Strictly's Tasha Ghouri breaks silence on new romance as she addresses dating rumours
Tasha Ghouri has finally broken her silence on dating speculation following her separation from Andrew Le Page.
The pair first met in the Love Island villa in 2022 and made it all the way to the final, where they finished in fourth place.
Their relationship continued to flourish after the reality series, as they soon moved in together and welcomed a pet dog into their lives.
However, following Tasha's impressive journey to the Strictly final alongside Aljaž Škorjanec last December, news emerged that her romance with Andrew Le Page had come to an end earlier this year.
Since then, there has been intense speculation as to exactly why the pair split, while supporters of the Strictly star have been curious about potential new romantic developments.

During a candid conversation with Rylan Clark on his How To Be In Love podcast, Tasha has now addressed the rumours, confirming she is currently in the "early dating stages."
Whilst keeping her new romantic interest's identity under wraps, she revealed how their connection began, explaining to the former X Factor star that she first noticed him on TikTok: "I just DMed (direct messaged) him on Instagram. I was like, 'Hi.'"

Elaborating on her motivation for making contact, she reflected: "I think at the time, I was like, life's too short."
Earlier in the podcast, she recounted her initial attraction to the mystery man, noting: "I just remember thinking he's got a really cool job. Like, you know, he looks very—yeah. (There's) something just about him."
In a separate chat with Heat magazine earlier this month, Tasha shared her aspirations for the future, stating: "I do want to get married and have kids — that's still my goal."

Beyond her romantic pursuits, Tasha has enjoyed significant professional triumphs lately, notably becoming the second deaf contestant to grace Strictly Come Dancing, following Rose Ayling-Ellis's groundbreaking appearance in 2021.
Competing against other celebrities such as Pete Wicks, JB Gill, and Sarah Hadland, Tasha danced her way to the final of the show, ultimately finishing as runner-up to comedian Chris McCausland and his dance partner Dianne Buswell.

Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz renew wedding vows amid family feud
Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz have renewed their wedding vows in a 'moment to celebrate their love'. The couple, who originally tied the knot back in 2022, have been at the centre of a family feud with Brooklyn's parents, David and Victoria, as well as his brothers, Cruz and Romeo. Despite the drama, Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, have proved their relationship is going strong after reaffirming their vows to each other this weekend. Confirming the news, a source told Metro: 'This is a moment to celebrate their love and commitment, and to create a meaningful memory together.' Brooklyn's family haven't addressed the latest milestone in his life, with tensions growing between both sides after he was noticeably absent from David's star-studded 50th birthday earlier this year. In June 2020, the amateur chef proposed to model Nicola after roughly eight months together and moved quickly to celebrate with both families amid pandemic complications. The pair married on April 9 2022 in a lavish ceremony at Nicola's family estate in Palm Beach, Florida, attended by celebrity friends and both sides of the family. Brooklyn notably adopted Peltz into his name to show commitment, later becoming publicly recognised as Peltz Beckham. They've frequently spoken about being' best friends' and having an ability to 'ignore the noise' from public scrutiny surrounding their marriage. Speaking to Glamour Germany, Brooklyn was asked how he protects his relationship in 'such a public spotlight', to which he shared: 'Ignore the noise. Keep your head down, work hard, be kind. 'People are always going to talk. What matters is that we're happy together.' Nicola added: 'It's not always easy. On TikTok there are always random stories popping up about us. 'When I see fake news, my instinct is to shut it down. But it's not worth it. I just scroll past and move on.' Rumours of a rift in the family began when Brooklyn and Nicola married, with reports of tension between her and Victoria, 51. This, however, was played down when both were spotted at public events in a united front. More Trending It was revealed earlier this month that Brooklyn no longer followed his brothers Cruz and Romeo on social media, with the latter two having also unfollowed Brooklyn's wife Nicola Peltz Beckham. Brooklyn claimed that he was just 'as confused as everyone else' after discovering he no longer followed his brothers, according to sources. 'Brooklyn had no idea until he read about it online. It's possible Romeo and Cruz blocked them, which would make it appear as him no longer following the brothers,' the insider told The Sun. 'He and Nicola certainly didn't unfollow them or block them – they're as confused as anyone else. The first they heard about it was when it was being reported on,' they added. Got a story? BBC Strictly Come Dancing in 'cocaine scandal' as probe launched into drug claims on set
The BBC is said to have launched an investigation into cocaine allegations made against two stars Strictly stars The BBC has reportedly engaged a leading law firm to probe allegations of cocaine use by two stars of Strictly Come Dancing, amid claims that their substance misuse was widely known on the show. It's been reported tonight that former contestants, professional dancers, and crew members are being asked to share any concerns they may have with solicitors at Pinsent Masons. The popular BBC series, which has been hit by numerous scandals in recent years, is now mired in controversy following drug use allegations submitted to the BBC in March by Russells Solicitors on behalf of a celebrity contestant. It's understood that more individuals have also made allegations of drug use on Strictly Come Dancing to the BBC, reports the Mirror. In a statement given to the Mirror, a spokesperson for the BBC said: "We have clear protocols and policies in place for dealing with any serious complaint raised with us. We would always encourage people to speak to us if they have concerns. It would not be appropriate for us to comment further." The Sun reports that one of the allegations involves a Strictly star who allegedly remarked on another person's dilated pupils, suggesting drug intoxication, by saying: "Have you seen their pupils . . . they're off their face". Moreover, The Sun has reported that a celebrity has claimed it's well-known within the show's circle that two stars were using cocaine, a topic reportedly widespread among the cast. An insider stated: "These claims are extremely serious and should be taken as such. Given only last year that the BBC's Director-General promised to clean up Strictly, it seems particularly shocking. "The idea of the show's stars discussing drug-taking is deeply disturbing. The BBC have known about these allegations for some time, and acknowledged receiving them." It's been reported that the state-funded broadcaster is "taking firm action". The development comes just weeks before the BBC officially unveils this year's Strictly Come Dancing cast. Every year, anticipation builds as fans eagerly await the line-up reveal and 2025 is shaping up to be no different. The rumour mill is in full swing, with speculation swirling around a wide range of potential contestants, including stars from reality television, soaps and even former athletes. Excitement is mounting, and while no appearances have been confirmed, the buzz surrounding their possible involvement has fans talking. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! Another stated: "I've heard some rumours of the latest strictly come dancing line up (No but seriously someone make it happen.)" A third revealed: "I can't wait for Strictly this year, I really hope the rumoured line-up is true."

BBC Breakfast's Nina Warhurst returns to show after family death as fans rush to support
BBC Breakfast star Nina Warhurst has made her return to the show after a heartbreaking family death BBC Breakfast presenter Nina Warhurst has returned to the programme after her father's passing. The popular morning show was back on air on Sunday (August 3) with Ben Thompson and Nina presenting together once again. It's been a tough period for Nina, who recently revealed that her father had passed away peacefully in a care home on July 2 after a prolonged struggle with dementia. Sharing a touching black-and-white image of her hand clasped with her father's, she penned: "My Dad died on Wednesday night. From Sunday me, my Mum and sisters spent precious time with him around the crying, laughing, sharing memories. On his last day we had nursing home afternoon tea, chippy chips and wine together. "He drifted away gently with me and Amy (Nina's sister) holding him and telling him to 'go head. We'll see you there soon.' And he did. I had my hand on his heart as the ripples softened and stopped.", reports the Express. "A gentle end to a gentle life. So much love and laughter and sunshine across days I'll never forget. He is in my mind all the time now as we adjust to a world without him in it. "I can't quite accept that's real yet. But we think it's really important for anyone going through this to know that the end can be peaceful and beautiful." Supporters immediately flooded Nina with messages of comfort at the time. One viewer commented: "Oh my darling, this is such sad news. He seemed like a beautiful soul." Another said: "So sorry, dear Nina and family. You did him proud. Always." However, a few weeks later and on Sunday, Nina was back on the famous red sofa on BBC Breakfast - and fans were more than chuffed to see her back. On X, one person penned: "Lovely to see Nina this morning." Nina's father Chris, had been diagnosed with mixed dementia, which is Alzheimer's and vascular dementia, in April this year, she spoke candidly about how his condition had affected her life. The mum-of-three penned in an Instagram post: "I don't think I really became a proper grownup until we had to look after my Dad. Because of dementia I lost the home I could go to and still be a child. I lost one of those few pillars of people who I knew would love me, whatever. I thought that support was lost. But now I know that just being with him is enough. I don't know if it's primal, hormonal, chemical, emotional….. but leaning my head on his chest and closing my eyes for a few minutes gives me the sense of safety and love that I've always had and that I still need." BBC Breakfast airs everyday from 6am on BBC One.
