Alesha took to her Instagram Stories to re-post a clip showing the band, formed in 1999, making their debut on BBC series
The clip saw Londoner Alesha and bandmates
Alesha gushed over the scenes, filmed in 2001, and added the words: "Cried when I just saw this. Top Of The Pops debut."
She then tagged both Su-Elise and Sabrina in her upload, hinting she was on good terms after we exclusively revealed
Sabrina, who was Mis-Teeq's lead singer and wrote many of their hits, instigated legal proceedings against Alesha over royalties going back 15 years as well as legal proceedings against former label Universal.
At the time, Britain's Got Talent judge Alesha is alleged to have 'wrongfully claimed' song-writing royalties for their first two singles Why and All I Want.
The pair also fell out after management blocked
A pal previously said: 'It is war. Sabrina had to play second fiddle for years and Alesha received five per cent royalties for the girls' first two songs whereas Sabrina received nothing - they both should have got 2.5 per cent.
'Sabrina wasn't listed as a writer for the tracks but it was written in her contract that she would get pay parity.
"She feels she is owed thousands."
At the time, a spokesman for Alesha told MailOnline: "Alesha wrote the raps on both Why and All I Want and that is why she gets a split, the rest of the song was written by a production team…Sabrina has no reason to sue Alesha."
BAND HISTORY
Mis-Teeq started life as a four piece in 1999, yet Zena McNally left two years later.
Mis-Teeq formed in 1999 when Alesha met singer Sabrina a few years earlier at their dance school, Dance Attic, in Fulham, London.
At this time, Hammersmith-born singer
However, after a successful audition with another upcoming pop group, Tina would jump ship to became a member of 90s and 00s pop sensations S Club 7.
This fuelled Alesha and Sabrina, who promptly replaced Tina with two new members, Zena and Dulwich songbird Su-Elise Nash who the duo spotted as she auditioned for another group.
The final member added to the group would be Zena, who joined in 1999.
The group signed to Telstar Records the following year and begin working with an array of producers to form their debut album.
Mis-Teeq's debut single, Why?, was released in January 2001 and reached number 8 in the UK Singles chart that year.
The noughties group went on to have six more consecutive top-10 singles and two top-ten albums across US, Europe, Asia and Australia, including their double platinum second album Eye Candy which was released in March 2003.
In spite of this success, the girl power gang disbanded in 2005 while recording their never-released third album.
All three members then turned their focus onto their respective solo careers.

Illegal migrant LIVE STREAMS step by step channel crossing & boasts ‘my dream was to come here' from 4 star asylum hotel

AN ILLEGAL migrant boasted on TikTok of crossing the Channel by dinghy, saying: 'Tell your friends to come.' The man racked up nearly a million views with a step-by-step guide to crossing the Channel on a small boat — and then told others to follow him as he revelled in his taxpayer-funded asylum hotel. 7 A migrant posted a step-by-step guide to crossing the Channel on a small boat Credit: Tiktok 7 Alexandra420, pictured above in a life-jacket, smirks in a video from the dinghy 7 The smug migrant shows TikTok fans his view from the window of his asylum hotel Credit: Tiktok 7 He also took part in a live Q&A with his followers Known as Alexandra420, he said his wish had come true and that this was 'the best place' during a TikTok livestream at his free accommodation near Heathrow. His taunts come as figures reveal 50,271 people have crossed in a small boat since Labour and Sir Keir Starmer took office last year. Last night Reform leader Nigel Farage MP told The Sun: 'This is yet another total humiliation for our country. "The Prime Minister's soft-touch approach and refusal to address the root cause of illegal Channel crossings has turned the UK into a global laughing stock.' READ MORE ON ILLEGAL MIGRANTS SEA CHANGE How Med island once swamped by illegal migrants has seen arrivals shrink to ZERO TikTok influencer Alexandra, who has 70,000 followers, left Calais in a dinghy at around 4am on Saturday. His first video was a 13-second clip from the middle of the Channel, showing a French lifeboat alongside his dinghy, which was full of fellow migrants. The next clip showed him grinning in an orange life jacket and pointing to the sky. A third video, bizarrely set to the theme tune of US TV drama Prison Break, showed the vessel surrounded by massive freight ships, while in a fourth he dipped his designer trainers in the water. He was one of 435 arrivals on Saturday, and was taken in by Border Force officials to be processed at Manston, Kent. He was then bussed to the four-star Crowne Plaza hotel in West Drayton, near Heathrow. The migrant, thought to be from Afghanistan, treats TikTok viewers to a tour of his room, which had two single beds and a double plus an en-suite bathroom. He also shows them the view from his window. Small boat crossings under Labour are on brink of hitting 50,000 - one illegal migrant every 11 mins since the election Triumphing in his good fortune, he said: 'This is dedicated to those haters who were happy thinking we either drowned or ended up dead.' In a later livestream he claimed their boat began to deflate halfway through the crossing and could have capsized if Border Force officials had not rescued them. He said: 'It was dangerous. Our boat sank. It was punctured. The water came from the inside of the boat. "On the other side, three people pumped the water. If the British boats hadn't come in an hour, we would have been in trouble.' Those who want to come, this is the best place TikTok influencer Alexandra He then encouraged others to pay thousands to people-smugglers to make the same perilous journey. He ranted: 'I risked my life, I spent my money, I came. Your country is not your mother. "Those who want to come, this is the best place. Don't be stingy. Your country is not your father, that you are so stingy. Live your life. 'Tell your four friends to come. Why are you so stingy? Being stingy is not good for God. You see, I risked my life! Why don't you come? My wish was to come to this hotel and live. I came here just for this.' 7 Fellow illegal migrants can be seen in the boat in another clip 7 The migrant's room has two single beds, a double and an en-suite Credit: Tiktok He also revealed how he beat warnings of deportation, claiming he had been told by UK officials: 'If I send you to France, you won't have any problem.' But he replied: 'I will commit suicide.' He went on: 'I just said it, and he got angry. I told them, and right there, I swore an oath.' Spinning on his chair with his arms in the air, he then shouted: 'Welcome to London!' It's disgraceful that illegal immigrants are saying it's their dream to be put up in a hotel Chris Philp In total, the migrant posted eight videos before taking part in a live Q&A with his followers in the Afghan dialect Pashto. His viewers appeared to include other asylum seekers in different hotels across the country. One told the host, who flashed his purple room key card, that the Crowne Plaza was 'a nice place'. The videos had a combined 870,000 views before being taken down during a second livestream when The Sun alerted TikTok. 7 The Heathrow Crowne Plaza has been housing migrants for more than four years, and has an 8ft security fence Credit: Dan Charity Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp blasted: 'It is disgraceful that illegal immigrants are saying it is their dream to be put up in a hotel, all paid for by the British taxpayer. 'This is a sick joke. Anyone coming to the UK illegally must be swiftly deported.' Dozens of migrants have made social media posts celebrating their arrival in the UK. The Heathrow Crowne Plaza used to cost guests £120 a night — but has been housing migrants for more than four years, and has an 8ft security fence. Facilities include a luxury swimming pool with steam room and sauna, gym, an Irish bar, two large restaurants and a theatre. More illegal arrivals were brought in on packed buses yesterday alongside vans delivering food. One Afghan man told The Sun: 'I came to Britain a few days ago on a boat from France. This hotel is nice and we get fed and given clothes. Life is nice here so far.' A TikTok spokeswoman said it has a zero-tolerance approach to content promoting people-smuggling. A Home Office spokeswoman said it is unacceptable 'to promote the criminal services of people-traffickers or for social media companies to allow it'. Laws are being brought in to make it easier to prosecute, she added.

Jeremy Clarkson launches new version of UK favourite product only available to customers of his pub

DIDDLY SQUIRT Jeremy Clarkson launches new version of UK favourite product only available to customers of his pub JEREMY Clarkson is to finally offer tomato ketchup to punters at his The Farmer's Dog boozer after a UK firm produced an all-British one. TV star Jezza, 65, will also flog bottles of the condiment at his Diddly Squat farm as it meets his UK-only ingredients condition. 2 Jeremy Clarkson is to finally offer tomato ketchup to punters at his boozer after a UK firm produced an all-British one An Isle of Wight company took on the challenge after the subject arose on Clarkson's Farm. It came after thousands of requests for ketchup at Jezza's pub in Burford, Oxon, saw staff put up a sign urging diners not to bother asking for it. The firm, Condimaniac, uses Isle of Wight tomato passata, apple cider vinegar from Hants, Essex salt and British sugar and onions. Boss Kier Kemp said: 'Making a 100 per cent British ketchup after Jeremy Clarkson alerted us to the fact there wasn't one was very hard. "We had to put on our big boy pants.' The firm made 1,700 bottles for its first order to be sold at the pub's one-stop butcher and bottle shop and at Clarkson's farm in Chipping Norton. The firm's own supplies of the £7.95 red sauce have sold out. A source close to Clarkson's pub said: 'Jeremy and the team support the British food and farming industry. 'So he made no apologies for not selling ketchup, no matter how many times staff had to let customers down. 'But the pub's always said that if a British company could do it with all-British ingredients, it would get on the menu. Clarkson's Farm star Harriet Cowan admits she is 'not making any money from farming' despite show appearance 'Hopefully it'll be a success.'

I quit the UK & left behind two of my kids to live in super-cheap Poland – but I don't regret a thing

Lee said the only thing he misses about the UK is three-pin plugs CHEAP THRILLS I quit the UK & left behind two of my kids to live in super-cheap Poland – but I don't regret a thing A MAN has revealed that he has ditched the UK to live in Poland, leaving two of his kids behind. Dad of four Lee packed up his entire life last month, and relocated to a new home in Warsaw, with his wife and two youngest children. Advertisement 2 Lee has ditched his life in the UK to move to Poland Credit: Tiktok/@thereconnectedlife 2 He left his eldest two children behind Credit: Tiktok/@thereconnectedlife However, his two eldest decided to stay back in Britain, as they wanted to continue going to school in the UK. Lee described the move as an "emotional roller coaster", but claims the only thing he misses about England is three pin plugs. He added that he believes Poland is a "better country, with a lot more prospects, and a beautiful country". Lee has been documenting his move on TikTok, which he hopes will inspire other people to leave the UK too. Advertisement "If you are thinking of quitting the UK, consider Poland", he said in a video posted to his account @thereconnectedlife. "It's a wonderful country with wonderful people, beautiful lakes, beautiful cities and food. It's just amazing!" As well as marvelling at Poland's beauty, Lee has raved about how cheap the eastern European nation is, revealing that he and his son were both able to get their hair cut, for a total of £8. Explaining his reasons for relocating to Poland, Lee said he hopes to "reconnect with life, reconnect as a married couple, reconnect with our kids". Advertisement He added that the UK had "drained" all of the fun and happiness out of his life. Lee is now applying for permanent residency in the country, which he said "shouldn't be a problem", as his wife is Polish. I ditched the UK & bought a house for the same price as a summer holiday He has also been learning Polish, and hopes to fully immerse himself in the country's culture. Currently, Lee does not have a job in his new home, but he plans on buying properties to rent, trading cryptocurrency and starting an online business to make cash. Advertisement Once he has this sorted, he said his "dream life" in Poland will be complete. Lee's video has likely left many intrigued, as it has racked up over 111,000 views on the video sharing platform. How easy is it to move abroad? Brexit means British citizens now have to apply for visas to move to countries within the EU. While some countries residency restrictions are easier than others, here's what you need to do at home before moving: Notify HMRC about your upcoming move. Let your local authority know and provide a forwarding address. Contact your mortgage and utility providers and bank before leaving. If you have paid enough UK national insurance contributions, you can qualify for a state pension abroad - contact the International Pension Centre. You can sign up to the Royal Mail's redirection service. If you have outstanding student loans, contact the Student Loans Centre. If you have children, give due notice to childcares and schools. TikTok users raced to the video's comments section to share their thoughts on his big move. One person said: "We have been living here 4 years now, good luck with the move!" Advertisement A second person said: "I'm planning to move there myself! I've been going there for 17 years." A third person said: "I would love to move to Poland. "I Went last year and it's so beautiful."
