Quarter of Brits obsess over whether they've locked front door
A more financially-minded 55% admit to dwelling on their financial stability more than they'd like, while 12% worry about their messages getting left on read.
Others were thinking with their tummy, as research commissioned by McCain revealed that Brits spend almost 30 minutes each day thinking about their next meal.
The statue, dubbed 'The Thinker Pondering Vibes', popped up on May 28th and 29th at Battersea Power Station in London (Image: JORDAN_PECK) When it comes to Brits' other 'Roman Empires', topics living rent-free in people's heads are pets, football, TikTok drama and the actual Roman Empire.
Amid life's dilemmas, sometimes it's the smaller questions like 'what is this snack?' that provides a tasty, much-needed distraction.
McCain Vibes is the latest innovation from the brand - a bold, flavour-packed snack that's got everyone scratching their heads as it has the crunch of a crisp and the heartiness of a chip.
An installation was unveiled in London on May 28th, launched by TV personality and self-confessed overthinker Vicky Pattison.
The playful reimagining of Rodin's iconic 'The Thinker' statue is deep in contemplation about one of life's most delicious questions: 'is McCain's new hot snack Vibes a chip or a crisp?'
The statue, dubbed 'The Thinker Pondering Vibes', popped up on May 28th and 29th at Battersea Power Station in London.
There, visitors sampled the new chip/crisp snack for themselves while recreating the legendary pose on a second plinth.
Launching the installation was TV personality and self-confessed overthinker Vicky Pattison.

Reflecting on The Thinker's ultimate dilemma, Vicky said: "I honestly didn't know what to expect with McCain Vibes.
"I took a bite and was like, 'what is this chip/crisp thingy?'. It's hot, it's crispy, it's totally moreish. I was lost for words, which never happens.
"You must try them to get it - trust me, they're a total snack gamechanger."
Vibes are available in select retailers now and have an RRP of £3 for a 350g bag.

A pal revealed: 'Vicky wants to give Strictly her best shot and is taking it easy for the next few weeks so her trapped nerve doesn't rear its head when she is in the training room. 'She's really fit and healthy but she doesn't want a pre-existing injury to give her a handicap. 'It's her lifelong dream to be taking part — and she wants to make the most of it.' Praising CoppaFeel, which raises awareness and money for breast cancer charities, she wrote: "I am proud of my little body and what it got me through last week… and I am even prouder of the women I trekked with that have survived breast cancer or are living with this awful disease. "THEIR bodies, achieved incredible things last week.. and they deserve to be celebrated. "It's time we shifted our perspective and focused on health, happiness AND feeling good.. rather than some unobtainable and toxic aesthetic," she noted. "Every lump, bump, scar, stretch mark and tiger stripe on our body tells a story.. whether that be of strength, resilience, experience or pure joy... "These things make us who we are and we shouldn't hide them away.. we should celebrate them." VICKY'S DISCOVERY Vicky's journey with her body comes after she revealed she had been diagnosed with PMDD after being "gaslit" for years by medical professionals into believing nothing was wrong with her. PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) left Vicky suffering from anxiety, depressive moods, rage, crippling cramps, and a feeling of hopelessness that, at points, left her with suicidal ideation. "I was told everything from, 'This is just PMS, everyone experiences it, other women can just handle it better' to, 'This is psychological — you need antidepressants.' 'I was told by one doctor, 'Maybe it'll be better if you lose weight.'' Her voice breaks when she reflects on the battle she still faces. Vicky says: 'Every month, you lose yourself — and as I've gotten older, it's gotten worse. "It used to last a few days, but now it's seven to ten days before my period. 'I'm anxious, I'm emotional, I'm exhausted, and I'm completely unrecognisable from the woman I am the rest of the time. 'The things that bring me joy don't bring me joy.' 'I broke down when she said I had PMDD,' Vicky said of her diagnosis after turning to private medical care three years ago. 'I'd had five years of being gaslit.' 7 Away from the camera, The Sun reported how Vicky was suffering from a trapped nerve Credit: Instagram 7 They pulled out all the stops for their plush stay Credit:

Discontinued chocolate bars Brits miss the most ranked
From Cadburys to Nestlé and Mars, there's no denying that we're a sweet-toothed nation. From the crunchy honeycomb centre of a Malteser to the gooey caramel of a classic Mars, everyone's got a favourite chocolate bar. Most of us will also link our favourite chocolate to memorable moments such as school days or that walk home from our first job. So, when they disappear from the shelves, we wait longingly for a comeback. Now, a survey by a brand that is part of Smooth Radio has revealed the nation's top ten most-loved bars that Brits would like to see return. The discontinued chocolate bar Brits want to return Surveying 2,000 people across the UK, the results found that the minty twist on the classic Wispa bar came out on top, with more than one in five (22%) naming it as the chocolate they'd most like to see return. A member of the Wispa family, the mint version first hit shelves in 1995 but was sadly discontinued in 2003 - much to the frustration of chocolate lovers. Kit Kat Caramac, which was discontinued two years ago after 64 years due to declining sales, came in joint second with 20% of the vote. Milky Way Crispy Rolls, pulled from production by Mars in 2022, also tied for second place. White chocolate fans were left disappointed when Cadbury Dream was discontinued in the UK over two decades ago - and it seems they still miss it, as nearly one in five (18%) named it their preferred discontinued treat. Known for its rich milk chocolate combined with smooth white chocolate, Cadbury Marble followed close behind with 16% of the vote. It was discontinued in 2012, while Orange Crunchie - which featured a tangy orange-flavoured honeycomb centre - placed alongside it. Rounding out the top five were other nostalgic favourites like Mars Delight, Cadbury Aztec, SnowFlakes, Quality Street Toffee Deluxe, and Mint Crunchie, each earning 13% of the vote.
