Graham Norton lists lavish NYC home for €4.94m — his second property for sale this month
Graham Norton has put yet another one of his multi-million euro properties on the market, so it's time for a nosey!
The beloved talk show host this week put his swanky New York pad up for sale, with the home hitting the market at a cool $5.595million (€4.94million).
Located at 6 Sniffen Court in Murray Hill, Norton nabbed the 2,223sq foot property back in 2002. Pic: The Corcoran Group
The home was reportedly built in the 1860s as a carriage house and stable and has housed many an A-list celeb, such as Claudia Schiffer and Lenny Kravitz.
It marked Norton's first jaunt into the US housing market, with the star already owning homes in Ireland, the UK and formerly South Africa.
Previously chatting about the purchase in a 2017 New York Times interview, he said: 'I was doing my talk show five nights a week, and all this money was rolling in. I went a little crazy and bought this house that I neither need nor use a lot.' Pic: The Corcoran Group
The newly listed home underwent an extensive restoration by Gachot Studio and boasts two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
Originally one of just 10 properties built during the American Civil War, the illustrious listing has proved big with buyers.
Brimming with light, the homes grand main room boasts 15ft ceilings, and a beautiful double-wide window alongside a lilac stone fireplace that perfectly encapsulates the cozy vibe. Pic: The Corcoran Group
Just beyond the main room, prospective homeowners will find an intimate home library that includes floor to ceiling bookshelves.
Moving on to the third level, the spacious primary bedroom suite features a separate sitting room and home office with even more magnificent windows.
Also on this level you'll find a primary marble bathroom with a bath and stall shower along with a kitchenette/morning bar. Pic: The Corcoran Group
Now for the pièce de résistance a rooftop deck easily accessible via a short flight of stairs, perfect to take in those sunny days in the city. Pic: The Corcoran Group
This is the second of the Irish star's home to be listed on the market in recent weeks, with his London pad going on sale for a whopping €5.8million at the end of April.

80s rock icon enjoys a cupan tae with Kneecap at Dublin cafe
An 80s rocker has shown his support for Kneecap by joining them for a cup of tea in Dublin. Paul Weller has once again backed the Belfast rap trio Kneecap, having been pictured enjoying a cupan tae with two of the three band members at Phibsborough's Bang Bang Cafe last Thursday night. Last month, Weller was one of 40 acts who signed an open letter opposing what they claimed were efforts to censor the trio, amid an ongoing legal battle for the band. Clarkson's Farm star shares major health update as series ends on emotional note
Fans who have tuned into the latest series of Clarkson's Farm will be familiar with Alan Townsend. The handyman has helped Jeremy Clarkson find his new pub. He was tasked with working alongside the former Top Gear host to transform the watering hole into the Farmer's Dog and have it ready for the August Bank Holiday. However, during the finale, Alan revealed he was facing a heart operation. At the end of episode eight, Alan confided in Clarkson, his Irish partner Lisa Hogan, Charlie Ireland, Gerald Cooper, Kaleb Cooper, and Annie Gray. The team gathered around a table following a chaotic day, where they managed to meet a tight deadline, and Alan opened up about his health operation. "Yeah, we're in next Tuesday at the hospital. Quadruple bypass coming," the builder said. "And they've got to test for stroke likelihood as well," Jeremy said, to which Alan added, "Yeah, because I had that stroke." Speaking about fellow star Gerald overcoming prostate cancer, Jeremy remarked, "You know, last year. It was him [Gerald], wasn't it? You'd gotten yourself better. So we're ending this year, with our fingers crossed." Keeping a positive attitude, Alan said, "Yeah, well, it should... It's pretty routine these days, isn't it?" Alan then added, "Oh, frightened to death. I don't even like thinking about it. "That's why I keep going to work, keep out of the way. They told me to really just take it easy and stay at home. But if you stay, you'll be worrying to death about it." Jeremy lightened the mood and raised a glass, saying: "We couldn't have gotten the pub open without you. We'll name a wing after you. I'm not saying if it goes wrong, we'll name a wing after you, we'll name a wing after you anyway. The Alan Townsend Wing." Gerald then got everyone laughing and said: "I've got a foot pump, I'll bring him around, don't you worry... If he starts deflating, I'll pump him back up." Clarkson's Farm series four can be streamed on Prime Video now.
