The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of workplace solutions provider IndiQube Spaces Limited will open on Wednesday July 23, Wednesday and close on July 25, Friday, company's Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) showed. The public issue comprises a fresh issue of Rs 650 crores and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of Rs 50 crores.The window for anchor investors to bid for the shares will open on Tuesday, July 22.Promoters Rishi Das and Meghna Agarwal will offload shares worth Rs 25 crores each, the RHP said.The company has proposed to utilise the fresh issue towards funding capex towards new centers to Rs 462.6 crores. It will use Rs 93 crores towards the repayment of debt while the remaining proceeds on general corporate purposes.About IndiQubeIndiQube is a workplace technology stack MiQube that provides one-touch access to a variety of services, including booking meeting rooms, ordering meals among others and has surpassed 1 million in transaction volume in FY25.IndiQube served 769 clients as of March 31, 2025 out of which 44% clients are Global Capability Centers. The company follows an enterprise-first strategy owing to which 63% of its occupied area comes from clients who have leased 300+ seats. Further, 44% of its revenue is generated from multi center clients. Its diverse client mix includes Enphase, Myntra, Zerodha, NoBroker, upGrad, Siemens , Juspay, Perfios, Moglix, Ninjacart, Narayana Health and Allegis to name a few.As of March 31, 2025, the company manages a portfolio of 8.40 million square foot across 115 properties in 15 cities with a total seating capacity of 186,719, growing from 74 centers and 4.94 million square foot. in March 2023. Its AUM has grown at a CAGR of 30% over the last 2 years. According to CBRE, Bengaluru is the largest flex market in India. IndiQube, with a portfolio of 65 centers spanning 5.43 million square foot, is amongst the leading operators in Bengaluru.The company reported a total income of Rs 1,103 crores in fiscal 2025, recording a CAGR of 35% from Fiscal 2023. The company's FY25 EBITDA stood at Rs 660 crores with an RoCE of 34.21%, cash EBIT margins of 10.81% with an occupancy rate of 86.50% in steady state centers. The company's revenue from Value Added Services has increased from Rs 68 crores in fiscal 2023 to Rs 135 crores in fiscal 2025 growing at a CAGR of 40.69%. Nearly 13% of its revenue originated from VAS in FY25.As per IGAAP accounting standards, the company has been PAT positive and has paid income tax to the tune of Rs 7.7 crores and Rs 8.4 crores in FY24 and FY25 respectively. The company has also received a CRISIL A+/Stable rating with consistent upgrades over the last 3 cycles.WestBridge Capital has been a key investor in the firm since 2018. In two funding rounds during 2018 & 2022, the company has raised a total equity of Rs 324 crores led by WestBridge Capital with Rs 190 crores followed by promoter investment of Rs 131 crores and the remaining from angel investor Ashish Gupta.Flexible workspaces are becoming an integral part of the commercial office market. New bar policy gets AP cabinet nod, allotment through draw of lots
Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh cabinet on Wednesday approved the new bar policy for three years (2025-28). The govt has fixed the licence fee by dividing the bars into three categories based on the population of the area. Like in retail liquor outlets, the govt has reserved 10% of bar licences for toddy tapers at 50% of the licence fee. The allotment of licence would be done through draw of lots. Anyone can apply for a bar licence by paying the application fee. A minimum of four applications is required for conducting the lottery for a particular area. Announcing the decision, I&PR minister Kolusu Pardasarathi said the new policy was finalised after studying bar policies in neighbouring states. Pardasarathi observed that more than 50% of bars are struggling to stay afloat in the existing policy, which prompted the govt to introduce the new policy. "The 840 existing licences will be renewed according to the new policy. Business hours for the bars have been fixed from 10 am to 11 pm. The existing bar policy will expire on Aug 31, and the new policy will come into effect from Sep 1. The application process and allotment of licences will be completed before Aug 31," he said. The minister further noted that during the YSRCP regime, there was huge difference between the bid prices, leading to cartelisation. "Allotment of licences will be done through a transparent process as the licence fee is fixed for the bars in all three categories," he added. While the licence fee for bars in cities up to 50,000 population has been fixed at Rs 35 lakh per annum, Rs 50 lakh will be charged for bars in cities with population between 50,000 and 5 lakh. The annual licence fee for bars located in cities with more than 5 lakh population has been fixed at Rs 75 lakh. The fee to apply for the bar licence will be Rs 5 lakh. Unlike in the existing system, licence fee can be paid in six equal instalments and submission of bank guarantee equivalent to one instalment. The liquor off take price for bars is fixed on par with retail shops. The cabinet also approved the proposal of granting licences to permit rooms in retail outlets. The licence fee for the permit room has been fixed at Rs 5 lakh per annum. The decision was taken after 2.71 lakh cases of drinking in public places was reported in last one year. This is to ensure that no public inconvenience is caused and also to encourage responsible drinking," Pardasarathi said.

Govt engages Tata Tech to upgrade state polytechnics
Lucknow: The UP govt in collaboration with Tata Technology Limited (TTL) would set up Tata Technology Excellence Centres in 121 govt polytechnics across the state to help these technical educational institutes meet industry requirements. In a govt order (GO), additional chief secretary, technical education, Narendra Bhooshan said the decision was taken to bridge the industry-academia gap prevalent in the diploma sector of technical education. "In polytechnics, some topics have become irrelevant or are not in accordance with industry requirements. These centres will upgrade them and bridged the industry-academia gap," Bhooshan said. For this, Rs 57.3 crore will be spent on installation of machines and equipment in each of the 121 polytechnics. Of the total Rs 6935.8 crore, 87%, that is, Rs 6034.2 crore, will be borne by TTL, and the remaining 13% (Rs 1063.9 crore) by the govt. Also, the state govt will spend an additional Rs 858 crore – Rs 709.2 lakh per institution – towards civil infrastructure and other basic facilities. In the first phase, 45 polytechnic institutions will be upgraded. As per the GO, TTL will involve global partner companies and institutions in upgrading the polytechnics. TTL will also prepare the project document related to the execution of the upgradation work and determine short, medium, and long-term strategies in it. In addition, they will prepare a baseline study report related to the status of the polytechnic institutions before the implementation of the project. TTL will also make available two trainers for the first two years and one trainer for the third year in each selected institute from its own sources. Besides, it will ensure the availability of training material, an online platform for training, and experts from industries as per demand in all 121 institutes and organise dialogue programmes at regular intervals.
