New Tata Harrier & Safari Adventure X range launched, prices start at

Tata Motors has revised the Harrier and Safari variant lineups and introduced the new Adventure X range, bringing a new feature-rich mid-tier variant to both SUVs. The new Tata Harrier Adventure X is priced at ₹18.99 lakh, while the Harrier Adventure X Plus is priced at ₹19.34 lakh. On the other hand, the Tata Safari Adventure X Plus is priced at ₹19.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The prices are valid till October 31, 2025.

Tesla launches first Supercharger in India. Check how much a full charge will cost
Just weeks after announcing its foray into the market, Tesla has inaugurated its first Supercharger in India. The first Tesla V4 Superchargers are located at One BKC, in Mumbai, and are the first of the eight new Superchargers the brand plans to set up across the country. Tesla's first charging station has a peak charging speed of 250 kW, while there are Destination Chargers (AC charger) available as well.

Toyota Innova completes 20 years in India with over 12 lakh units sold across generations
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has completed 20 years of the Innova brand in India, commemorating the occasion with a combined sales milestone of over 12 lakh units from its three generations — the Innova, Innova Crysta, and Innova HyCross. Launched originally in 2005, the model has been present steadily in the multipurpose vehicle (MPV) space.

Oben Rorr EZ Sigma launched at
₹ 1.27 lakh with up to 175 km range
The next-gen Oben Rorr EZ, which has been named Rorr EZ Sigma, has been launched at an introductory price of ₹1.27 lakh for the 3.4 kWh variant. A more powerful 4.4 kWh variant is also available at ₹1.37 lakh. All the prices are ex-showroom. These are introductory prices, valid for a limited time. Bookings are now open for ₹2,999, and test rides are live across Oben dealerships, with deliveries beginning August 15, 2025.

2025 Tata Harrier: New variant-wise features with price explained
Tata Motors recently introduced the new Adventure X variants of the Harrier SUV. Along with this launch, the company has also streamlined the Harrier's lineup, trimming it down from 11 variants to just 6. Bookings for the Adventure X trims are now open both online and at authorised dealerships, with deliveries set to commence shortly. The six new variants of the Harrier include - Smart, Pure X, Adventure X, Adventure X Plus, Fearless X and Fearless X Plus priced between Rs 14.99 lakh to Rs 24.44 lakh (ex-showroom). The Harrier continues to be powered by a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder, multijet turbo diesel pushing out 170 PS of power and 350 Nm of torque. Gearbox options include a 6-speed torque converter automatic or a 6-speed manual. It also gets three drive modes and terrain modes such as Eco, City, Sport - Normal, Wet and Rough. In this article, let's take a look at variant-wise features with price. Tata Harrier Smart Rs 14.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Smart is the entry-level variant of the Tata Harrier and gets features such as with LED projector headlights, LED turn indicators, LED DRLs, and LED taillights, 17-inch alloy wheels, features fabric upholstery, a 7-inch digital driver's display, automatic climate control with rear AC vents, and a tilt-and-telescopic adjustable steering wheel, six airbags, rear parking sensors, a day/night IRVM, traction control, hill-start assist, and ISOFIX child seat anchorages. Tesla leases space in New Delhi's Aerocity for 3rd showroom in India
The Indian arm of the US electric carmaker Tesla has leased retail space in New Delhi's Aerocity for its third showroom in India. The space has a monthly rent of Rs 17.22 lakh, with a 15 per cent escalation every three years. Tesla India Motor & Energy has signed a nine-year lease for the space, according to property registration information shared by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics company. The retail unit on the ground floor of Worldmark 3 in Aerocity spreads 8,200 square feet, translating to a starting monthly rent of Rs 210 per sq ft. Tesla has deposited Rs 1.03 crore as security deposit, which has a three-year lock-in period. The transaction was registered with administrative authorities on July 30 this year, but the lease started on March 15 and rent from July 13. Along with the retail space, Tesla will get 10 parking slots for Rs 6,000 each per month. It will pay common area maintenance charges of Rs 33.5 per sq ft per month. Earlier this week, Tesla leased a retail space in Gurgaon for nine years to run its second showroom in India at a monthly rent of Rs 40.17 lakh. This space will function as a service centre, delivery centre, and retail store. The rent at this location will increase by 4.75 per cent annually. The Gurgaon showroom is located on the ground floor of Orchid Business Park on Sohna Road and covers 33,475 sq ft, implying a monthly rent of Rs 120 per sq ft. In March, Tesla leased showroom space in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) — India's most expensive commercial district —for a starting monthly rent of Rs 35.26 lakh (Rs 888 per sq ft). This lease is for a period of five years. The company launched its Mumbai showroom on July 15, coinciding with the introduction of the Rs 60-lakh Model Y car in India. In June 2025, Tesla leased a 24,565-sq ft warehousing facility in Kurla West, Mumbai, for use as a vehicle service centre and garage (excluding bodywork and spray painting activities). The five-year lease carries a starting monthly rent of Rs 37.53 lakh, or Rs 153 per sq ft. Tesla's registered office is located at Tablespace in Panchshil Business Park, Pune. Tesla India takes on lease 8,200 sq. ft. commercial space in Delhi's Aerocity
Electric vehicle giant Tesla, which is expanding its presence in India, has rented 8,200 sq. ft. of commercial space in Delhi's Aerocity for a starting rent of ₹17.22 lakh per month, according to CRE Matrix. Real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, which has reviewed the registration document of leasing transactions, said that Tesla India Motor's & Energy Pvt. Ltd. has taken on lease 8,200 sq ft area at Worldmark 3 project in Aerocity from Oak Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. The space has been taken for a 9-year lease, with a starting rent of ₹17.22 lakh. The starting rent is ₹210 per sq ft. The rentals will increase by 15% every 36 months. The lease registration happened on July 30, 2025. Elon Musk-led Tesla made its India retail debut last month with a store in the Bandra Kurla Complex business district in suburban Mumbai. The company is selling the China-made 'Model Y' with a price tag of nearly ₹60 lakh after accounting for the high import duties. Recently, Tesla leased a 33,000 sq. ft. area in a commercial building at Gurugram, Haryana, which can be used as a service centre and sales outlet, according to CRE Matrix. The company registered a 9-year lease for the unit in Gurugram's Orchid Business Park. Tesla will be paying a starting rent of ₹40 lakh for the Gurugram property. There is a clause in the agreement under which the rent will escalate by 4.75% per annum. The chargeable area is 33,475 sq ft, while the super-built-up area of the property is 50,914 sq ft, CRE Matrix had said, adding that there is a 3-year lock-in. The property has been leased from Garwal Property, and the lease was registered on July 28.
