Hailey Bieber is seriously leveling up. The 28-year-old model and beauty mogul just struck a massive deal to sell her skincare brand, Rhode, to e.l.f. Beauty—and it's worth up to a jaw-dropping $1 billion.

Yep, you read that right. Rhode, the clean, minimalist beauty line she launched in 2022 (named after her middle name), has blown up big time in just a couple of years. The brand's gone viral on TikTok thanks to fan-favorite products like the Peptide Lip Treatment. It's safe to say Hailey's glow has turned into gold.
So, what's the deal exactly? e.l.f. Beauty, the popular drugstore brand behind affordable makeup hits, is shelling out $800 million in a mix of cash and stock right now.
There's also a chance for an extra $200 million down the line, depending on how well Rhode performs after the takeover. That brings the total potential value to a cool billion.
Hailey's not stepping away, though
She'll stay on board as chief creative officer, continuing to shape the brand she helped build from scratch. She said on social media that this marks 'the next chapter' for Rhode, and she's excited about the chance to go even bigger.
"Our partnership with e.l.f.
Beauty marks an incredible opportunity to elevate and accelerate our ability to reach more of our community with even more innovative products and widen our distribution globally," Hailey said in the business announcement.
Rhode's had a great run so far, racking up $200 million in net sales in the past year alone.
Hailey now joins an elite club of celeb beauty entrepreneurs who've cashed in big.
In fact, 2023 was a massive year for celebrity beauty lines in general, with over $1 billion in total sales, according to Nielsen IQ.

So Hailey's billion-dollar moment is very much part of a bigger trend—celebrities turning makeup and skincare into serious business.
And let's not forget her background—Hailey is Hollywood royalty, the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin and niece to Alec, William, and Daniel Baldwin. She's also married to pop superstar Justin Bieber, and the couple just welcomed their first child.
Funny enough, in a recent Vogue interview (before the deal went public), Hailey said the success of Rhode had already gone beyond anything she imagined.
'In my wildest dreams, it's already gone beyond what I would've hoped for,' she said.

‘Worst Nightmare': Girl Sings To Passengers Over Plane Intercom Amid 2-Hour Delay

Last Updated: The flight to Orlando was delayed by severe weather. To uplift the mood, a young girl decided to sing a song for the passengers. A Delta Airlines flight from Florida unexpectedly turned into a concert when a young girl took over the plane's intercom to sing a song from Disney's hit movie Moana. The flight to Orlando was delayed by severe weather, spending two hours grounded and another two hours circling before landing. Amid the passengers' frustration and discomfort, the girl's rendition of How Far I'll Go brought a moment of joy to some, but most remained frustrated. A video, first shared on TikTok, captures the child confidently singing on the flight crew's intercom system, with a few passengers joining in, while many others stayed silent, clearly unamused. This is actually my worst nightmare — The Notorious J.O.V. (@whotfisjovana) May 28, 2025 Of course, the video quickly went viral. The moment divided the internet, with passengers and viewers equally split in their responses. 'Flight got delayed, and this little girl won't stop singing Moana. Get me off this plane," a passenger posted. Another added, 'This is actually my worst nightmare and personal hell." A viewer wrote, 'She's on key and on tempo. It could be much, much worse." 'When your flight gets delayed by 2 hours and you circle Orlando for another 2… But then a little girl sings Moana on the crew mic, and suddenly everything feels okay," praised a social media user, applauding her talent. An individual said, 'Oh, for crying out loud, they were on the ground for a two-hour delay. This child wanted to do something to cheer people up. It's cute and, more importantly, gave the other passengers a distraction from the boredom of sitting on the tarmac." 'I don't see anything wrong with this video. Cool kid showing her singing talent!" expressed a user. A passenger who spoke with The Independent described the atmosphere onboard as 'hot" and 'packed." Reflecting on the girl's performance, she called the moment both sweet and awkward. 'All of a sudden a flight attendant shares with us that they have a sweet little girl that would love to share, or sing, a song with us. We were confused. And then she started singing. And I thought she was going to sing maybe like up until the chorus part, or end at the chorus, and then we were all going to go along our merry way. But no, she sang the whole song. There was some scattered applause. But it was also very uncomfortable," she said. In a conversation with Newsweek, Delta Airlines responded to the incident. Noting the girl's efforts, they said, 'We appreciate the customer sharing her talents." The Airlines also apologised to the customers for the delay in their travels.

Squid Game 3: Is Lee Jung Jae final player standing? Netflix hints at Lee Jin Wook's return and fan theories come alive

Did Squid Game 3 fan theories get real? In Squid Game 3, fans can expect more bloodshed, brutality, and emotionally charged moments that will leave them breathless. As the series hurtled towards its season finale, the newly unveiled spoiler stills of the drama drew attention. They seemed to provide major updates regarding the fate of two pivotal characters of the thrilling show. One is regarding the winner of the show and the other includes the return of season 2 characters. Is Song Gi Hun the final player of Squid Game 3? The protagonist, Song Gi Hun (played by Lee Jung Jae) will likely be the last-standing player, implying that he will be the only contestant to be alive and also the winner of the game show. The idea stems from Squid Game 3's recently dropped stills, that showcases player 456 having a meal, probably with Front Man Lee Byung Hun, disguised as player 132. Both of them are suited, instead of donning the green contestant outfits. It might either mean Song Gi Hun won the show or he is one of the players who qualified for the last game. In Squid Game season 1, we saw the players of the final game receiving a lavish meal, being all dressed up, before their final game. The season finale update might be a repetition of the same. Is Lee Jin Wook alive and part of Squid Game 3? Beloved character Park Gyeong Seok (Player 246), played by Lee Jin Wook, was shot by a pink guard while he was out revolting against the game creators with Song Gi Hun. Although, he fell down after seemingly being killed, his dead body wasn't shown. The recently dropped stills feature him with his back against the wall, looking threatened by a pink guard. Unless it's a flashback pic, it confirms the character's survival. Previously, in the official trailer of Squid Game 3, a man was shown being scanned by one of the masked workers. Though only the lower part of his side face was visible, it kind of resembled player 246. Numerous fans on TikTok shared their prediction that it was indeed him.
