It followed his love triangle with her and Toni Laites, which drew criticism from charity Women's Aid.
Aftersun host Maya Jama grilled Harrison over his behaviour in the villa after viewers watched him swap between the two girls with little consideration for their feelings.
He even pleaded with Toni to pick him in a recoupling hours after having sex with Lauren.
When Toni did choose him, Lauren was left in floods of tears and felt humiliated.
Speaking tonight, Harrison said the point his romancing both girls had gone too far was after he'd slept with Lauren.
"I think maybe when we did bits," he said. "Probably took it a little bit too far talking to Toni after that.
"I obviously regret that massively and I apologise to both the girls but, yeah, it wasn't good for me."
He then said if he had his time again he would have had up front conversations with Toni and Lauren earlier to save them getting upset.
It followed his return to social medi a earlier in the day in which he said: "Back on home turf and carrying every lesson with me. What a whirlwind, confusing, raw, beautiful in parts, and deeply humbling. I entered with the intention not to hurt anyone.
"Truthfully, although I didn't manage that, I leave with a heart more open, and a soul willing to learn. Life isn't always easy, it's felt, it's flawed, it's full of growth. Thank you to those who saw the good in me even when I struggled to see it myself. This is just the beginning,"

But viewers weren't buying his latest apology, with one writing on X: "Harrison has CLEARLY wrote a speech and memorised it this is not genuine."
Another said: "Harrison has gotten away with what he's done way too easily."
A third posted: "Harrison's not sorry for sh*t."
A fourth said: "Is anyone buying this with Harrison?"
"Im glad no one clapped at Harrison's poor excuse of an apology."
Prior to his villa exit, Women's Aid responded to the difficult scenes in the villa, criticising the ITV reality show for perpetuating misogyny and sexism.
Jessye Werner, Communications Manager at the charity, acknowledged the efforts production companies have made to highlight toxic behaviours but stressed that more progress is necessary.
She told The Tab: "Despite these positive steps, we still see unhealthy patterns of behaviour on these shows, showing just how steeped in misogyny and sexism our society still is.
'Women are often lied to, slut-shamed and manipulated, as well as laughed at behind their backs. Misogyny and sexism lay the foundation for the tolerance of abuse and violence – it reinforces a culture that excuses and trivialises violence against women and girls.
'More must be done to educate contestants on sexism and misogyny, and it is a great credit to viewers who take to social media, continuing to call out these behaviours as soon as they see them.'

Zara McDermott gives sweet nod to her blossoming romance with Louis Tomlinson in new Instagram video

Zara McDermott seemingly gave a sweet nod to her relationship with Louis Tomlinson in a recent Instagram video. The Love Island star, 28, and former One Direction member, 33, are believed to have started dating in March following on from her split with Sam Thompson. And proving their romance is going from strength to strength, Zara appeared to share a subtle nod to Louis as she wore a necklace with the initial 'L' while speaking to fans on Instagram stories. While Zara or her jewellery didn't mention Louis by name, her delicate gold chain with the letter 'L' rather than her own initial certainly alluded to her blossoming romance. Zara's reference to Louis comes after the singer announced that he was quitting X on last week due to 'conspiracy chat' about his personal life. The Just Hold On hitmaker said that comments about his new relationship with Zara McDermott, his son and even his late mother have driven him off the social media platform. Louis and the former Love Island star went public with their romance earlier this year after her split from Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson. The singer also referenced his son Freddie, eight, in the X post. Louis shares Freddie with his ex Briana Jungwirth. The pair welcomed their son in 2016 following a brief fling. Meanwhile Louis tragically lost his mum Johannah Deakin in 2016 to leukaemia when she was just 43 years old. Louis penned in his X post: 'The last few months have made it impossible to be on here. All the conspiracy chat about my relationship, my son or even stretching sometimes to opinions on my Mum. 'It's just too much and too hurtful for me to see! Thank you to everyone who always has my back!' And back in May he had posted saying: 'Haven't really used this (X) much for a while. Seems to be such a weird place these days... 'Anyway feeling really good about the next record. Staying positive.' Proving their romance is going from strength to strength, Zara appeared to share a subtle nod to Louis as she wore a necklace with the initial 'L' while speaking to fans on Instagram stories The post comes after last week Zara showed her support for Louis as she was spotted at his concert in Zurich. Last Friday, she proved their relationship is going from strength to strength as she was seen enjoying his gig in the Swiss city. In a TikTok video shared by user @katiexstyles, Zara could be seen singing and dancing along to one of Louis' songs from a private box. Dressed in a simple white crop top, the reality star appeared in great spirits as she joined in with the crowd's excitement. It came just weeks after Zara was spotted dancing with Louis in the crowd at Worthy Farm during Skepta's set at Glastonbury. Louis could be seen with his arms wrapped around Zara who flopped her head back onto his shoulder while enjoying the music. A fellow festival-goer captioned the post: 'Glastonbury is mad because you can be dancing to Skepta and boom Louis Tomlinson is next to you.' Others couldn't get over the couple's kooky PDA and rushed to the comments: 'Literally is Zara well in this? LOL': 'It's so funny'. Louis penned in his X post: 'The last few months have made it impossible to be on here. All the conspiracy chat about my relationship, my son or even stretching sometimes to opinions on my Mum' And back in May he had posted saying: 'Haven't really used this (X) much for a while. Seems to be such a weird place these days...' In an interview before she travelled to Somerset for the festival, Zara also broke her silence on her split from Sam Thompson, 32. The couple, who featured on Made In Chelsea together, had enjoyed a five-year relationship before calling time on their romance in January. Zara made headlines after swiftly moving on with One Direction star Louis, with the pair spotted enjoying a date together in early March. Their romance continued to blossom as they jetted off on holiday together, before Louis and Zara's ex Sam came face-to-face for the first time at Soccer Aid last month. A seemingly awkward interaction ensued, with Louis reportedly blanking Sam following the match at Old Trafford despite holding 'peace talks' at the team hotel earlier. The woman at the centre of the drama was however nowhere to be seen, with Zara later admitting the reaction to her love life has been 'frustrating'. She told The Sun: 'The only thing in my life worth writing about is the work I do.' The star also revealed that, despite still posting glamorous snaps to Instagram, she no longer spends much time on social media and is more grounded in her 'relationships'. 'I don't care about social media as much as I used to, or about the aesthetic or the image, I value so much real relationships and real support around me, and being that to other people,' she added. 'I'm a totally different person to the one I was when I was 21 years old and stepped into what appeared to be a glitzy world of showbiz, my day to day life is not at all glitz and glamour.'

Shirtless Tinie Tempah displays his muscular physique on the beach in Mallorca ahead of Love Island appearance - as he prepares for musical comeback

Tinie Tempah showcased his muscular physique as he enjoyed a day at the beach in Mallorca, Spain on Monday. The rapper, 36, has flown to the Spanish island to make a musical appearance on Love Island. Ahead of going into the villa, Tinie enjoyed some down time as he went surfing with a friend to make the most of his trip. The hitmaker displayed his gym-honed physique in black shorts and he also sported a loose-fitting white T-shirt and a pair of sunglasses. Tinie, whose real name is Patrick Okogwu, will perform his new single Eat It Up on Tuesday's episode of Love Island. The rapper, 36, has flown to the Spanish island to make a musical appearance on Love Island The Spanish villa will be transformed into a full on festival wonderland, giving the Islanders the chance to let loose and celebrate their summer of love in style with music, dancing, and all the big Love Island energy. ITV producers have also booked Tinie to perform, with the Islanders having no idea of his planned set until he arrived at the villa. It comes after Tinie announced his return to music 'to save Britain's clubs' after quitting 'to change nappies and raise his kids' during an appearance on This Morning. The singer appeared on the ITV chat show on Friday to mark his industry comeback, nearly ten years after his last album Youth in 2017. The artist, whose new single Eat It Up came out on Thursday, told presenters Dermot O'Leary, 52, and Sian Welby, 38, what he has been up to - and his current plans. The Pass Out hitmaker explained his hiatus: 'I basically stepped back a bit just to settle down, have kids, all that stuff, do the school run, change nappies.' And he used his appearance on the sofa to spread the word about preserving British nightlife and music venues, which have been in decline since the pandemic. Tinie married artist Eve De Haan in 2019, the daughter of the Saga insurance firm's former owner Sir Roger De Haan. They share two daughters, born in 2018 and 2021. The rapper told Dermot and Sian: 'I was watching my kids grow up and I was thinking, "Wow, they're actually not going to be able to experience me in some of these venues that maybe my siblings did or friends that I grew up with did. '"I need to do this for them".' During his break from making music, he also bought a recording studio in London to support other rappers and singers. He explained: 'Seeing all these incredible artists coming in and out of my studio and hearing their bangers, I was doing DIY, painting the walls, sanding the floors, and people are making bangers. 'And I was like, "I'm not a carpenter, I need to get back on to the music!"' Tinie said his return to the industry was also 'really motivated by the landscape of where we were economically'. He pointed out how since gigs stopped and event spaces closed during the Covid pandemic, the nation has lost around three venues a month. A staggering 480 clubs vanished between June 2020 and September 2024, according to figures from the Night Time Industries Association. Even the capital was hit hard, going from 200 venues in 2020 to just 143 four years later. An association spokesman has previously said: ''The rapid decline is devastating for our economy. 'Without urgent Government intervention, we risk losing a key part of the UK's cultural identity in dance music.' It has a bigger effect than on just artists, Tinie emphasised: 'If you think about the bouncer that works there, the barmaid, the person that's working at the cloakroom, there's a little cottage economy in there. 'So, I think the best thing people can do is just keep attending, keep going.' The musician continued: 'I know there's so many other things going on in the world that we should be concerned about. 'However, as an artist, I'm thinking of the next generation of acts and I'm thinking if they don't have the same venues that I did, now they have virtually no venues, how are we going to get all these exciting genres like drum and bass and garage and grime and house music that were birthed out of these spaces?' Tinie added it is especially important 'in a time of division': 'As simple as it is, music brings joy, it brings people together and so we need to preserve these spaces. 'And I'm hoping that my little voice can start off hopefully a domino effect of other artists identifying the problem and being a voice as well.' He concluded: 'Let's keep some of these institutions alive because that's what they are, some of these places are institutions. 'I hear people that are in their fifties and sixties talk about the Hacienda [club in Manchester] and we need venues like that that we'll be talking about for years to come.'
