Two teenagers arrested on suspicion of murder in Barry
Police say they have launched a murder investigation after the death of a 38-year-old man in Barry, the Vale of Glamorgan, on Monday night.
South Wales Police said the man's family is receiving support from specially trained liaison officers.
A 16-year-old and 17-year-old boy, from Llantwit Major, have been arrested on suspicion of murder.
The force said in a statement that it received a report of a stabbing on Barry Road shortly before 12am.
Police cordons and road closures are still in place and are expected to remain as officers continue their enquiries.

Detective Superintendent Mark O'Shea from South Wales Police said the local "close-knit community" would be "deeply shocked and saddened".
"We are aware that the incident is having a significant impact on the local community with an extensive police cordon, road closures and a primary school also closed for the day," he said.
"There will be an increased police presence in the area over the coming days while teams of detectives and specialist staff work at pace to establish the circumstances of this incident."
Police have also thanked the public for their understanding as the investigation continues.

2 people hospitalized after shooting in Monroeville
Two people were sent to the hospital after a shooting in Monroeville on Saturday evening. Just before 7 p.m., Monroeville police were notified of a shooting in the 4900 block of William Penn Highway. First responders found an adult male victim suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital and was last listed in stable condition. An adult female was also treated at an area hospital for minor lacerations. Preliminary findings show that a white Ford F-150 entered the parking lot and began shooting at the victim. Juvenile injured in St. Paul shooting; two more arrested
A juvenile was shot near 17th and Nebraska Avenue East in St. Paul, Minnesota on Saturday. Police say they responded to a shots fired call around 4:45 in the afternoon. When they arrived, they found a juvenile male with a gunshot would. He was taken to a local hospital for his injuries. Police say they believe a group of juveniles were fighting when the shots were fired. Police were able to find the gun. They also took two juveniles into custody. Police say they are investigating.

Ukraine officials held in military drone corruption probe
A Ukrainian MP and other officials have been arrested after the country's anti-corruption agencies uncovered what they call a large-scale bribery scheme in the purchase of drones and electronic warfare systems. In a statement on X, President Volodymyr Zelensky said a Ukrainian MP, heads of district and city administrations and several National Guard service members had been exposed for their involvement, which involved state contracts with suppliers being signed at prices inflated by up to 30%. Zelensky wrote that there can be "zero tolerance" for corruption in Ukraine, and thanked the agencies for their work. The independence of Ukraine's anti-corruption agencies was restored on Thursday, following nationwide protests. Zelensky's government faced an extensive backlash after introducing a bill that would strip the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, known as Nabu and Sap respectively, of their independence. The president claimed the agencies needed to be "cleared of Russian influence", and sought to give the general prosecutor the authority to decide who should be prosecuted in high-level corruption cases. Many saw the move as a step backwards for corruption in Ukraine, resulting in the largest anti-government demonstrations since Russia launched its full-scale invasion of the country in 2022. Zelensky acknowledged public anger and submitted a new bill restoring the agencies' former independence, which was voted through by parliament just nine days after the original bill had been passed. The head of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR), Kyrylo Budanov, thanked Zelensky for "hearing the public's call" regarding the powers of anti-corruption agencies and "not making a mistake". The move was also praised by EU allies, who had voiced concerns over the implications of the original bill. Since their establishment, Nabu and Sap have been involved in far-reaching investigations into the misappropriation of millions of dollars' worth of assets and bribes across various ministries and sectors. A joint investigation in 2023 resulted in the arrest of the head of Ukraine's Supreme Court, Vsevolod Kniaziev, in connection with a $3m (£2.4m; €2.9m) bribe.
