"AK-47 On Your Chest": After Attack On Kapil Sharma's Cafe, A Stern Warning
A member belonging to jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's group has issued a stern warning to actors, producers and directors, a day after shots were fired outside actor-comedian Kapil Sharma's cafe in Canada. In an audio clip, the gang member Harry Boxer said that anyone who works with actor Salman Khan will not be spared. Shots were fired at actor-comedian Kapil Sharma's newly-opened Kaps Cafe in Canada's Surrey on Thursday, the second such incident in less than a month, with the previous shooting on July 10. This came after Khan appeared in the inaugural episode of the third season of Sharma's Netflix show, which aired on June 21. "Any producer, director or actor who works with him (Salman Khan) will be shot in the chest with an AK-47," Boxer can be heard saying in the clip. He added that his gang will go to any length to kill any small-time producers, directors and actors who work with the Sultan and Sikandar actor. "Anyone who works with him will be responsible for their own death," Boxer said. Bishnoi's gang has issued many warnings to the actor, who has been their target since he was accused of hunting a blackbuck during the shooting of Hum Saath Saath Hain in Jodhpur in 1998. The Bishnoi community considers blackbucks sacred. Khan has been given high security cover since an April 14 firing incident last year at his Mumbai residence. Boxer, a native of Rajasthan, has two criminal cases against him in the state. He immigrated illegally to the US in 2014 and former an association with the gang led by Bishnoi, also a prime accused in the 2022 murder of Punjabi artist Sidhu Moosewala. He is said to be in constant communication with the jailed gangster's brother Anmol Bishnoi. After Bishnoi's fallout with Goldy Brar, Boxer was prepared for the gang's US operations, who allegedly makes extortion calls to India. After the attack, the cafe had said in an Instagram post that they were "processing the shock" but stand firm against violence. "We opened Kap's Cafe with hopes of bringing warmth, community, and joy through delicious coffee and friendly conversation. To have violence intersect with that dream is heartbreaking. We are processing this shock but we are not giving up," the cafe said in its statement. "Jai Shree Ram. Sat Shree Akaal, Ram Ram to all brothers. The firing that took place today at Kapil Sharma's 'Kaps Cafe' in Surrey has been claimed by Goldy Dhillon, affiliated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang," a post said after the shooting stated. "We called him [possibly the target], but he did not answer the call, so we had to take this action. If he still does not respond, then we will take another action soon, this time in Mumbai." Harjeet Singh Laddi, also known as 'Laddi Khalistani', an operative of the banned terror group Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) also claimed responsibility for the attack on the cafe. Using social media, Laddi stated that the attack was done in response to the remarks made about the Nihang Sikhs' attire during a television show hosted by Kapil.

The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 Episode 6: Release date & time for US, UK
AP The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 Episode 6 is running on Prime Video. (Photo by CJ Rivera/Invision/AP) As The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 continues its emotional crescendo, viewers are eagerly anticipating Episode 6, which is scheduled to premiere on August 13, 2025. With just a few episodes left in the final season of Jenny Han's beloved teen romance, the stakes are higher than ever. The heart of the narrative now beats louder at Cousins Beach, where the summer sun shines over unresolved feelings, a looming wedding, and life-altering Episode 5's heartfelt look into Conrad's internal struggles, the upcoming episode is expected to steer the storyline toward critical decisions for Belly, Jeremiah, and their intertwined families. Season 3 of The Summer I Turned Pretty returns viewers to the picturesque shores of Cousins Beach—but this time, the story moves beyond teen love triangles. Set after Belly's junior year of college, the narrative pivots toward deeper emotional arcs. The new season introduces a mature Belly, still caught between Jeremiah and Conrad, but increasingly focused on her personal season is created by Jenny Han and Sarah Kucserka, produced by Amazon MGM Studios and wiip, with executive producers Karen Rosenfelt, Paul Lee, Hope Hartman, and Mads Hansen. Leading the cast once again is Lola Tung as Belly, alongside Christopher Briney (Conrad), Gavin Casalegno (Jeremiah), and returning fan favorites including Rachel Blanchard, Jackie Chung, and Sean love remains a central theme, the series now explores identity, self-worth, and the challenges of choosing between duty, desire, and destiny. Episode 5 delivered a powerful shift in perspective. Viewers were taken inside Conrad's mind as he helped Belly prepare for her upcoming wedding to his brother Jeremiah. Amid budget constraints and mounting pressure, Conrad became an unexpected pillar of support, accompanying Belly on shopping trips and quietly longing for a future that could have been his, as per a report by parallel, Jeremiah returned with surprising news: their father, Adam, had agreed to finance the wedding. But Belly's joy was short-lived. The prospect of a corporate-style celebration at Adam's club, surrounded by business associates instead of family and friends, left her these undercurrents, the episode ended with a romantic moment between Belly and Jeremiah—dubbed their 'Last Dance'—while hinting at unresolved tension from Conrad, whose emotional restraint is increasingly Episode 6, the drama shifts into higher gear. The wedding preparations now take center stage, with Adam actively managing the venue and finances. But logistical hurdles pale in comparison to the emotional landmines Belly must navigate. Conrad's Dilemma: Having bared his soul in the previous episode, Conrad must now come to terms with Belly's impending marriage. His promises to his late mother Susanah, his love for Belly, and his loyalty to Jeremiah all come into conflict. Whether he steps forward to challenge the wedding or retreats in quiet heartbreak remains one of the central questions of Episode 6. Belly's Crossroads: Belly faces difficult questions of her own. Will she go through with a wedding that no longer feels like hers? Can she ignore the signs that her heart still beats for someone else? These inner struggles are likely to surface as the episode progresses, especially if Belly begins to question whether she's making a decision based on love or loyalty. Family Tensions: The upcoming episode is expected to address the simmering conflict between Laurel (Belly's mother) and Adam. Laurel had earlier expressed disapproval of the wedding. Now, with Adam's intervention, the rift may deepen. Whether Laurel stands by her convictions or supports her daughter for the sake of peace will be a key development. Subplots in Motion: Meanwhile, fans can expect updates on secondary storylines. Taylor's financial family crisis, touched upon in earlier episodes, is expected to resurface. Additionally, the evolving bond between Steven and Denise—who traveled to New York together—may provide emotional relief and light-hearted moments amidst the primary tension. Season 3 remains faithful to its roots, guided by Jenny Han's creative vision. The series continues to strike a delicate balance between nostalgic summer aesthetics and the rawness of young adult emotion. The visual storytelling, character depth, and musical choices add further dimension to a story already resonating deeply with its the series continues to be helmed by Han and Kucserka, who have successfully brought a YA book trilogy to life in a way that feels both universal and won't have to wait long to dive into the next chapter of Belly's journey.
