kilmarnock & Morton star Alan Mahood quizzed about his OWN career on Cult Heroes "Kilmarnock 4-0 St Johnstone." Earlier on, she played the key pass to set up her team mate Cara Gray for the goal that made it 3-0. The match at Winton Park in Ardrossan finished 6-2 to Kilmarnock, with Skye playing the first 62 minutes before being substituted. Hundreds of fans filled the comments section with words of encouragement for the player, who may well have attracted a few new fans to the club and perhaps to Scottish women's football. One wrote: "You said you would let the football do the talking! You show them! awesome!" Another said: "Fantastic!! Go Skye, mon the Killie!!" A third said: "Ya beauty! Well done, Skye. Well done team." And a fourth replied: "This will be the best received goal of the weekend. Skye Stout scores from a free kick on her league debut (I'm sure she's got too much class to put two fingers up to the haters)." As a rival fan joked: "The only goal from Killie I'll ever cheer for." And another said: "Putting aside the fact that I'm a Saints fan and celebrating that this girl is clearly hugely talented and showing the haters what she's made of." The Chelsea Women's Supporters Group also commented: "Things you to love to to see." And former Kilmarnock captain Craig Bryson said: "Well done superb." After she was subbed off, the positive comments continued. This fan said: "Well done Skye! And indeed her team mates too." Another replied: "Well done girls and great debut Skye." Even before the game had kicked off, people on Twitter were hoping Skye would score. When Kilmarnock announced she had gone straight into the starting XI, this fan said: "Hope Stout scores a hat-trick." Another said: "It's great to see Skye Stout to be named in the squad to play her first game of the season. I wish her all best of luck. She is going to be a superstar no matter the outcome of the game and she will be a future champion in my eyes and I really mean that from the heart." And a third said: "Good luck Stout. You will smash it. I think that you will score today." The vile trolling was first brought to light by Twitter account Team Grassroots, who highlighted that the posts had been deleted by Kilmarnock just a few hours after they had gone up. They said: "Please send your love and support to 16 year old Skye Stout from Scotland. "And don't let the ignorant bullies win. Yesterday, the official page of the Scottish club Kilmarnock women's team announced that the club had signed a contract with 16-year-old midfielder Skye Stout. "A grassroots player signing her first pro contract, should have been a moment to cherish for her, however Skye was forced to endure ridicule from ignorant and disrespectful fans who began to humiliate her over her facial acne. "Things escalated to the point where the club decided to delete all posts mentioning Skye Stout in an effort to stop the bullying from haters." Their post garnered responses from Carragher, Hartson and McCoist as well as England cricket hero Kevin Pietersen, TikToker Joey Swoll and even Australian TV channel ABC Sport. Several women's football teams also sent messages of support including Newcastle United, West Ham and Exeter City. Alan Shearer left with egg on his face after major Match of the Day blunder
Alan Shearer was part of the punditry team as Liverpool's match against Bournemouth featured on the first Match of the Day episode of the new Premier League season Match of the Day pundit Alan Shearer had a hiccup on the first show of the new season. The former England striker took aim at Liverpool debutant Milos Kerkez for hia part in a Bournemouth goal on Friday night... only for it to be pointed out that the left-back was no longer on the pitch. Reigning Premier League champions Liverpool raced into a 2-0 lead early in the second half. Kerkez and fellow full-back Jeremie Frimpong left the field just before the hour mark, though, and the Cherries brought themselves back bevel before two late Liverpool goals changed things again. "There's Kerkez, there. He's on the way to attack when they haven't even got possession, which means he's five or six yards out of position," Shearer said during a replay of Antoine Semenyo's first goal for the visitors. Of course, it was substitute Andy Robertson at left-back at the time, rather than Kerkez, and plenty of fans pointed this out on social media. "Shearer on motd slagging off Kerkez for the first goal for being too attacking even though he'd already been subbed. Brilliant stuff Al," one wrote. "An absolute belter on MOTD last night, Shearer berating Kerkez for being out of position for Bournemouth's 1st goal," said another. "Technically he was I suppose as he wasn't even on the pitch, but lets not let facts get in the way of a good story." Liverpool's defence left a bit to be desired, but they showed what they can do at the other end of the pitch. After Semenyo scored twice to stun Arne Slot's side, Federico Chiesa restored the Reds' advantage late on before Mohamed Salah added a stoppage-time fourth. 'For Federico today coming from the bench, he's a special player for us who is there training every day," Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson said of super-sub Chiesa after the victory. 'Everybody knows his situation was not that easy in the summer, but he kept working hard and today he gets the reward for scoring the winner for us.' The Match of the Day episode was the first of the show's new, post-Gary Lineker era. Mark Chapman anchored the Saturday night show, while Gabby Logan and Kelly Cates will do the honours at other points in the season. 'We've all worked in sport and it's about the pundits first and foremost, getting the best out of the pundits, and that's the most important thing for us," Chapman said during the week. "But this, for me, is a show that is thriving. It's a show that we hope to continue doing what's been done so far.'
