Murals, films and poems celebrate Wales' Women's Euro 2025
Jess Fishlock, Wales' most capped footballer, is honoured in a full-size pitch mural.
Ms Fishlock said: "It's a huge honour to represent Cymru and to be part of a first-of-its-kind mural celebrating our history-making appearance at the Euros."
The mural, designed by Welsh artist Regan Gilflin and Cardiff studio UNIFY, is located in Splott Football Park.
Elsewhere, Literature Wales has commissioned poet Sarah McCreadie to accompany the team and produce 14 original poems capturing their Euro journey.
A short film by director Aaliyah MacKay tells the story of Eleeza and Rosheen Khan, Wales' first female Muslim referees and coaches.
Ms MacKay said: "At the heart of this project are questions of equality, diversity and inclusion."
Culture and sport minister Jack Sargeant will travel to Switzerland to support the team.
Mr Sargeant said: "This weekend marks a watershed moment for Welsh football as our women's national team takes to the pitch for their first ever European Championship."

Lauren James set for spell on sidelines with ankle injury
Chelsea forward Lauren James will be sidelined for 'a period of time' by the ankle injury she suffered during England's victorious Euro 2025 campaign. James limped out of the final against world champions Spain four minutes before half-time after fighting to be fit to start the game following the damaged she suffered during the semi-final victory over Italy. Now the 23-year-old's club has confirmed she faces a spell on the sidelines, although they have not specified how long she is expected to be out. A statement on the club's official website said: 'Chelsea can confirm Lauren James sustained an injury while on international duty with England at Euro 2025 and will be sidelined for a period of time. 'The Blues forward helped the Lionesses win the tournament – starting four matches, including the final against Spain, and scoring twice – but sustained an injury en route to England being crowned European champions. 'James is now back with Chelsea and will undergo a period of rehabilitation with the club.' James played a key role for Chelsea last season, helping the club to win a domestic treble and reach the Champions League semi-finals, in the process earning herself a share of the Player of the Year trophy with international team-mate Alessia Russo at the Women's Football Awards.

WRU plan will kill the game here, says Wales and Scarlets centre
The Welsh Rugby Union's recommendation that the four regions should be cut to two 'will kill the game' in the country, according to the Wales and Scarlets centre Joe Hawkins. The Welsh game is preparing for a tumultuous period next month over the future of its domestic structure, with the four regions — Cardiff, Dragons, Ospreys and Scarlets — facing a fight for survival. The WRU's recommendation does not stipulate where the two professional teams should be based in Wales. A consultation period will be held across the game from September 1 to September 26. Hawkins, who became eligible to play for Wales again having moved from Exeter Chiefs to Scarlets in March, thinks that the proposed model is 'short-sighted' and would run the risk of more Welsh players plying their trade in England.
