TMZ Staff obtained records of the petition filed by Aiono. On June 16, she wanted to determine the parental relationship against Nacua in Los Angeles County. The documents stated that she was 19 weeks pregnant and that she sought to affirm that it was Nacua's child. She asked the court to grant them joint legal custody.
However, Aiono requested the court to grant her full physical custody and only visitation rights to Nacua. She also requested Nacua to cover reasonable expenses related to her pregnancy, the birth of her baby, and attorneys' fees. When the TMZ Staff reached out to Nacua's agents, they said, 'We don't have a comment on the situation.'
