Atalanta Talisman Publicly Demands Transfer & Wants Inter Milan: ‘I've Given Everything, Atalanta Are Not Keeping Their Promise & Blocking A Sale'
The 27-year-old took to Instagram with a blunt message to his current employers. He argued that they are subjecting him to 'poor treatment as a human being and a footballer.'
Inter Milan have been trying to sign Ademola Lookman from Atalanta since mid-July.
The Nerazzurri have long had an agreement on personal terms with the Nigerian international.

With that agreement in hand, Inter reportedly approached Atalanta with an opening bid of €40 million. La Dea rejected this.
Then, this past week, Inter raised their offer to €45 million including add-ons. And once again, Atalanta rejected this bid.
Lookman himself feels that Atalanta have already promised to sell him this summer. This after they had kept hold of him twelve months, despite Paris Saint-Germain's efforts to sign him.
Now, Lookman has made his feelings abundantly clear.
Ademola Lookman Demands To Leave Atalanta: 'I've Given Everything, They're Not Keeping Their Promise'

Lookman writes: 'Over the past three years at Atalanta, I've given absolutely everything.'
'Not just as a footballer, but as a person. I've always worn the shirt with pride and tried to represent this club and the city of Bergamo with heart, passion and dedication.'
'I came here with the hope of helping this special club grow and together, we've created memories that will stay with me forever.'
'Winning the Europa League and standing shoulder to shoulder with my teammates that night in Dublin celebrating with our fans was one of the proudest moments of my career so far.'
'It still gives me goosebumps thinking about it.'
'Atalanta, and especially its supporters, have become a part of me.'
'This place has felt like home from the moment I arrived and I've always tried to repay that love – even in moments where things haven't been easy behind the scenes.'
'That's what makes writing this so hard. I have loved every moment but feel that now, after three wonderful years in Bergamo, it is the right time to move on and experience a new adventure.'
'There have been numerous clubs approach Atalanta in the past and I have previously always stayed loyal.'
'However, myself and the ownership of the club have been in agreement that now is the right time and the club were clear with me that if a fair offer came in they would allow me to move.'
'Despite now receiving an offer in alignment to what I believe had been discussed sadly the club are blocking the opportunity for reasons I do not understand.'
'As a result and after many months of broken promises and what I feel has been poor treatment towards me as both a human being and as a professional footballer, sadly I feel I have no choice but to speak out for what I believe is right and I feel that enough is enough.'

Lookman's statement continues: 'I can confirm I have now handed in a formal transfer request.'
'Even throughout the extremely difficult moments I've endured, many of which have remained private and confidential, I have always tried to put the club, the fans and the team first and hoped it would not get to this, but I unfortunately feel there is now little choice.'
'To the fans – the heartbeat of this club – I want to say this: I'm truly sorry it's come to this.'
'I hope you can understand this incredibly difficult situation.'
'It's simply about standing up for what I believe is fair and right. The support you have always given me has been incredible and the bond we have created together is special.'
'I hope to work together with the club to find an amicable solution for all parties as soon as possible.'
'With love and gratitude, Ademola.'

How to watch Paris Saint-Germain vs Tottenham: TV channel and live stream for UEFA Super Cup today
Tottenham are in with a chance to win another European title this evening as they face Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Super Cup. It is a tricky start to life for new head coach Thomas Frank, who is made to face the champions of Europe in his first competitive fixture as Spurs boss. He will have his work cut out for him as he faces one of the game's top tacticians in Luis Enrique, who led PSG through a dominant Champions League campaign last season, culminating in a 5-0 final win over Inter Milan. They could be low on confidence, though, after being beaten by Chelsea in the Club World Cup final back in July, their most recent fixture. So too could Tottenham, who shipped four to Bayern Munich in their final summer friendly outing. PSG will be without two key players in Joao Neves and Gianluigi Donnarumma for the tie. The former is suspended after being sent off last time out, while Donnarumma is set to leave the club this summer after Lucas Chevalier was brought in as a new first-choice keeper. Spurs will hope Dominic Solanke is fit to return to play after he picked up a knock in a pre-season friendly earlier this summer. How to watch Paris Saint-Germain vs Tottenham TV channel: In the UK, the game will be televised live on TNT Sports 1, with coverage starting from 7pm BST ahead of an 8pm kick-off. Live stream: TNT Sports subscribers can also catch the contest live online via the Discovery+ app and website. Live blog: You can follow all the action on matchday via Standard Sport's live blog, with expert analysis from Matt Verri at the Bluenergy Stadium.

Liverpool FC News: Arne Slot confirms more transfers are COMING
Liverpool are still very much a team in transition, despite their success from last season. The reigning Premier League winners achieved their crown with a number of cracks having been papered over and extensive work was required in the transfer market to fill in some of the gaps. 🔴 Shop the LFC 2025/26 adidas home range 🚨2025/26 LFC x adidas range🚨 LFC x adidas Shop the home range today! One of which was Luis Diaz at left-wing whose future was on thin ice and Darwin Nunez had to be replaced after three years of disappointing goal returns. They were straightforward outgoings. Furthermore, Andy Robertson's time as starting left-back was over and Trent Alexander-Arnold's intention to leave on a free meant that a more dynamic replacement for him could be considered. And then we've got the heartbreaking loss of Diogo Jota's passing, which has shaken the club to its core over the last six weeks. Four starting players needed to be replaced this summer and even despite a £300m spend this window, we're inclined to believe that more players are still to arrive. Arne Slot hints at further recruitment Sunday afternoon was the Community Shield which the Reds sadly lost on penalties to Crystal Palace, after a 2-2 draw in full-time, and the fans have reacted in a few different way to the defeat. Attacking wise, the players looked incredibly dangerous and while the stats don't necessarily reflect that, the fans were off their seat countless times. The potential we have there is scary to be honest. Meanwhile, the defence was shaky and Palace took full advantage of any mistakes, securing a penalty equaliser after Virgil Van Dijk had a brain-fade in the box. With just two senior centre-backs currently fit, we already knew there was a problem, but it was further reiterated throughout the game. The penalties were dire and mistakes were made by both sides, but the Reds simply couldn't put enough of them away, with three of the five misses coming from our side. The win wasn't to be today.
