The dad-of-four, from Pontypridd, South Wales, was enjoying a lads holiday before his body was discovered at the base of a 500ft drop.
Spanish authorities ruled the 30-year-old's death was accidental, or even a possible suicide.
But his family have hit out and claim to believe there was foul play involved.
His brother and sister found chilling CCTV that forced cops to launch a murder investigation.
Footage shows Nathan alone at 4.08am walking along the beach promenade near his hotel.
They say he was "looking fine" just hours before the tragedy.
The CCTV was suffice to see a judge rule there should be a murder probe into the Brit's death.
Nathan's brother Lee Evans, 39, said: "We met the Spanish authorities to discuss the case because we were not happy with the police report and believed there were discrepancies and a lack of investigation."
Sister Alannah Hughes also showed police the timeline of Nathan's final movements.
The siblings were able to piece the night together using various CCTV, phone records and testimonies from friends.
The last known sighting was at 4.08am on the seafront.
Nathan's family argue it would have been impossible for their brother to reach the cliff top by foot.
They allege he was taken there by a third party.
"To walk up that hill would be at least 90 minutes and it is a rural area," added Lee.
And, the morning after Nathan died, there were two attempted transactions on his card.
"That was at a place nine minutes drive away from the place he was found at the bottom of a 500ft cliff," said Lee.
"We believe someone has disposed of his body there.
"There's a person or persons who are out there who are responsible for taking him up there and for his death."
The family called Nathan's death "completely out of the blue" and explained he was not "your typical Brit abroad".
They described him a "very respectable" and "wise", denying he would have gotten himself into any trouble.
Lee and Alannah also argued while putting forward their case that Nathan's injuries could have been sustained in an attack before he plunged from the cliff.
They highlighted how his phone had been destroyed and his wallet was missing.
Lee added: "My way of grieving is to keep pursuing what has really happened because I know my brother would do the same for me and I'm doing it for every other family out there.
"We want to say to his kids that we have tried everything out there to get answers."
The family have been supported by Labour MP for Pontypridd Alex Davies-Jones.
The MP took their case to the House of Commons as well as a private investigator to help them as they deal with this "blind".
"We want to be able to help other families," he said.

Brit woman, 59, arrested after groping girl, 14, on Costa del Sol beach in ‘repugnant & intolerable' sexual assault
A BRIT woman has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in a popular holiday spot. The shocking incident is alleged to have taken place earlier this month, but only came to light today. 2 2 The 59-year-old Brit is said to have approached the teenager on a Costa del Sol beach. She allegedly spoke to her in English to "gain her trust" before groping her. The youngster, who is an Italian national, rushed to a nearby shop to seek help where a relative was working. They subsequently called the police to report the incident. Cops held the Brit, who allegedly has a history of sexual offences, in the same area. The shocking incident happened at La Cala de Mijas near Fuengirola earlier in the month. While the arrest was made by local police, Civil Guard officers are the ones who took her to court. It is unclear today whether the Brit was a holidaymaker or an expat in Spain. In addition, it's also unknown if she has been remanded in custody pending an ongoing investigation or released on bail. Local councillor Juan Carlos Cuevas described her alleged behaviour as "repugnant and intolerable". First tourists visit North Korea's ghostly 'Benidorm' resort where 'minders' follow visitors & phones are 'bugged' He added that, even though she has not yet been charged with any crime, it "deserves the strongest condemnation". The councillor further said the co-operation of locals and the rapid intervention of local police helped secure the arrest. "This case shows that when we work together, we manage to halt very serious situations," he said. Earlier this month, a Brit assassin who Spanish police say was on the run was arrested in Costa del Sol. Pistols, ammunition and a silencer were found in his smashed-up Nissan Qashqai. The suspected hitman had a run-in with two women at a petrol station - after which he crashed his car. He reportedly began harassing two Dutch women after trying to get them to buy him cocaine. The suspect tried to flee as cops arrived at the scene. Sources told local paper Diario Sur that he ran out of the car "with visible injuries" before quickly being caught by police.

Jean Pormanove was a successful influencer and content creator from France. He began his streaming career in March, 2020, playing video games that were popular at the time such as GTA V, FIFA and Fortnite. This popularity arose thanks to his entertaining personality and interactive tone with his audience. He would often have explosive rage moments live on stream which would frequently blow up online, growing the popularity of his channel. Upon switching Twitch for Kick in 2023, Jean became the most popular French streamer on the platform and the fourth highest viewed on the site as a whole. 4 4 How did Jean Pormanove die? Jean was in the process of a challenge allegedly involving "ten days and nights of torture", which he was livestreaming to his audience. Among this "torture", the challenge is said to have consisted of "extreme" physical violence, "sleep deprivation", and "the ingestion of toxic products", according to BFMTV. Moment brazen shoplifters stuff £100 of kids' clothes into rucksack from independent children's boutique
This is the moment 'brazen' shoplifters selected several items of children's clothing before stuffing them into a rucksack and leaving without paying. More than £100 worth of items were stolen from the independent children's boutique while one of the stores owners watched the thieves live on CCTV. Spoilt For Choice on Sheerness High Street in Kent opened last year with the aim of providing a space for independent companies to sell their products. As well as clothes, the shop stocks jeweller, mugs, artwork and up-cycled furniture from more than 20 businesses. The shoplifters came into the store on Tuesday, August 5. CCTV footage shows the pair searching through the rails and picking out various items. They consult with each other, before stuffing the items into their rucksacks. They can be overheard talking about the clothes while children walk around the store, with one even bringing an item to show one of the shoplifters. For around three minutes they browse the clothes, carefully choosing pieces to steal. Co-owner Paula Desai said the two women were 'blatant' in their thefts. She told KentOnline: 'They were literally picking the sizes of the dresses that they wanted. They were very specific about it. 'It wasn't just them coming in and taking a handful of stuff. They chose exactly what ages they wanted. 'One turned around while the other one unzipped her bag and stuffed it in. They took well over £100 – god knows what it would have been retail price.' Paula said the owners were 'frustrated that people think they can just walk in and help themselves'. She added: 'Business isn't easy on the high street as it is. Lots of people still don't know we are here after all this time even though we have advertised. 'Just keeping afloat with rent is hard. We really don't need theft on top of that. This is just another setback.' The pair made off with around six dresses and three boys' outfits for newborns. Paula co-owns the shop with Rita McDonald and Robyn Gibbs. Rita owns the children's clothing company Lavish Patch, the stock which was stolen from the shop. Paula says she received a call at around 2pm on August 5 from co-owner Rita McDonald who was on holiday in Turkey and happened to see the CCTV of the alleged theft live on her phone. Rita claimed that she had seen one woman put something up her top, and that the pair of them had shoved several items into a backpack. However when Paula confronted the duo, she says that they denied any theft and showed her an empty backpack. It wasn't until after the thieving friends had been let go that the business realised they had a second backpack, which was where the baby outfits had been stuffed. Paula added: 'When we looked back at all of the footage they had taken around eight outfits and had literally been stuffing it into the rucksack looking at the cameras. The shop was really busy at the time. 'I was shocked. It is most frustrating for Rita. I felt really bad because I felt responsible for not stopping them and not getting her stuff back. 'That is money out of her pocket. So whatever profit she made that week she can kiss goodbye because these people thought to help themselves to it.' Paula said there had been shoplifting incidents in the past but the items have always been returned after the culprits were named and shamed online. However, the owners say they have heard that these thieves are just passing through - so they believe it is unlikely that the ladies will return. Paula said: 'We reported it to the police, but I don't think any of us expect anything to happen. 'I think these people were just passing through and are not from the area, so I am not really expecting anything to happen.' On the Lavish Patch Facebook page, Rita wrote: 'Sometimes I wonder why I bother. 'Having a small business is tough but I love it until people feel they can help themselves, not to one outfit but a whole backpack full. 'Clearly seeing the cameras didn't bother them. I need your help, Can I please ask all in the area, that follow me, please share the posts from Spoilt for Choice and let's name these women as I will be passing this onto the police.' A Kent Police spokesperson said: 'On 6 August 2025, Kent Police received an online crime report about a previous incident of shoplifting in Sheerness. 'It is alleged that at around 1.40pm on 5 August two women stole several items of children's clothing from a shop in the High Street. 'It is reported the stolen items were concealed in a rucksack.
