For many of the Islanders, the thought of intimacy and touching is terrifying.
However, through various practices, the experts hope to be able to coach them in order to enjoy intimacy.
In last night's episode of the programme, 24-year-old accountant Dave could be seen having a session with sexpert Kat.
The session was about him exploring a woman's body for the first time.
The pair were completely naked, and Dave was encouraged by Kat to touch her, and as he did, he became slightly giggly.
In an awkward moment, a laughing Kat asked him if her intimate parts were how he thought they would feel, to which he then giggled back: "No, not like that."
EMOTIONAL MOMENT
Meanwhile, last night saw Taylor, 29, breaking down in tears after being touched on her ankle in an emotional moment
She was left sobbing after also having a session with Kat.
Emotional moment Virgin Island contestant breaks down in floods of tears after expert touches her ankle
Taylor, who is openly bisexual, admitted she is fearful when it comes to being intimate or close to a man as a result of past trauma.
In order to see if Taylor is more relaxed around women, the experts paired her up with Kat for a session of personal touching, which started with her feet and ankles.
As Kat began to work her hands up Taylor's lower legs, she became evidently emotional and was seen wiping away tears.
Taylor admitted she was overwhelmed and emotional that she was being touched by a woman and not a man.
She said to Kat: "It is just such a relief not being scared at all."
Taylor then sobbed uncontrollably which forced Kat to stop the practice and sit beside her.
Virgin Island airs Monday and Tuesday at 9pm on Channel 4.

BBC Top of the Pops presenter who was as famous as Zoe Ball on 'what went wrong'
Sarah Cawood was one of the biggest TV hosts of the '90s and a key presenter on Top of The Pops. But her life has changed dramatically two decades after her big break. Sarah's first major role was in children's television for Nickelodeon in the '90s, and just two years later she secured a presenting job on Channel 4's The Girlie Show alongside Sara Cox. The programme ran for two series and followed a magazine format, featuring interviews, live music and stunts. The show aired at the late 'post-pub' slot of 11pm on Fridays, aiming to be edgier than its competitors and capitalising on the 'ladette' culture that defined the decade. She then joined the revamped Live and Kicking programme for its final two years on air. Her most significant role came when she landed a spot on Top of The Pops. After her stint ended, she went on to present various mini-series and one-offs, including co-commentating the Eurovision semi-finals in 2007, 2009 and 2010. However, around this time, many of the big presenting opportunities began to dwindle, with Sarah joining Heart East Anglia's breakfast show team for a year in 2014 before leaving to focus on caring for her children, reports the Daily Record. In 2022 Sarah was diagnosed with breast cancer - but thankfully she was treated and given the all-clear. Earlier this year, the star opened up about her health struggles on social media, expressing fears about her breast cancer returning. "This is the reality of anyone who has had any kind of cancer," she said. "I never struggled with health anxiety before but post-breast cancer it's all-consuming and it wears me out a bit tbh. "I have been feeling tired since the new year began and although it's probably just life-ing, there's always a niggling worry that it's back. "All I can do is carry on doing healthy things, moving my body, practising mindfulness and living each day with gratitude that I got to breathe again this morning. "So on we go! Batting away those intrusive thoughts and getting on with it. To anyone either going through a cancer diagnosis or anyone who has recovered from cancer and feels like this: I've got you, and my inbox is always open. "And remember, anything that doesn't feel right: get it checked out. Early detection is key." Reflecting on her television career in another heartfelt Instagram message, she shared insights into her acceptance of being 'unsuccessful' on TV, adding: "Do I miss telly? I miss the money! And yes, sometimes I wonder what went wrong, but I'm here now so I'm going to make the most of it, however, that looks".

EastEnders icon Kat Moon revealed as new Queen Vic landlady
It will be the first time that Kat's name will be over the door, despite having run the pub alongside husband Alfie from 2010 to 2013. The Sun revealed the news reporting that it would be a 'full-circle moment' for the character. It comes after current owners Linda Carter and her mum Elaine Peacock will be forced to put the pub up for sale. A source told The Sun: 'This will be Kat's third time working in the Queen Vic, but this will be her first time at the helm. 'It's a full-circle moment for the character, as when she first moved on to Albert Square in 2000, Kat gained employment as a barmaid at the pub. Then, ten years on, she helped Alfie. 'But now she's going to be the sole licensee of the boozer and it will kick-start a whole new chapter for the pub. 'Kat follows in the high heels of the Square's most formidable women — Angie Watts, her daughter Sharon and Peggy Mitchell — and puts her at the centre of the action.'
