Fenerbahçe target PSV star and report to Eindhoven
Fenerbahçe have set their sights on Noa Lang, according to VoetbalPrimeur and Türkiye Gazetesi. The Turkish club sees the PSV wideman as the successor to Allan Saint-Maximin, who returns to Saudi club Al Ahli after his loan period.
According to the Turkish daily, new sporting director Devin Özek is rolling up his sleeves to create a championship-worthy side at Fenerbahçe. This season, arch-rivals Galatasaray once again won the title in the Süper Lig. Lang is considered one of the main transfer targets.

The Dutch international matches the qualities that coach José Mourinho wants, being fast and technically skilled. Fenerbahçe have reportedly already contacted PSV. The intention is for both clubs to sit down next week to discuss a transfer.
The 25-year-old left winger is expected to cost around 25 million euros. However, there is still a threat of competition for the Yellow Canaries. Napoli and Olympique Marseille, among others, have already been linked with Lang.
Lang is not entirely unfamiliar with Turkey. He played briefly in the youth of Besiktas, when his stepfather Nourdin Boukhari was active at Kasimpasa in the 2009-10 season.

The German international has been one of Bayern's top earners and reportedly refused a significant pay cut during tough negotiations.
