Eiza Gonzalez shares her thoughts on ex Timothee Chalamets romance with Kylie Jenner
Washington [US], June 2 (ANI): Actress and singer Eiza Gonzalez shared her thoughts on ex, Timothee Chalamet's relationship with Kylie Jenner.
She liked a photo of the couple on social media, and recently Gonzalez confirmed that she pressed "like" on the snapshot, which appeared to be of the pair at the 70th David Di Donatello Awards earlier this month, reported People.
"They look so cute together," said Gonzalez, adding, "They look so in love and so cute, and I'm obsessed with them, and I love Timmy."
Gonzalez, previously linked to the 29-year-old Dune actor in 2020, said she considers him "the most talented, sweetest boy."
"And I'm so proud to see him thriving and doing great in his career," she added. "We're just good friends. I have nothing but amazing things to say about him."
Chalamet and Gonzalez were first spotted together on a getaway in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in June 2020. A source said the pair flew there with friends and "looked happy together," reported People.
Another insider later shared that the two actors had been "talking on and off," and by October 2020, it was reported that the pair had parted ways.
As for Chalamet and Jenner, 27, the couple was first romantically linked in April 2023. They were later spotted kissing at Beyonce's Renaissance World Tour in September of that year, according to People.
The actor and the Kylie Cosmetics founder made their red carpet debut at the 70th David Di Donatello Awards in May after attending several other events together in the months leading up to the ceremony, reported People.
They have also been photographed at sporting events and Coachella, as well as during awards season, when Chalamet earned multiple nods for his performance as Bob Dylan in A Complete Unknown.
In a recent interview, Jenner revealed that she has seen comments from fans pointing out her style change, most notably since she's been linked to the actor.
"That's so funny, I've seen that before too, and I'm always like, first of all, the baddie never left," Jenner said.
"I wear a latex dress at least once a week. Like, where do you guys think the baddie went? People saw me in a flowy dress once in my life, and they were like, 'She's gone!' I wore a sundress once in Palm Springs, you know - like, can a girl wear a sundress once?," according to People. (ANI)

Judge rules in favour of Justin Baldoni as Blake Livelys emotional distress case faces setback
Washington [US], June 4 (ANI): In a dramatic development in the legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, a federal judge has ruled in favour of Baldoni, dismissing Lively's claims of emotional distress in their ongoing lawsuit. This decision, which could have significant implications for the future of the case, comes just ahead of the trial set to begin in March 2025, as per Deadline. The lawsuit, which centres around the making of the film 'It Ends with Us', includes a series of allegations from Lively against Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer Studios. Lively had initially sought to include emotional distress claims in the lawsuit, but recently moved to withdraw these claims. However, Judge Lewis J. Liman of the Southern District of New York shut down Lively's request on Tuesday, ruling that the claims would not be dismissed without prejudice unless both parties agreed to the terms. In a succinct order, Judge Liman wrote, "The motion to compel ... is denied based on Plaintiff's representation that the relevant claims will be withdrawn." According to Deadline, he further clarified that Lively's request to have the claims dismissed was denied "without prejudice to renewal," meaning that Lively's legal team would need to file a formal motion for dismissal if they wish to proceed with that course of action. The judge's ruling added further weight to the situation by stating that if Lively's emotional distress claims are not dismissed, she would be precluded from presenting any evidence related to emotional distress in the case. "For avoidance of doubt, if the claims are not dismissed, the Court will preclude Lively from offering any evidence of emotional distress," Judge Liman stated, as quoted by Deadline. Lively's legal team, led by attorneys Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, responded to the ruling with a statement expressing their disappointment with the outcome. As per Deadline, they emphasised that Lively was still pursuing emotional distress damages through other claims in the lawsuit, including allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation. "The court denied Wayfarer's motion," said Lively's lawyers in their statement, adding, "He told the parties to continue their discussions about the technicalities of how two of the 15 claims will be voluntarily dismissed. Ms Lively has offered to dismiss those claims because they are no longer necessary, and she will continue to pursue emotional distress damages through other claims in her lawsuit." The lawyers also accused Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios of retaliatory tactics, arguing that these actions could expose them to significant legal and financial repercussions under California law. "This is exactly where both parties were before the Baldoni-Wayfarer Parties rushed to file this utterly pointless motion to compel, all searching for yet another press moment," they added, as quoted by Deadline. The case between Lively and Baldoni began making headlines in December 2024 when Lively filed a formal complaint accusing Baldoni and his associates of sexual harassment and retaliation. The complaint, filed with the California Civil Rights Department, was followed by a defamation and extortion lawsuit from Baldoni against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their public relations team. As the legal conflict unfolded, the situation grew more complex, with multiple lawsuits filed on both sides. Lively's legal battles have included accusations of mistreatment during the production of 'It Ends with Us', a film that was marketed as addressing serious themes of domestic violence. The film did well at the box office, but reports of tension during its press tour and premiere quickly surfaced. Despite the ongoing drama, sources close to the case have made it clear that a settlement is unlikely. Both Lively and Baldoni have expressed their intention to fight the matter out in court, and the case now involves high-profile figures, including Lively's famous husband and Hollywood powerhouses such as Taylor Swift, Disney, and Marvel, all of whom have been drawn into the legal web. With the trial scheduled to begin on March 9, 2025, the case between Lively and Baldoni is expected to intensify in the coming months. The trial will take place in New York City, in the same courthouse where the high-profile sex-trafficking case against Sean 'Diddy' Combs is also being heard. (ANI)

"Ten times more special" Virat dedicates RCB's maiden IPL trophy to de Villiers, Gayle
Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], June 4 (ANI): Virat Kohli, who brought delight to millions of people across the globe after playing his part in steering Royal Challengers Bengaluru to its maiden IPL trophy, gave fans another reason to smile after dedicating their historic title win to the two franchise stalwarts AB de Villiers and Chris Gayle. RCB etched its name into the history books by deflating Punjab Kings' hopes of lifting the trophy in the final of the 18th season of the cash-rich league. Gaye and de Vliiers watched the famous moment on the sidelines and celebrated the special success story with their former compatriot and long-time friend Virat. After the destructive trio reunited, Virat, who struggled to hide away his emotions, reminisced about the good old days when they put in everything they had on the field in their prime years. In 2016, they came close but couldn't get past the finishing line. 'I have spent my prime years with them. I know how much we tried to win this. We were so close a couple of times, and we were such a good team; we had the explosiveness in our team, but we could never cross the line. We gave our prime years to this franchise,' Virat said while speaking to the broadcasters after the final. Bengaluru churned out the blueprint for lifting the trophy after posting 190/9 on the board. RCB bowlers hunted in packs, took wickets at regular intervals, and conjured a six-run victory to take the coveted title home. For the teary-eyed Virat, the presence of his former teammates made the moment '10 times more special'. The trophy that belonged to the franchise's beloved star, 'equally', belonged to Gayle and de Villiers. 'I promise you this feels 10 times more special because these two are standing next to me. Honestly, it is as much theirs as it is mine. When you come to Bengaluru, it is not just me; when they come, people love them and they go absolutely berserk. They know, and they appreciate that they have given their heart and soul to this team till the time they played here. These two guys have given their everything, so it is equally theirs, too,' he added. The former South African dynamic batter is RCB's second-highest run-scorer of all time, with 4,522 runs in 157 matches and 145 innings at an average of 41.10, including two centuries and 37 half-centuries. His runs came at an impressive strike rate of 158.33. For RCB from 2011-17, Gayle effortlessly toppled down records, scored 3,163 runs in 85 matches and 84 innings at an average of 43.33, with a strike rate of 152.73. He scored five centuries and 19 fifties, with the best score of 175*. (ANI)
