Shocking moment ‘idiots' tip over ‘pride & joy' vintage car – as owner says they should ‘pick on someone their own size'
THIS is the shocking moment two "drunk idiots" tipped over a prized vintage car in the middle of the night.
Two men can be seen approaching the pristine 1972 Fiat 500, painted in a colourful orange, shortly before 4am on Friday, May 2, in Old Street, London.

As the pair stumble to the vintage motor, described by the owner as his "
pride
and joy", one of them can be seen attempting to open the car's door.
Discovering it locked, he appears to then motion to his pal to come over to try and lift the classic car.
The pair then grab the tiny motor from its side and begin lifting it until it reaches what appears to be a 45 degree angle.
They hold it there temporarily before the car's weight begins to shift further away, pulling it down towards the street.

Losing control of the vintage motor, the vandals step back and let go, sending the "characterful" vehicle tumbling onto its side, slamming straight into the tarmac.
As it crashes into the road, the cowards can then be seen fleeing towards the camera and away from the Fiat, which gently rocks back and forth in the middle of the street.
The car remained there until later in the morning, when the heartbroken owner discovered his beloved motor had been vandalised.
Speaking to The Sun, he said: "I was blissfully unaware of anything untoward until I opened my front door to take my dog out for his early morning walk.

He said the vehicle was blocking traffic on the "narrow street", despite the car's small stature.
Thankfully, some nearby builders came to his assistance to help put the motor back on its four wheels.
The distressed owner also told of how he "feared for the worst" when the motor was brought back upright.

He said he was concerned his "sweet little car" could have "sustained a lot of damage".

"I still feel very emotional, it's my pride and joy.
"People often stop to take photos my little characterful car, [but] no one has ever hurt it."
'DESPICABLE' AND 'DISGUSTING' VANDALISM
In direct response to the heartless vandals, the owner berated their cowardice, adding: "They should pick on someone their own size".
The owner had shared the shocking footage on social media of the "two drunk idiots", drawing in sympathy from viewers.

One commented: "What was the point of that? What did they gain from doing that except shame?
"Running away from something you did proves you are ashamed of what you did."
Another added: "Absolutely gutted for you, man.
"Such a disrespectful thing to do. Hope the damage isn't too bad."

A third said: "Hope they will be found to pay for the damage," while a fourth added: "That's despicable - that's someone's pride and joy".
Echoing other comments, one user slammed the "disgusting" behaviour of the vandals, adding: "What's wrong with people?"

Windsor Castle security scare as man breaks in while William and Kate nearby
An intruder sparked a royal security scare after they allegedly broke into the grounds of Windsor Castle. The man is said to have climbed over the wall to get in the castle grounds on Sunday before he was quickly detained by officers from the Metropolitan Police, which is responsible for security at the royal residence. A man in his 30s was then handed over to the local police force, Thames Valley, before being arrested on suspicion of tresspass and possession of a Class A drug. However, as the intruder is said to have entered the grounds near Town Gate, it was some distance away from the royals' home. The man is also said to have not entered the inner buildings of Windsor Castle. A source told The Sun: "He broke into the castle near Town Gate and was quickly detained by police. It was a crazy thing to do and caused quite a stir but at this stage it appears there was no intent to cause any serious harm." A Met Police spokesperson said: "A man in his 30s has been arrested on suspicion of trespass on a protected site and possession of Class A drugs after entering restricted grounds at Windsor Castle. "Officers in the grounds spotted the man just after 13:00hrs on Sunday, 1 June and quickly arrested him. He was then passed into the custody of Thames Valley Police." Meanwhile, Thames Valley Police, said: "At just after 1pm on Sunday 1 June a man entered restricted grounds at Windsor was quickly challenged by Met police officers and arrested. He did not enter the inner grounds of Windsor Castle. "He was arrested on suspicion of trespass on a secure site and possession of class A drugs. He has been bailed and an investigation is ongoing by Thames Valley Police." Just last year, the Prince and Princess of Wales suffered another terrifying security breach after masked intruders allegedly smashed down a barrier and scaled a six-foot fence to get access to the Windsor Castle estate. The two men allegedly broke into the estate during the night to steal farm vehicles before driving off in a pick-up truck and on a quad bike that had been stored in a barn on October 13. King Charles and Queen Camilla were not at the residence at the time, but William and Kate were believed to be sleeping at nearby Adelaide Cottage with their three children. Adelaide Cottage is nestled in the heart of the 655-acre Windsor estate and is extremely close to Windsor Caste. A FOUR-year-old Brit boy had to be rescued after his hand was sucked into a swimming pool pipe at a hotel in Majorca. Madeleine McCann: Latest search sees teams drain well and clear dense vegetation
Search teams have been seen draining a well and clearing areas of dense vegetation near abandoned buildings as the latest search for Madeleine McCann continues in Portugal. German investigators along with Portuguese police officers and firefighters are working in a little-developed area of countryside a few miles from Praia da Luz where Madeleine was last seen in 2007. Then aged three, she vanished while on holiday with her family in the Algarve resort after her parents went out to dinner and left her sleeping in a room with her toddler twin siblings. Search teams look through a derelict and abandoned property to the west of Praia De Luz, Portugal (James Manning/PA) Journalists were being kept a distance away from the search sites on Tuesday and a no-fly zone was imposed that stopped the used of drones, although some activity could be seen as teams used strimmers, pick-axes, shovels and chainsaws to clear the undergrowth and debris surrounding an abandoned building. Personnel wore safety gear such as gloves and hard hats as they worked in the dense vegetation, and firefighters and police were seen using a yellow hose to drain a well. The Sun reported that investigators are also planning to use radar equipment that can scan beneath the ground. TV footage showed two Portuguese police officers guarding the end to a narrow lane that leads through an area of fields and scrubland with a few houses and a vineyard. He is due to be released from jail in September if no further charges are brought. Ulrich Oppold, a journalist from German broadcaster RTL, visited Brueckner in prison in Germany, who said if he gets out of jail the thing he is most looking forward to is a steak with a beer. Brueckner refused to answer any questions relating to Madeleine after discussions with his lawyers. He told the journalist that if he does get out of jail he will have to lie low as he is so well known.
