Sharon Osbourne breaks silence after husband Ozzy's tragic death

Music manager and TV presenter Sharon Osbourne has broken her silence on social media after the heartbreaking death of her husband, Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne. Sharon Osbourne has broken her silence following the death of her husband Ozzy. On Tuesday, she and her family shared the heart-breaking news that the Black Sabbath legend had passed away at 76, surrounded by his family. ‌ His family stated: "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time. Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis." ‌ The music manager acknowledged a heartfelt homage from musician Gavin Rossdale. The Bush lead singer posted an image with Ozzy on Instagram on Tuesday, captioning it: "RIP OZZY - a great man -a true legend - I met Ozzy through Jack just a few times but he was so warm and kind and funny and i love that memory .sending much love to his family at this difficult time. Rest in power." ‌ In response, Sharon, endearingly known as Mrs O, replied to Gavin's tribute: "Bless you." Additionally, Sir Elton John, a close friend of Sharon and Ozzy, paid a touching tribute, reports the Mirror. The 'Rocket Man' singer posted a photo with Ozzy, penning: "So sad to hear the news of @ozzyosbourne passing away. He was a dear friend and a huge trailblazer who secured his place in the pantheon of rock gods - a true legend. He was also one of the funniest people I've ever met. I will miss him dearly. To Sharon and the family, I send my condolences and love. Elton xx." ‌ Ozzy's health took a turn for the worse on Tuesday, mere days after his final bow at the Back To The Beginning concert at Villa Park, the stadium he adored and the home ground of Aston Villa. His health had been in decline since his Parkinson's disease diagnosis in 2003, which he only made public in 2020. An air ambulance was called to Ozzy's Buckinghamshire estate around 10:30 am on Tuesday, with medics working tirelessly for hours to resuscitate the Black Sabbath legend. A local resident expressed their concern to MailOnline upon seeing the helicopter descend near Ozzy and Sharon's home. ‌ The neighbour shared with MailOnline: "All of us were talking about it and wondering what had happened. We immediately feared it may be for him as he was known to be in fragile health. When we heard later that night that he had died it confirmed our worst fears." A representative for Thames Valley Air Ambulance confirmed: "We can confirm that our helicopter was dispatched to provide advanced critical care at an incident near Chalfont St Giles yesterday." The emergency aircraft, based at RAF Benson in Oxfordshire, reached the scene within 15 minutes. The distinctive red helicopter is reserved for patients in need of the most urgent critical care. ‌ Today, Ozzy's sister expressed to the Mirror her relief that he could pass away in England, fulfilling his wish to return to his homeland after spending twenty years in Los Angeles. Ozzy was fervently keen on returning to England after spending twenty years in Los Angeles, a move initially made so that his children, Kelly and Jack, could attend specialist dyslexia schools. A primary motivator for his desire to return was the gun violence prevalent in the United States. "Everything's f***ing ridiculous [in America]. I'm fed up with people getting killed every day," he expressed to The Observer.

Mabel, 29, hits back at nepo baby claims as she admits 'I work hard every day' in candid interview about growing up with her famous parents

She's the daughter of eighties pop star Neneh Cherry and legendary producer Cameron McVey. Mabel, in recent years, has insisted she's made a successful career in music without the help of her famous parents. And in a new interview with Michael Dapaah on Comfortably Speaking, the singer has doubled down on nepo baby claims as she declared 'I work hard every day'. Mabel, 29, said: 'It was like a play on everything really, the expectations I've always had on myself. 'I'm still so hard on myself and I work really hard at it every day, I try to be kinder to myself, but it was definitely initially about the things that I felt about myself and yeah the expectations I had set for myself from a super young age. 'And then also about like coming from a family of musicians, maybe the expectations that people had of me, good for bad, do you know what I mean. 'Like people either set the bar here or they set the bar here, because they're like "oh well you're a nepo baby so like you're s*** basically", do you know what I mean?' The singer, full name Mabel Alabama-Pearl McVey has long been surrounded by musical royalty. Her mother Neneh, 61, rose to fame with her 1989 album Raw Like Sushi and hits Buffalo Stance and Manchild. Mabel's father Cameron, 68, is a legendary producer behind acts like Massive Attack and All Saints. Mabel also opened up about nearly ending her music career entirely as she struggled navigating her twenties. She said: 'It wasn't possible (to keep up with the pace), I mean it nearly like ended the relationship with what I loved the most, music, because it was impossible. 'It is impossible to deliver, in my opinion, an authentic creative product, because that's what it is when you're in the business. 'And also be okay and have enough life to live to be able to create the authentic product if you're having to do it every eight weeks. 'And you're also in your early 20s and you're trying to figure things out because who knows who they are or what they're doing.' Mabel first made waves in 2017 with her breakout hit Finders Keepers, and went on to release her platinum-selling debut album High Expectations in 2019. In 2020, she won the Brit Award for British Female Solo Artist. In 2018, Neneh spoke about nurturing her daughter Mabel in the music industry, revealing she is in awe of her. The songstress spoke of the then 21-year-old's success and reflected on motherhood, in an interview with the Evening Standard Magazine admitting she wasn't always 'emotionally accessible'. She said: 'Mabel is unbelievable and so focused and it's hard out there. 'She gets up sometimes and she's doing two or three sessions a day. I'm in awe of her and so I try to support her with basic mum things, like making her a take-out lunch.' Mabel previously insisted she doesn't want her parents' help when it comes to her own music career. 'When I was in my teens, and was like, 'I really want to do music',' she told the publication. I felt quite embarrassed by being my mum and dad's daughter. I thought, 'People will never take me seriously".'

Sacha Baron Cohen, 53, reveals jaw-dropping body transformation as he takes on the role of Marvel's ripped supervillain Mephisto

He is best known for his iconic comedy roles Ali G and Borat, but here is Sascha Baron Cohen as you have never seen him before. The actor, 53, has undergone a superhuman transformation as he steps into the Marvel universe as villain Mephisto for his latest role. Sascha looked worlds away from his former self as he showed off his ripped transformation in the new issue of Men's Fitness UK. Sascha, who only had just three weeks to get into superhero shape, has made sure to put in the 'hard work' ready to portray the shredded Mephisto. Posing shirtless for the fitness magazine cover, Sacha looked incredible as he showed off his chiselled abs and toned arms. Speaking to the publication, the actor revealed he turned to Matthew McConaughey to get the phone number of celebrity trainer Alfonso Moretti, who has well-established reputation for transforming physiques on impossible deadlines. He joked: 'I called Matthew and asked for help. After asking who I was and how I'd gotten his number, he finally gave me Alfonso's contact'. Sacha went on to have a FaceTime meeting with Alfonso, who got him to strip down to his underwear during their first chat. Due to the short time frame and Alfonso workout methods, Sacha was tasked with being 'consistent' by doing '100 push ups a day'. Sacha's incredible transformation was far from marathon workouts and extreme dieting, as they concentrated on short workouts and a diet high in fibre and protein as well as low in sugar. He said: '25-minute workouts that were sustainable. Even while filming, the workouts happened. In the past, I would've thought you needed hour-long sessions'. 'But the short sessions made it so much easier to stay consistent - even with the demands of being on set.' By the two-week mark, Sacha's wardrobe team had to spend $5,000 (£3,600) altering costumes because his body had changed so significantly. He was leaner, stronger, and fitter than ever before. His trainer Alfonso gushed: '100% committed. He could be filming for 15 hours, start at 6am, finish at nine at night and he'd still send me a text: 'Do you have time for a workout?'' Revealing his new appearance on his Instagram Story, the funnyman quipped: 'This is not AI, I really am egotistical enough to do this. 'Some celebs use Ozempic, some use private chefs, others use personal trainers. I did all three.' He also wrote that he is 'hard launching my mid-life crisis' and 'debuting my new character: middle aged man who replaced beer with protein shakes' His trainer also shared the magazine's photos to Instagram and wrote that he 'could not be more proud' of Sascha after working out with him. 'Sacha trusted my process and followed the plan exactly. Not only did he earn better health and fitness with incredible aesthetics…but also… The COVER of Men's Fitness!!!' Moretti wrote. 'From Borat to Buff full article coming this Friday! For now, enjoy the pictures. Tell me he doesn't look absolutely incredible!' In a recent press conference, Marvel chief Kevin Feige confirmed that Sacha will be portraying MCU character. Sacha first rose to fame in the 1990s with his Ali G character, the infamous spoof wannabe gangster who became a comedy star. He also starred as Borat, a journalist from Kazakhstan, and played the role of flamboyant Austrian fashionista Bruno.
