Her family confirmed the Black Sabbath singer's death on July 22, 2025. 'It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. On July 19, 2025, Kelly shared what may be Ozzy's final moments. She filmed an Instagram story of their family at the dining table for breakfast. 'Good morning,' Kelly said to the camera with her son before flipping it to her father, who was on his iPad and wearing AirPod Max headphones. 'Is that me?' he asked her. 'Dadda, say good morning,' she said. In response, Ozzy replied, 'Good morning!'
In early July, Kelly dispelled rumors that her father was dying due to Parkinson's disease. 'There's this video going around on social media, and it's supposed to be my dad, but it's AI,' Kelly said on her Instagram Stories July 11. 'It has a voice like my dad's David Attenborough or something. And it starts out saying, 'I don't need a doctor to tell me that I'm going to die. I know I'm going to die.''
'What the f—k is wrong with you people?' she continued. 'Why would you spend your time making a video like this? Yes, he has Parkinson's, and yes, his mobility is completely different than it used to be, but he's not dying. What is wrong with you?'
Kelly became engaged at the concert to Slipknot's Sid Wilson at the final Black Sabbath show. 'F—k you, you're not marrying my daughter,' Ozzy joked.

In an interview with Guitar World, Zakk Wylde, who served as guitarist for Osbourne, detailed the final text he received from the rock icon before the singer died earlier this month. Wylde performed during Osbourne's Back to the Beginning farewell concert on July 5, and according to the guitarist, Osbourne reached out to him after the show. Hogan, 71, suffered from acute myocardial infarction, commonly known as a heart attack, and had a history of atrial fibrillation (AFib), the most common cardiac arrhythmia — or irregular heartbeat.
