TORONTO — Superior Plus Corp. (' Superior ' or ' the company') (TSX: SPB) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of CAD $0.045 per common share payable on October 15, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business September 29, 2025. Superior's annualized cash dividend rate is currently CAD $0.18 per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
