His name is there in Lakhisarai assembly constituency in the same district and also in Bankipur assembly constituency in Patna district.
"He has two different Electoral Photo Identity Card (EPIC) cards. Surprisingly, it has happened after the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) by the Election Commission in Bihar.
Who should be held responsible, either Sinha himself or the Election Commission? What action is being taken against Sinha? When will he (Sinha) resign from the post after the revelations?"

'124 Not Out': Minta Devi slams opposition for using her face on T-shirts
PATNA: Minta Devi, a 35-year-old from Bihar , who unexpectedly became the INDIA bloc's "vote chori" mascot after a data entry error pegged her age at 124, on Wednesday objected to the opposition using her name and photo on T-shirts to target the Union govt. "Politics is being done in my name. Who gave Priyanka Gandhi and others the right to display my face and name on their T-shirts?" asked Minta, a first-time voter from Siwan. She said the controversy had caused "mental torture" to her middle-class family. Minta explained she had applied online for a voter ID, submitting her Aadhaar as proof. A clerical error recorded her birth year as 1900 instead of 1990. The mistake came to her notice only after the opposition's "124 Not Out" campaign went viral. "This is my first voter ID card, and it has created such an uproar," she said, adding in jest that if her official age was 124, the govt should extend her old-age benefits. "Since the Election Commission has made me a grandmother, PM Modi should give me something too," she quipped. She stressed she wanted no part in any campaign and sought to be left out of the row.

NEW DELHI: Sharpening his criticism of the SIR of electoral rolls in Bihar, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday remarked that he had had the unique experience of having tea with some "dead" voters from Bihar. Rahul and other INDIA bloc netas are all set to embark on a 'Vote Adhikar Yatra' starting Aug 17, to make the "battle against vote chori a mass movement". Congress said, "Seven voters in Bihar, all very much alive, shared tea with Rahul Gandhi today - even as the Election Commission 's SIR lists them as 'dead'." "There have been many interesting experiences in life, but I never got the chance to have tea with 'dead people'. For this unique experience, thank you Election Commission!" Rahul said on X. Congress said they voters, who belong to RJD MP Tejashwi Yadav's constituency of Raghopur, were removed from the electoral rolls despite having completed the requisite paperwork. Congress also hit back at BJP for its claim of irregularities on seats contested by some top opposition netas, with Pawan Khera telling PTI the data shared points to the governing party's collusion with EC and demanding that 2024 Lok Sabha polls be considered "null and void".

39-year-old voter's name appears six times in Palghar
PUNE: A 39-year-old voter's name was found appearing six times in the electoral roll of Maharashtra's Palghar district, prompting collector Indu Jakhar to order a probe. The name appeared five times in one polling booth and once in another booth in the same assembly constituency. The duplication, flagged by activists on social media, led the state chief electoral officer to alert the collector. The CEO's office convened a special meeting and sought detailed information on the process undertaken to resolve the issue. "We have sought a report at the earliest," said a senior official of the CEO's office. Jakhar told TOI that the process to delete the duplicate entries was under way. Deputy election officer Tejas Chavan explained the circumstances that led to the duplication. In Nalasopara constituency in the same district, the voter filed form No. 6 online in Jan 2024 to get her name registered. "Believing that the EPIC would be issued immediately after submission of the form, she inadvertently submitted it six times," he said. The district administration issued a statement, saying: "The district election officer and district collector, Palghar, have directed all agencies to carry out strict checks and eliminate duplicate entries in the upcoming voter list revision programme." Activists on social media said the case "comes amid Rahul Gandhi's allegations" and "fuels concerns over integrity of electoral rolls" ahead of local body polls in Maharashtra.
