It followed his love triangle with her and Toni Laites, which drew criticism from charity Women's Aid.
Aftersun host Maya Jama grilled Harrison over his behaviour in the villa last night after viewers watched him swap between the two girls with little consideration for their feelings.
He even pleaded with Toni to pick him in a recoupling hours after having sex with Lauren.
When Toni did choose him, Lauren was left in floods of tears and felt humiliated.
While Toni begged him to stop messing with her feelings by continuing to flirt with Lauren.
Speaking tonight, Harrison said he felt the point that his romancing of both girls went too far was after he'd slept with Lauren.
"I think maybe when we did bits," he said. "Probably took it a little bit too far talking to Toni after that.
"I obviously regret that massively and I apologise to both the girls but, yeah, it wasn't good for me."
He then said if he had his time again he would have had up front conversations with Toni and Lauren earlier to save them getting upset.
It followed his return to social media earlier in the day in which he said: "Back on home turf and carrying every lesson with me. What a whirlwind, confusing, raw, beautiful in parts, and deeply humbling. I entered with the intention not to hurt anyone.

"Truthfully, although I didn't manage that, I leave with a heart more open, and a soul willing to learn. Life isn't always easy, it's felt, it's flawed, it's full of growth. Thank you to those who saw the good in me even when I struggled to see it myself. This is just the beginning,"
But viewers weren't buying his latest apology, with one writing on X: "Harrison has CLEARLY wrote a speech and memorised it this is not genuine."
Another said: "Harrison has gotten away with what he's done way too easily."
A third posted: "Harrison's not sorry for sh*t."
A fourth said: "Is anyone buying this with Harrison?"
"Im glad no one clapped at Harrison's poor excuse of an apology."
Prior to his villa exit, Women's Aid responded to the difficult scenes in the villa, criticising the ITV reality show for perpetuating misogyny and sexism.
Jessye Werner, Communications Manager at the charity, acknowledged the efforts production companies have made to highlight toxic behaviours but stressed that more progress is necessary.
She told The Tab: "Despite these positive steps, we still see unhealthy patterns of behaviour on these shows, showing just how steeped in misogyny and sexism our society still is.
'Women are often lied to, slut-shamed and manipulated, as well as laughed at behind their backs. Misogyny and sexism lay the foundation for the tolerance of abuse and violence – it reinforces a culture that excuses and trivialises violence against women and girls.
'More must be done to educate contestants on sexism and misogyny, and it is a great credit to viewers who take to social media, continuing to call out these behaviours as soon as they see them.'
Before entering the villa, ITV's Duty of Care protocol outlines training for Islanders in language, behaviour and understanding mutual respect in relationships.
Programme contributors will be offered a full package of measures to ensure they are supported prior to, during and after the filming period on the show.
A welfare team solely dedicated to the Islanders both during the show and after.
Love Island airs on ITV2 and ITVX.

Love Island receive over 1,000 complaints following 'bullying' scenes
Ofcom has revealed that Love Island received over 1000 complaints by viewers about the ITV2 show last week, with many outraged by Islander Harrison's 'misogynistic' behaviour Ofcom has revealed that Love Island received over 1,000 complaints last week, with viewers accusing Harrison and other contestants of displaying "misogynistic" behaviour. A total of 1,071 complaints were made across four episodes last week, with Friday's episode drawing in the highest number - 527 complaints. Ofcom told The Mirror that 280 of the complaints were related to "misogynistic behaviour, most notably by Harrison, Harry and Dejon," while 247 focused on "bully behaviour and mental wellbeing of contestants, most notably linked to Shakira being bullied" during the 18 July episode. Meanwhile, fans had already threatened to contact Ofcom last week over Shakira's treatment by Harry, Harrison, and Dejon, particularly after Harrison referred to Shakira and Conor as a "one-sided couple." As for the other episodes which received complaints, Sunday 20 July had 222 viewers complain over "alleged misogynistic behaviour by Dejon." Meanwhile, on Tuesday, 15 July, a total of 221 viewers lodged complaints, with the majority expressing concern over the "alleged misogynistic behaviour by Harrison." However, 44 were related to "how Lauren was portrayed in the edit of the episode" and 34 were about the "alleged bullying behaviour towards Shakira and Toni." For the episode on 17 July, 69 viewers complained about Harrison's "alleged misogynistic behaviour", while 27 complained about "alleged bullying behaviour and expressed concern for the mental wellbeing of Shakira." Ofcom has not yet confirmed whether it will launch an investigation into ITV in response to the complaints. ITV has several duty of care protocols in place, including providing Islanders with training before entering the villa that covers language, behaviour and the importance of mutual respect in relationships. It had been a pretty dramatic week inside the Love Island villa, with Lauren - who was previously coupled up with Harrison - being dumped from the villa after she was left single. Just a day later, viewers watched as Harrison chose to leave the villa and follow Lauren, with the controversial contestant revealing he still had feelings for him. During last Tuesday's episode, which received over 200 Ofcom complaints, viewers were left shocked after ITV aired a saucey bedroom exchange between Harrison and Lauren. Harrison could be seen reaching over to Helena and Harry's bed in the night and asking: "Do you have a condom?" Helena quickly grabbed one from a drawer, and Harry handed it over before the couple slipped under the covers. However, fans were unimpressed by the moment, especially since Harrison had recently admitted he still had feelings for his ex, Toni. Taking to X, one viewer wrote: "Did Harry just pass a condom to Lauren and Harrison???! I didn't know I was watching too hot to handle," while a second shocked fan said: "I have never. In all my years seen someone ask for a condom on #loveisland. Like yayyyyy for sexual safety but that is tooooooooooo much."

Love Island producers slammed for 'setting up' Shakira as fans beg 'leave her alone'
Love Island 2025 viewers called out show producers, convinced they had an 'agenda' against contestant Shakira Khan on the ITV2 series as they claimed she was being made to look 'mean' Viewers of Love Island said they were "getting bored" of producers "trying to set up" contestant Shakira Khan, after another drama was set to kick off. Throughout the series Shakira has found herself in the middle of villa drama, from love triangles to war of words with some of the other girls, and secret conversations being exposed. This week fans saw Shakira and villa pal Toni Laites discussing their co-stars Meg and Dejon deciding to make their romance official. Dejon had asked Meg to be his girlfriend on a date away from the villa and she said yes, before they told the other Islanders. Both Toni and Shakira made it clear they weren't sure about Dejon's motives for this, only seeming to think Meg was being genuine. Not even a day later, and this very same moment was featured in a public vote which made it clear it would be played out to the villa. With the annual villa awards, The Grafties, back it means the contestants will be treated to some moments they may not know about. With different categories and different nominees, it's bound to cause drama when it airs. Toni and Shakira's comments featured as a nomination in one of the categories, and fans are not happy. Viewers have claimed for weeks that the producers "have something against" Shakira, and Toni, believing they are constantly being "set up" to look bad, or like "mean girls". Just the other day fans believed those editing the show were trying to make Shakira look unkind despite all the drama she had been through. So when this latest incident happened and it became clear the villa would see this private chat about Dejon and Meg, fans fumed once more over it all. They accused producers yet again of stirring the pot to try and get Shakira booted off the show. Taking to social media one fan said: "The producers are really trying to make Shakira and Toni feel bad with the grafties. Can't stand what they're doing. Hope the girlies stay strong!" Another fan agreed: "The only reason the producers brought Meg back was in the hopes Connor would choose her and Shakira would be dumped from the island. Wtf is with this biased bs." A third fan said: "Producers. Can we stop with the anti Shakira agenda please." This was echoed by another fan who begged: "This year love island producers are weirddddd leave Shakira alone," as another said: "I mean the producers agenda against shakira is getting boring now." A further comment claimed: "You can tell Shakira is going home in the upcoming days the producers are setting her up." Meanwhile one viewer posted: "The producers are trying to mess Shakira up and I don't like it and they are trying to make her out to be a villain and it's not right and bringing Megan back for what she a mean girl. Why can't they leave Shakira alone they are setting her up I don't like it." Viewers will have to tune in this week to see which moments win, and what the Islanders make of all the secret goings on. Amid another big dumping on the show, there's less than two weeks before the live final.
