Middleton's Self-Portrait look consisted of a belted white boucle blazer and a matching white skirt with a lace trim. She paired the look with nude, closed-toe heels and a Sean Barrett hat that sat at an angle on her head. The future queen is never shy about rewearing her outfits and previously stepped out in this particular look back in May at the VE Day concert at Horse Guards Parade.
But it's about time we get to the Duchess of Cambridge's hair!
Middleton's signature long hair was styled in loose mermaid waves that fell gracefully down her back. Her front sections were pulled back from her face and pinned up under her hair to let her statement pearl earrings have their moment.
Since the moment Middleton and Prince William debuted their relationship, the Princess has played it safe and kept her hair the same, but she did debut lighter brown locks earlier this year, introducing some warm honey highlights into her otherwise dark hair.
At the June 16 event, Middleton joined Prince William, King Charles, and Queen Camilla to celebrate the Order of the Garter, the oldest and most senior Order of Chivalry in Britain. This is the first time she has attended the event since 2023 after undergoing cancer treatment last year.
The event holds particular significance for Middleton and her husband as it was there, in 2008, that Middleton made her public debut alongside the future king, three years before they got married.

Kate Middleton Rewears One of Her Favorite Dresses for the Order of the Garter

It's been a busy week for Kate Middleton. Over the weekend, the Princess of Wales joined the rest of the British royals for the Trooping the Colour, where she wore a jubilant aquamarine Catherine Walker coatdress (and coordinated with her daughter, Princess Charlotte). Today, Middleton was out and about once again for the Order of the Garter service at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle. To celebrate Britain's oldest order, the Princess opted for a white dress that she wore last month. Kate Middleton with Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh at the 2025 Order of the Garter service. The Princess gave the look a royal touch with a five-strand pearl necklace from Susan Kaplan, chunky earrings, nude pumps, and a crisp white hatinator that matched her dress.

See All the Best Photos of the Royal Family on Garter Day 2025

It's a busy month for the royal family. After celebrating Trooping the Colour this weekend, the royals all stepped out for Garter Day in Windsor today. Each year in June, the members of the Order of the Garter gather in Windsor to celebrate membership of the crown's most noble order in existence since 1348. As the royal family notes, it is 'one of the most traditional ceremonies in the royal calendar' at which, 'the King and the Knights process in grand velvet robes, glistening insignia, and plumed hats.' Most members of the royal family usually attend, and many senior working members of the royal family are Knights and Ladies of the Order—including Birgitte, Duchess of Gloucester, who was inducted last year. The Order of the Garter also includes a few foreign heads of state, also known as "Stranger Knights and Ladies of the Garter." Recent inductees include King Felipe VI of Spain, appointed in 2017, and King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands, appointed in 2018. Kate Middleton, who is not a member of the Order, missed last year's ceremony but was present this year, arriving with Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, who is also not a member. Both of their husbands, Prince William and Prince Edward, respectively, are members of the Order. Here, see all the best photos of the royals who were in attendance, including King Charles, Queen Camilla, Princess Anne, and Prince William, among other members of the British royal family: The Band of the Household Cavalry plays ahead of the Order of the Garter service at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle.
