Justin Bieber responds to mental health concerns with blunt Instagram clapback: ‘Worry about yourself'

Mint21 hours ago

Pop sensation Justin Bieber is breaking his silence amid intensifying speculation over his mental health, marriage to Hailey Bieber, and recent cryptic social media activity. The 30-year-old singer fired back at online chatter with a pointed Instagram comment, telling concerned followers to 'worry about yourself.'
The controversy reignited after a meme account on Instagram shared a screenshot of a text from someone referred to as 'Grandpa,' reading: 'I am worried about Justin Beber [sic]. There is so much heartbreak in Justin's life.'
Bieber directly replied on June 10, commenting: 'Worry about yourself gramps.'
The caption quipped that 'Grandpa thought about it for 24 hours,' accompanied by the phrase 'We all are.'
Reactions to Bieber's clapback were mixed. While some fans celebrated his sharp retort — one added, 'If you're not worried, I'm not worried Mr. Bieber.'
Others, however, expressed continued unease: 'Swear I be feeling this way too, check on Justin,' said one fan.
'We all are grandpa, we all are,' added another.
Bieber's Instagram has been filled with ambiguous and emotional captions over the past few weeks. On June 7, he shared a set of awkward mirror selfies, captioned: 'U could point at my flaws.'
Two days later, he posted blurry black-and-white photos and a somber message:
'Tired of transactional relationships. If I have to do something to be loved, that's not love.'
On June 12, he added another cryptic note: 'The secret in this life is forgiveness.'
In an earlier post, Bieber also appeared to criticise how loyalty is used in relationships, writing:
'Please stop using loyalty to keep people around you out of your own fear. It's hurting us. Mafia members use loyalty to keep people in their gangs. Let's not perpetuate this manipulative language.'
The post has fueled rumors that the star may be struggling with personal issues — and possibly his relationship with Hailey Bieber, whom he married in 2018.
Bieber's odd behavior at a Rhode pop-up event in February raised eyebrows and sparked drug-use rumors — which his team later firmly denied, calling them 'harmful.' While Bieber has openly posted about his marijuana use, insiders say some people close to him remain concerned about his emotional well-being.

A visibly emotional Dipika was at loss of words for the kind of support she received from her fans in the past 11 days. She said, 'The fact that a lot of you took that 2 minutes of time, to read namaz and pray for me means a lot. You have no idea how motivating it was for us in these tough times.' In the video, Shoaib also cleared the air around Dipika having a needle around her neck. He said, 'A lot of you showed concerns about the needle around Dipika's neck, it is actually IV. Usually, doctors put it on your hand but at times of surgery, they insert it on the neck.' The actor added, 'After she was out of ICU, the doctor suggested her to keep it as her hands had become puffy and would hurt her.' Just before getting discharged, the doctors removed the IV from her neck and stitches around her waist, which caused her a little discomfort. 'After they took out the thing from the waist, it is hurting a bit,' said Dipika. Dipika Kakar was diagnosed with the tumour in her liver in May. The actress took to her Instagram handle to share the news with her fans. She wrote, 'As you all are aware last few weeks have been quite difficult for us… walking into the hospital for a pain in the upper area of my stomach… and then finding out its a tennis ball size tumour in the liver and then finding out that the tumour is second stage malignant (cancerous)… it has been one of the most difficult time we have seen, experienced! I am all positive and determined to face this and walk out stronger InshAllah! With my entire family being by my side… and all the love and prayers pouring in from all of you I will sail through this too!'

Celina Jaitley Recalls Air India Crew's Kindness After JFK Heartbreak At 19: 'Held My Hand...'

Last Updated: Celina Jaitley recalls how an Air India crew member comforted her after heartbreak at 19. 'Held my hand as I cried from JFK to Mumbai,' she shared. The tragic crash of Air India Flight AI171 has left the nation mourning. The Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, en route from Ahmedabad to London's Gatwick Airport, plummeted seconds after takeoff on June 12, 2025, claiming 241 lives and leaving only one survivor. As the country grapples with the scale of the loss, actress Celina Jaitley took to social media to offer her condolences and share an emotional memory that still holds deep significance in her heart. The former Miss India recalled an encounter from her younger years, one that continues to define her understanding of compassion and empathy at 30,000 feet. 'I was just 19, heartbroken at JFK airport in New York," she shared. 'An elderly Air India crew member noticed I was in distress and held my hand the entire flight back to Mumbai. She comforted me like a mother would. That act of kindness has stayed with me forever." View this post on Instagram A post shared by Celina Jaitly (@celinajaitlyofficial) Celina, a frequent traveler over the years, spoke of another incident that brought her perspective full circle. Flying from Singapore to Mumbai with her infant twins, she found herself overwhelmed, physically and emotionally. 'Once again, the Air India crew went out of their way to assist me. They didn't just serve meals or manage boarding passes—they made me feel seen, understood, and cared for." She juxtaposed this memory with a recent mishap onboard an Etihad flight in March 2025, where a crew member accidentally spilled an entire tray of drinks on her. 'I was soaked head to toe. For a moment, I froze. But I remembered something my late mother used to say: 'Always remember, child, an honest mistake is still just that. Never let your class of travel define your class of heart.'" What followed, according to her, was a graceful apology and a compensatory offering of 10,000 frequent flyer miles. 'But what mattered more," she emphasized, 'was the genuine remorse and compassion that followed. That's what makes a journey unforgettable—not just where you're going, but how you're treated along the way." As she concluded her tribute, Celina offered a poignant note of appreciation to flight attendants across the globe. 'To all the cabin crew—know that you hold more than just trays and boarding passes. You hold space for human frailty, for tears, for safety, for grace. May those lost in yesterday's tragedy fly high into the eternal light. And may we all learn to travel not just in comfort, but in compassion." In moments of sorrow, it's stories like these that remind us of the quiet heroes who walk the aisles of the skies—often unseen, but never unfelt. First Published:
