As the heatwave continues so does the chance to entertain in the garden and surely most people would consider a BBQ as one of the core features required for a social gathering.
Arguably nothing tastes better alfresco dining than food cooked on a BBQ plus, if you choose well, it impresses the friends and neighbours, as long as you don't undercook the meat or burn the veggie kebabs.
There are a myriad of choices of BBQ available to buy but as part of Amazon Prime Deal Day the VonHaus Charcoal x-large portable BBQ has been reduced by 36% from £199.99 to £127.49.

According to the manufacturer, features of the 2-in-1 grill and smoker BBQ include a temperature gauge to monitor the charcoal BBQ without lifting the lid, and then to refuel, simply open the front door and add more – no need to remove the enamel coated, easy to clean grill. With wheels and handles and side shelves that fold down, the BBQ is easy to move about too - including into the shed when it starts raining!
One delighted customer felt compelled to provide their feedback, saying: "Best grill I ever bought. I don't usually write reviews but I want to say that this is one of the best products I have ever bought from Amazon. The sheer size of the grill space, the build quality and how beautiful it is. It's also super easy to clean with the ash tray below. And the grill rack is super sturdy, not like other bbqs I bought from other brands", and another buyer total agrees, saying: "Best bbq we've ever bought, absolutely solid, fantastic."

Another buyer was impressed with the product's features, commenting: "This is an excellent charcoal barbecue. It is self assembly, but the instructions are very clear. I have now used it twice this summer and it cooks very well. The ability to raise and lower the charcoal to impact on cooking time is super useful, as is the warming rack. The side tables and pegs to hang utensils, along with the bottom shelf for charcoal etc. all make it really practical. It is also really easy to clean."

Assembling the BBQ once it is delivered appears to be a standard scenario for any product purchases and feedback about the VonHaus Charcoal x-large portable BBQ self-assembly included one buyer who says: "Looks as good as the description. Took about 1 hour to assemble but definitely worth it. Very professional BBQ and goes together if you follow the instructions."

However, one customer was not impressed with the build quality, saying: "It was ok but took a while to assemble and it wasn't made that well so made it really hard in places to get the screws in. Not as good quality as I'd expected for the price."
Another buyer had an issue with a particular part of the BBQ, commenting: "Third time I used it the charcoal tray warped badly so much so I could not use it. Complained to Von Haus who very quickly sent me another tray."

A second wrote: "Beautiful, good quality, look smashing, just perfect in my new room." A third added: "Bought through click and collect. Easy to buy online and was able to pick up the next day. Easy to collect once in store and the item was in great condition and looks warm in a living room." A fourth impressed buyer said: "Stunning lamp. Looks great, lovely quality, perfect addition to our lounge." However, some shoppers found issues with the lamp after purchasing, particularly when it comes to the shade. One person said: "Lovely base, but lampshade was too short and bulb stuck out and light was blinding. Replaced shade with another one I had." A second wrote: "The lamp is lovely but the shade is very poor quality and is not as big as the picture so the bulb protrudes through the top even though I purchased the one that was suggested Had to buy replacement shades." The 'easy to use' £24 Amazon smartwatch that is 'much better than Apple'
The Cillso Smart Watch boasts a near-perfect 4.9-star rating on Amazon. Keeping track of steps, workouts, and sleep has become increasingly important for many of us. With that in mind, having an accurate smart watch is crucial. Those considering big name brands, like the Apple Watch, can expect to pay a hefty price tag. But there are more budget-friendly options out there to rival these expensive options. One such product is the Cillso Smart Watch, which is available at a huge knockdown price on Amazon. Normally £129.99, it is enjoying an 82 per cent discount which means it's only £23.99. There were very few negative reviews for the watch on Amazon, but some otherwise positive comments did mention the size as potentially being a problem.
