A video shared by Instant Bollywood on Instagram shows Samaira Kapoor stepping inside the car. She looked stunning in a black dress and had her hair tied back in a half bun hairstyle. She was seen happily interacting with someone in the car. The video went viral on social media, with fans pointing out that she has grown up to look just like her mom, Karisma. 'Like mother like daughter," wrote one fan, while another one commented, 'She luks like young karisma." A third netizen commented, 'She is so beautiful and simple Gorgeous." Karisma Kapoor, who was married to businessman Sunjay Kapur from 2003 to 2016, shares two children with him- 20-year-old daughter Samaira, and 14-year-old son Kiaan.
In 2020, when asked whether Samaira aspires to venture into Bollywood, Karisma Kapoor told Spotboye, 'That's not true. My daughter and her group of friends are interested in films through all aspects of movies, so whether it will be behind the scenes or in front of the camera I still do not know. They are just experimenting now and learning the ropes. So right now there are no such plans per se. Above all, Samaira is very young and still in school. This whole project is like an extra-curricular activity."
More recently, following the untimely demise of Karisma's ex-husband Sunjay Kapur in June, speculation surrounding his estate and inheritance has dominated headlines. According to a report by Pinkvilla, insiders close to the Kapur family have confirmed that Karisma Kapoor has no involvement in any inheritance or property-related matters following Sunjay's passing. 'She is not involved in any inheritance or property-related matters in any way. The children are the rightful heirs and will receive what is due to them. Karisma's focus right now is only the well-being of her children," a source told the publication.
