Celtic youngster set for loan as part of triple swoop
He has two years left on his Parkhead deal but is now set to head out for another spell away, this time in the top flight with David Martindale's side.

So Montgomery will spend the season with the Premiership returnees and aid their bid to avoid the drop this time round.
Livingston are also set to sign Hearts midfielder Aidan Denholm on loan and former Willem II striker Jeremy Bokila.
Montgomery has been involved with Rodgers' first team in pre-season and started the friendly against Queen's Park before being named as a sub against Cork, Sporting Lisbon and Newcastle.

The big boys are in the hat as the Premier Sports Cup moves into knock-out stage. Holders Celtic join Rangers, Aberdeen, Hibs and Dundee United in entering now due to their commitments in the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League. Sondre Orjasaeter to Celtic transfer tackled head on with two deals facing crucial timeline
The Hoops previously attempted to sign the Norwegian winger in the winter transfer window Sarpsborg sporting director Hampus Andersson has revealed Celtic have yet to revive their interest in winger Sondre Orjasaeter this summer. The Hoops have been long-term admirers for the forward and the Norwegian Under-21 cap came close to joining Brendan Rodgers ' side in January - but felt he wasn't ready to make he leap to the Premiership. That led to a £4million bid being booted out by Sarpsborg in January - it's understood that the club will looking to bank up to £7million for the highly-rated 21-year-old. Royal Antwerp wide man Michel-Ange Balikwisha is among the long-term targets on the agenda as the Parkhead chiefs look to provide Rodgers with a replacement for Nicolas Kuhn following his big money move to Como. But Orjasaeter looks to have dropped down the pecking order. Asked about interest in the attacker this summer, Andersson told Sarpsborg Arbeiderblad: "It is clear that there will be great interest when he performs at the level he has. "But it has been quiet around players like Sondre who had a very hectic transfer window in the winter." Earlier this summer, Orjasaeter claimed he was now keen to progress his career outside of Norway: "Now I feel ready to take the step, while I am doing well here with full focus on Sarpsborg. "I think that if it happens, it happens. It's not like I'll be depressed if there's no transfer." Along with a winger, Rodgers has already made it clear that he wants to add more firepower to the side having lost Kuhn, Kyogo and Matt O'Riley in the last three windows. And Simon Donnelly reckons that the board must offer up two more deals before the Champions League qualifiers to fulfil the request of the boss. He told the Sunday Post: "They had a great campaign last season and they showed they belonged beside the very best. "The new format of having eight group games really suited Celtic and they had some great results. It led to the knockout game against Bayern Munich and the lads came so very close. "It was heartbreaking to lose to the Germans in the last minute but it shows you can never switch off at that level. That said, the squad will be better for that experience and can use it next month. "Callum McGregor, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Kasper Schmeichel will make sure every player is focused and aware of what they need to do on the pitch. "There is also bound to be a couple of more signings between now and then. Brendan has made it clear that new recruits are required and there will be hard work behind the scenes to deliver. "The new signings will need to hit the ground running and they will be given every encouragement to do so. "It's a real positive to have Kieran Tierney back at the club. That is a fantastic signing. "He is one of the best players our country has produced in recent years and he will be vital because of his big-game experience. "One of the reasons he came back is to play regular football and also do it at the highest possible level. That's what the Champions League is. "Kieran will help drive the team on and it would be great for everyone to get that success so quickly into the campaign. "The financial rewards are huge. But it's about prestige for Brendan and the players. Brendan is a top operator and he'll have his team ready to do what is required."
