This Morning viewers voiced disapproval over Cat Deeley's sartorial choice this Monday.
Cat Deeley resumed her presenting role alongside Ben Shephard post their well-deserved half-term hiatus.
ITV had a roster of familiar faces covering last week, including Craig Doyle, Alison Hammond, Rochelle Humes, and Paddy McGuinness.
But it was Cat's wardrobe upon her return that stirred immediate buzz on social media. The seasoned 48 year old TV personality donned a sleek black halterneck top complemented with a gold buckle, teamed up with notably bright red trousers embellished with gold details.
Users took to X, formerly known as Twitter, airing their views, including one who expressed bewilderment: "Has Cat come straight from a beach bar? .... bizarre choice of outfit.", reports the Mirror.
Comments flowed in, some jovial, with another adding: "Cat looks like she's been out lol."
and a third suggesting: "Cat obviously still in her clothes from a night out."
Criticism emerged from one viewer stating bluntly: "Cat - you're not having a day at the beach love. Dress like a professional at work."
Another user's remarks pointed towards a perceived rivalry, saying: "She looks like she's in competition with Amanda Holden..who can show the most flesh!".
Upon opening the show, the duo engaged in lighthearted banter, sharing their excitement about being back on air as reported by Wales Online.
Ben offered insights into his personal break, noting: "Very nice, Sam came back from university, Jack's doing his A-Level revision.
"He's got an exam this morning; if anyone is doing their drama A-Level this morning, good luck! In fact, he'll be an hour in, so hopefully, he's writing things! If not, we've got a problem."
Ben mentioned to his co-presenter the hectic mix of munching and cramming at his home during the short recess, before checking how she spent her downtime.
She responded with enthusiasm about her time off: "Lots of Legoland, camping out, slip and slide, went to the optician, all that stuff!".
"All that stuff you gotta do, but we got it done, it was good."

Beloved ITV game show confirms epic return to screens with lineup of telly titans - including Holly Willoughby, Danny Jones, Johnny Vegas and Alison Hammond

A beloved ITV game show has confirmed its epic return to our screens with a lineup of TV titans. You Bet! On Tour, produced by Rollercoaster Television, will follow on from the very successful first season of You Bet! - which managed to reach 12 million viewers. The official press release states that: 'This time bigger and braver than ever, as it hits the road for more epic and unique challenges.' The programme will be hosted by none other than Stephen Mulhern, 48. And fans will be very impressed with the line-up, which will see the show travel up and down the country. A range of famous faces will be taking part, including former host Holly Willoughby, 44, Danny Jones, 39, Johnny Vegas, 54, and Alison Hammond, 50. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. They will be joined by Zoe Ball, 54, Rob Beckett, 39, Alex Booker, 41, Rylan Clark, 36, Babatunde Aléshé, 38, Josie Gibson, 40, Eddie Kadi, 42, Judi Love, 45, Oti Mabuse, 34, Mick Mohammed, 44, AJ Odudu, 37, Will Best, 40, Greg Rutherford, 38, Adam, 36, and Ryan Thomas, 40, and Josh Widdicombe, 42. Speaking about the upcoming series, Stephen said: 'I'm absolutely thrilled that You Bet! is back - and this time we're hitting the road! 'Each week I'll be joined by a top celeb panel, as our challengers take on some brilliantly bonkers and amazing challenges. 'With the title of You Bet Champion on the line, it's going to be unbelievable from the start.' Director of Entertainment & Daytime Commissioning at ITV, Katie Rawcliffe, added: 'We are so excited to announce that You Bet! is getting out of the studio and onto the road. 'Free from the constraints of being inside, the show can bring viewers even more extreme and exciting big-scale challenges than ever before.' Meanwhile joint MDs of Rollercoaster Television, James Fox and Dom Waugh, said: 'After the success of the two special episodes last year, we're delighted to be bringing You Bet! back once again for a full series. 'If you bet that we'd be heading out and about across the country, having even more fun with our celebrity panel, and delivering even bigger and more spectacular challenges - then you'd be 100% right!' You Bet! - which is based on the German show Wetten, das...? - originally hit our screens in 1988 and was presented by Bruce Forsyth until 1990. It aired on our screens until 1997. The show had a number of presenters including Bruce, Matthew Kelly and Darren Day. You Bet! was revived in December last year, with Stephen and Holly taking on the role as presenters. In March this year MailOnline revealed that Holly had quit her role as host. ITV sources told us that she is 'busy with other commitments', which meant she was unable to return to the programme she hosted a two part special last year alongside Stephen Mulhern. A source told the Mail: 'You Bet was so popular with the viewers wished it came back for two shows that ITV bosses decided to give it a full run. 'Holly and Stephen are a great double act and they were both brilliant so they were asked back. 'But Holly politely declined, she has other commitments and couldn't make it work. 'She is in demand and now she isn't shackled to This Morning four days a week, she is able to look at more options, some are global. 'Celebrity Bear Hunt was a huge thing for her, her first role with Netflix and she just loved it and they loved her so there could very well be much more where that came from.

To complete the challenge, the I'm A Celeb star is expected to run a marathon for five days and cycle in between, ensuring the ball arrives on June 6, just in time for kickoff on Sunday, June 15. The star decided to cycle the remaining miles of his Tuesday challenge after revealing he 'popped his calf' and was strapped into a medical table just the day before. In an attempt to boost morale, Chris Hughes joined his pal on the bike as Sam continued on with his challenge. Following their meeting, Chris went to his Instagram stories to share clips of their cycle together. Gushing over his pal, he penned: 'Keep donating towards Sam's challenge, it's seriously inspiring and he needs every boost he can get. 'I saw the emotion drain from him earlier, he battles on and is doing so well.' Many have taken to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their thoughts about his appearance on the show, as well as support Sam has suffered a huge injury during his gruelling multi-marathon challenge. Hits Radio shared a clip of the former reality star on the phone where he said: 'I'm just sat on the table. I've got Game Ready on, which is like a bucket ice machine. 'We've completed a marathon. It was going great until my calf popped. Don't really know what that means but something has happened. So I can barely walk on it. 'But we completed the marathon and we are going to do the bike in a bit. Let's see how that goes.' This Morning airs on ITV.

Katherine Ryan pregnant with fourth child as she shows off growing bump

The comedian is expecting her third baby with husband Bobby Kootstra, a spokesperson confirmed. Katherine Ryan has confirmed she's pregnant with her fourth child. The comedian is already mum to Violet, 15, three-year-old son Fred and Fenna, two. Katherine shares her youngest kids with childhood sweetheart Bobby Kootstra, who she reconnected with during filming for BBC's Who Do You Think You Are. Fans started becoming convinced the funny woman, 41, was expecting again after some hints on Violet's TikTok last week and on Monday this week, she attended an event in London and couldn't hide a burgeoning baby bump. ‌ The Canadian star looked glowing as she stunned in a tight dress which showed off all her curves - and bump - as she took to the red carpet for the Ageing and Biohacking: The Science of Immortality event at SXSW in the capital. She then took to the stage to give a speech, as writes the Mirror. ‌ The happy health news comes just months after the star revealed that she had been diagnosed with a cancerous mole on her arm after previously having melanoma when she was younger. She said on her podcast: "The mole kept changing, I know a lot about melanoma, I had stage two melanoma as a very young woman - aged 21 - on my leg, I've spoken about that before. But even when he looked at it, he was like, 'it's not melanoma, it's totally fine, I will do a shave and send it away for testing'." Katherine pushed for medics to take a closer look despite being told she had nothing to worry about. Soon after the doctor reassured Katherine once more that it was likely not melanoma, she was called back with the confirmation that it was cancerous. The Netflix Duchess star has been open about her desire for a fourth child and spoke about her feelings on her fertility on her U&W show At Home With Katherine Ryan. She said: "It's not that surprising that over-40 women have fewer follicles than we once did. ‌ "But we talk a lot about male fertility as well, which is on a steep decline. But I would still like a fourth baby. We are so blessed to have the kids that we do have. Having children is not for everyone, but I personally really like making people. I think it's a superpower, if you can do it." Katherine and Bobby have suffered three miscarriages since he moved to the UK from Canada after they rekindled their teenage romance in 2018 when she returned to Canada to film Who Do You Think You Are? She previously raised Violet on her own after becoming a single mum at 25. She told OK! Magazine last year: "I'm old. I used to think I was going to be the babies' dad because I'm working but actually I'm like their grandmother. ‌ "My back hurts, sometimes I give them treats. I'm like a fun grandma." She went on: "We've always gotten pregnant with the babies quite quickly. I've been pregnant five times in five years, but that also means I've had three miscarriages in five years and the likelihood of that increases as you get older. "You have to find a balance between what you can personally stand and risks you're willing to take." Katherine has made it clear that surrogacy isn't for her. ‌ "It's controversial to say but I wouldn't want that labour – both literal and also the workload – to fall on another woman," she said. "I think surrogacy is wonderful. It's beautiful for people who are really eager to offer it and for couples who need it but for me, I think it would be exploitative." Katherine also spoke about how having children with Bobby has been different to when she was a single parent. "Now Bobby has come into the picture, the babies are here and everyone is well supported because we're a family unit," she explained. "I think arguably it's better for the children to have siblings and a dad at home, but Violet and I were really happy and I like to intensely love one thing or one person."
