'Saturday Night' is currently one of the most popular movies on Netflix, according to the platform's public ranking system.
The biographical comedy-drama revolves around the first episode of NBC's 'Saturday Night' ― later renamed 'Saturday Night Live' ― and what happened on the day of the show's 1975 premiere. Directed by Jason Reitman, the movie features an ensemble cast including J. K. Simmons, Gabriel LaBelle, Rachel Sennott, Dylan O'Brien, Finn Wolfhard, Nicholas Braun, Cory Michael Smith, Ella Hunt, Kaia Gerber, Willem Dafoe and Matthew Rhys.
Although the film received mostly favorable reviews from critics, 'Saturday Night' had a disappointing box office performance, grossing less than $10 million against its $25–30 million budget.

'Arcadian' is the most popular movie on Hulu at the moment.
The post-apocalyptic horror film premiered at South by Southwest in March 2024 and had a limited theatrical release in April. Nicolas Cage, Jaeden Martell and Maxwell Jenkins star as a father and two teenage sons trying to survive in world where much of humanity has been wiped out by a pandemic and monstrous creatures that come out at night.
The 2024 historical epic 'Gladiator II' is now streaming on Paramount+. A sequel to 2000′s 'Gladiator,' the movie stars Paul Mescal as the son of the first film's protagonist as he embarks on a journey of revenge against the Romans.
The cast also includes Pedro Pascal, Denzel Washington, Joseph Quinn, Fred Hechinger and Connie Nielsen.
'Your Monster' is trending on Max following its release on the platform on Jan. 24.
Based on a 2019 short film, the rom-com horror movie tells the story of an aspiring Broadway actor going through a rough patch. She rediscovers her confidence, however, after meeting a scary but surprisingly charming monster who lives in her closet.
